Excellent gastronomic menu
The only downside is that there are only 2 red wine options by the glass. At a high price. 7€ and 9.5€ a glass!!
Friendly welcome, very good room and breakfast, meals with somewhat expensive value for money, especially the wine list. Friendly staff but a little stuffy, too bad, I recommend this establishment.

Adequate hotel but restaurant not convincing: despite a pretty room and impeccable service, the cuisine is overly pretentious, wanting to be gourmet (and charging for it) without succeeding in producing light, digestible dishes and paying tribute to the quality of the products : food that is quite greasy and difficult to digest, of questionable texture (not much to chew), with repetitions (pasta as a starter and main course, gizzard idem); very expensive wines. More simplicity would be welcome.
An essential stopover on the holiday route! The hotel is only about ten kilometers from the motorway exit but it is an ideal place to relax. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the table is a very nice surprise. The dishes are all more surprising than each other, it jostles the taste buds, it's full of flavors and discoveries. A real treat. We will surely come back!
Non-air-conditioned room with a winter duvet. Impossible to open the window because too much noise (trucks and cars)

Stijlvol hotel, heerlijk eten!
Magnificent house at the gates of the Morvan. The table and the cellar are well worth the detour (special mention for the pâté crust). The room is functional and comfortable, even if the bathroom could use a refresh. The breakfast offers a tight buffet but with quality products. A real good plan for an evening stopover, or a gourmet stopover with the family.
The room had a smell, somebody smoked either next door or before. Shower is poor (and toilet was broken.
Bed was ok for a night, but more nights would not be very god for the back. When we arrived the outside made us think, coming inside we were pleasantly surprised, but the room definitely needs updating. Staff was very friendly, restaurant was full, hence not able to visit the restaurant. Which was actually a reason to chose the Hotel. (we didn't make a booking ahead as we booked last minute and assumed that hotel guests would always be able to get a table.
Chez Camille is a delightful little typical French Hotel. Free parking located at the front ideal for unloading luggage with out the hassle of finding somewhere to park. The hotel is clean and full of French character with a very pretty dining room. Our room on the first floor at the front had double windows opening on to the street with electric shutters, lovey bed and linen. A small sitting area made the room feel spaces. The town is delightful with a few sensibly priced places to eat. Try the Chateau just at the top of the town, good French food but expensive wine by the bottle, go for a glass or two.

First of all, check in at 3pm is not something you see in any boutique hotel nor business hotel. And it appears that the reason behind this is because the reception is not manned.
They made it clear several time at the time of the check in that we were too early and didn’t seem happy about that! It was 1435!
Secondly, no warnings, no announcement were made BUT there were some works being done in the hote and no water was available ! The team didn’t even think it was normal to apologise for the inconvenience, but gladly mentioned that it wasn’t their fault! Well you knew works were planned and you could have at least send an email to warn us, and also mention something at the check in! But know, it wasn’t their fault, so why saying sorry…
The day after, 9am, works start, massive noise! No warnings, nothing from the hotel. Because again it wasn’t their fault! They spend more time justifying the fact that they were not responsible than just simply say sorry for this!
Not even once they felt sorry…

Problem on our arrival the reservation had been canceled by the center es logis… fortunately the boss was able to find a solution to accommodate us and a table for the meal. Our vacation was able to start well!

The hotel is very conveniently located for a stroll through the city in the evening. Large and quiet rooms, nice staff. If you still want dinner, you should reserve in advance.
I can't fault it well very tightly spaced toilet but bedroom bathroom breakfast was exceptional.
It's always a pleasure to stop at Camille's. The hotel is comfortable (with perhaps a little effort to make on the toilets) and the table is always welcoming and generous.
