Our cuisine focuses mainly on fish: we work exclusively with ultra-fresh produce, which is why certain dishes may vary depending on the day's market and sea conditions. Off-menu dishes, created according to market arrivals, complement our regular menu. All our fresh pasta is homemade using stone-ground flour. Desserts and baked goods are also homemade.
