The hotel is right on the roadside & although it advertised parking it's on the roadside. Continual traffic. Our room was rather small at the front of hotel. The windows were not able to open & it was stuffy. No curtains to keep out lights from passing cars & street lights. The gourmet dinner was good. Very rich food. Breakfast somewhat haphazard.
Exceptional value for money for the Camille menu
Hot water problem on the floors especially on the top floor, hot water arrives after 5 minutes of flow, no hot/cold water indicator... Concerning the evening meal it was perfect, for breakfast there is no real espresso coffee.
The rooms remain quite small and simple. The soundproofing is of good quality despite the national road and the trucks.
Very charming hotel, very clean, quiet
Wonderful experience at Chez Camille. The rooms are comfortable, the decoration of the hotel and restaurant is sumptuous and the lunch was excellent. A necessary detour to this place when discovering Burgundy.

Very good stay in a place full of history and retro charm
We were very disappointed with our stay at the Chez Camille hotel. First of all, the welcome was cold. The receptionist did not care about our trip, she got tangled up in our name with other guests, she asked us if we wanted eggs for breakfast, but it turns out that we had to wait more than 20 minutes the next morning to get the eggs. What is the point of ordering the day before? Knowing that there were only 3 tables at breakfast, the egg order could have been made on the spot. Very poor organization. The room was not clean, there were crumbs left on the floor, there were even 2 dead insects in the bed sheets, and a bath towel was missing. We were also disappointed by the restaurant which pretended to be a rather classy restaurant, but the flavors were not successful. We asked which baker the gluten-free bread came from and the waiter dared to tell us about a small artisan baker... but then we found the bread in question on the Internet, so it was frozen. What hypocrisy! The night was okay but the bathroom was not practical, with the water taking a long time to heat up, knowing that the bathtub was under a roof slope so it was not possible to stand up. We thought that at least the breakfast would be better, but it was disappointing too: disgusting coffee, unripe fruit, bad bread... only the yogurts were good. For the price of breakfast we expected better, and no price is made for a child when children eat less. In short, we will not return at all and do not recommend this hotel or the restaurant at all.

Lovely and cozy hotel with a very good restaurant We loved the tasting menu with 5 plates and the proposed wine. We enjoyed the combination of all the different tastes and ingredients in each plate. Really delicious!

Adequate hotel but restaurant not convincing: despite a pretty room and impeccable service, the cuisine is overly pretentious, wanting to be gourmet (and charging for it) without succeeding in producing light, digestible dishes and paying tribute to the quality of the products : food that is quite greasy and difficult to digest, of questionable texture (not much to chew), with repetitions (pasta as a starter and main course, gizzard idem); very expensive wines. More simplicity would be welcome.
An essential stopover on the holiday route! The hotel is only about ten kilometers from the motorway exit but it is an ideal place to relax. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the table is a very nice surprise. The dishes are all more surprising than each other, it jostles the taste buds, it's full of flavors and discoveries. A real treat. We will surely come back!
