Hôtel très bien situé et chambres très propres, personnel accueillant, par contre douche dans baignoire avec accès compliqué, pas de barre d’appui pour entrer et sortir de la baignoire assez haute.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located in a very short walking distance from the historic center of Beaune. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room (well heated), and very good and safe parking on the premises.

A very beautiful boutique hotel. Excellent welcome and service with a very warm atmosphere from the staff. Superb location for visiting Beaune without needing to use your car, which you can leave in the hotel parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel on an overnight stop going from Risoul to Calais. The hotel is a very old building, in the very interesting city of Beaune and has great character. Everything was great, including the breakfast - great variety, well presented and a warm welcome.

This was a perfect overnight stop on our way back to Caen from the Alps. A historic coaching inn with some charming features, welcoming staff and very good parking. In the centre of the old town, great food and wine is only minutes away and our visit finished with a chance to visit the Hospice de Beaune with is fascinating and beautiful. We will definitely be calling in here again

Warm welcome, helpful staff, spacious room, simple but very pleasant, a peaceful garden, parking which is admittedly paid but very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Beaune.

My stay was excellent! Kevin and Veronique were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They both made sure my stay with my dog was exceptional. I greatly appreciate how thoughtful and kind they were during our stay.

The hotel itself is full of historic charm and beauty. I loved it! I had a quiet courtyard room on the ground floor that was perfect for me and my large dog. The room was cozy (note: no fridge, so plan accordingly), and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. Great water pressure, and the shower is great for tall people (yay!). The location of the hotel was super, right on Place Madeleine, where I could walk my dog for quick potty trips. Restaurants and wine caves/bars/tasting rooms are everywhere, and it’s an easy walk to the train station or into downtown from the hotel.

Breakfast was good: fresh pastries and bread, ham and tasty cheese, fruit, hard or soft-boiled eggs, Nutella and jam, yogurt. I loved their coffee—nice and dark, smooth, freshly made and served in a ceramic pot for the table. The breakfast option made it easy to start the day slowly and just relax before venturing out in Beaune.

Absolutely will stay here again!

Convenient location, attentive staff, pleasant rooms... Everything is almost perfect except for the breakfast which, apart from the real fresh orange juice and soft-boiled eggs, remains very basic: hard bread with a strange taste, tasteless tea, Bonne-Maman industrial jam, no semi-salted butter: it's not worth the price, unlike everything else!

No fresh baguettes or croissants (far too hard bake-off bread and mini-viennoiseries), no fresh jam or cheese (and that in a region (Beaune, Burgundy) that prides itself on its gastronomy) and coffee that was far too lukewarm. We have had much better experiences in other hotels of a similar category.

Very kind and service-minded staff, the rooms in the garden are very nice, a bit expensive hotel but in the city center and peaceful surroundings. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but basically fine. Bathroom and beds very good and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Very good experience, very well located next to the city center, it's great. Unfortunately, we had to carry our suitcases up two floors, one of which was very steep. Apart from that, the welcome is warm and the hotel is air-conditioned and the bedding is great. I recommend it!

Lovely hotel in central location. We were warmly greeted at reception and shown to our room. The room was large and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have improved our stay was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable. There was the added bonus if of a car park.

The hotel was very clean & so nicely kept for an older hotel. Kevin & all the other staff were friendly & very helpful. Our breakfast was very good.

The Hôtel de la Cloche is a short distance outside the center of Beaune but it is only 5-10 minutes to the many restaurants, caves, and monuments that you would want to see, including the ramparts. It is not a fancy hotel but it is comfortable, with a fairly good breakfast and parking. The staff are warm and very helpful. We booked the family suite a little by accident, but then loved how spacious it was after we left a fancier hotel but a much smaller room in Lyon.

Very pleasant welcome, charming and functional accommodation. Very close to the historic city center. Excellent advice on outings and restaurants. I left with a big smile.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived by motorbike and early! The room was perfect, spacious, and overlooking the garden. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff is very professional, accommodating, and charming. We will happily return.

The hotel is very well located as it is a walking distance to the city center with all the attractions, restaurants, shops and historical sights. Lots of parking spaces at the back. Staff were kind and very friendly. Clean and comfortable. We will come back to this hotel and highly recommeneded.

Nice old hotel, very close to town centre. Room a little tired, especially for the price.

The only reason I would not stay here again though was the extortionate 17 euro charge for our small dog, which I didn’t find out until room booked and paid for. Previous comment from the hotel on Booking.com in May 2024 stated cost as 7.50.

So the pet cost, parking (7.50) and taxes took our one night stay up to almost 150 euros without breakfast. The hotel just isn’t worth that.

Well couple of thoughts: - you had to pay extra for a room on the back despite there is a loud fair in front of the hotel - the water temperature is super unpredictable and it switches from warm to cold - why so smelly in our room and small rooms are super low quality Location was good and near shops and restaurants

Very quiet room. Free upgrade from economy to standard. Unfortunately no power socket in the bathroom and only two in the room by the entrance door. Air conditioning could not be controlled and was set to heating, but was not needed. Lockable parking space. Very centrally located.

Easy to access hotel and free parking right in front. Very pleasant and smiling staff. No soundproofing in the room. Average bedding and no shutters in the room. Very small shower and not easy to access. Breakfast to avoid, if the homemade orange juice is excellent, the bread and pastries were not fresh. The restaurant right next door offers a cheaper and better breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel de la Cloche.

I had a great stay Hotel de La Cloche for 2 nights with 2 friends in a triple room. The room was at the top floor with quite a few stairs but the receptionist helped with our luggage and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was excellent the whole way through - gave us good recommendations for restaurants and helped us to cool down our wine, so we could get a night cap. The hotel is also in the perfect location right outside the old town and with could parking facilities.

Third year at this hotel and will return next year. Lovely hotel conveniently located in the town. Very clean, comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff. Love this hotel.

Great location, great parking for €7 , right in town close to all shops etc.

We arrived on September 8th - a Sunday. As the hotel has no restaurant, we asked for a recommendation. This was useless, however, as the mentioned establishments are closed on Sundays. Of course, we ended up in a less good restaurant. We were actually on our way to Albi. In anticipation of excellent cuisine in France, we had chosen Beaune as a stopover. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired compared to other establishments in the same price category. No fresh baguette, no pastries... Simply a shame. The hope for good cuisine

Wonderful old hotel but no elevator. The room was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the staff is super friendly and competent.
I would only say that the breakfast at 15 euros was overpriced. And that if you have mobility issues getting in and out of the bathtub could be a challenge. Plus not much water coming out of the faucet.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its old world charm, its location, the spacious room, and the excellent staff.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and helped me with a telephone call in French to my next hotel. The dinner at the hotel was delicious. It was very well located, a very short walk from the train station and just steps away from everything else. Beautiful hotel.

A good Hotel in a historic building. Worth a visit

Excellent hotel ideally situated with a gentle 5 minute walk into the centre of Beaune. Room large, quiet, clean and very comfortable with a terrace which enjoyed the sun in the afternoon. Staff very friendly. Secure car parking a bonus.

Clean hotel with all the necessary amenities, efficient and sufficient infrastructure despite the lack of an elevator. The 70s-80s decor gives the hotel all its charm. The room is spacious with very pleasant bedding, the bathroom and toilet have been renovated, it is spacious and pleasant. This hotel is right in the center of Beaune and is probably one of the best value for money in the city center.

Welcome was average but we could tell the lady couldn't really be bothered with us. The rooms are frightful. There was a dirty toilet, one tiny bar of soap (but not in my Son's room), paper cups, no water, no kettle and when we politely asked if we could get a coffee in the morning the overnight porter was very rude. Most of the cars in there were british and I guess also with an early start before breakfast. When I asked why they don't put kettles in the room he bit my head off. So rude! The rooms are dreary with nothing in them apart from a bed and a light socket and the bathroom is very poorly furnished. The only two positives are that the bed was comfortable and the parking is good, hence giving a good for Hotel accessibility. We won't be staying there and this hotel could learn a thing or two from others in Beaune. You have the bones of a good hotel with it's positioning and if you jacked the rooms up and employed some staff that are pleased to see you then you would have a winner!

Ideally located in the heart of Beaune!

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a room that opened out onto the garden with a little terrace, which was lovely and it was quiet. The room was very clean and quite big. The hotel was conveniently situated and only a short walk into town..

No but what a horror this hotel we were in a maid's room with a horrible skylight be careful when you get up otherwise your head hits the beams. Bathtub what a horror. The furniture you would think you were at your great grandmother's house. Dark lighting. The breakfast at 15 € horrible. And what's more they make us pay for the parking 7 €. So we paid 139 € for the room but be careful the tourist tax is not included and neither is the parking. You are told 7 € on the day of your departure. Same for the tourist tax. Which means that you end up paying 150 € for your room.

Het was een prachtige locatie, waar we met veel plezier hebben gezeten. Vanuit Beaune naar Pommard en andere dorpen gefietst. Het was een mooi hotel met prima voorzieningen. Bij de bar kan je een flesje wijn halen. Bites e.d. moet je wel even zelf meenemen. Maar een heerlijke uitvalbasis om de omgeving van Beaune te verkennen en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Het ontbijt had wat mij betreft iets beter gekund. Best een forse prijs wordt hiervoor gevraagd, alleen de kwaliteit van de afbakbroodjes was niet extreem goed (enorm hard). Maar dat is wat mij betreft het enige 'minpuntje'.

Last time we had a nice room, not the best in the hotel, but nice. This time we were under the roof, two very long stairs to go up with all the luggage. To be honest, I was disappointed.

The hotel location was excellent for quickly walking into and around the old town. The room was large and mattress and pillow very comfortable, and the air conditioning was very effective. There is a very pretty garden at the back of the hotel - owned by the hotel - that was a lovely place to sit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We spent three nights in this town centre hotel. Our room was comfortable and set in an attractive garden in which we had our own dedicated table and chairs. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed talking with the hotel staff in both French and English. Breakfast was adequate and served with jovial warmth. Their location is pretty central to the town without being noisy. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to any travellers going through Beaune.

The hotel was very good and truly excellent in our view! The biilding itself is charming and the location is perfect - between the train station and the old town. Breakfast was more than adequate. However, it is the attentive, friendly and helpful service which makes this hotel exceptional. If all the Logis hotels have this kind of service from locals who are proud of their town, then Logis will be our first choice for hotels!

The hotel itself is a bit old. No elevator and quite steep stairs to the upper rooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was OK. The staff was very friendly.

However, breakfast looks the same every day. No choice. There are no baguettes (?!), only small buns with a very hard crust.
There is also a problem with departure formalities. It takes a lot of time and I got a lot of papers. Even though I paid for the entire stay together, I could not receive one invoice. Separate for each room...

I booked a good spacious room and this was confirmed by the hotel. However when I got to the there, we got what they call a standard room. This room was of the lowest standard I have ever seen, and I have trawelled a lot. However the staff was very nice.
