Very warm welcome from the owner, attentive, clean and comfortable room. Independent access to the rooms, having come for a bachelor and bachelorette party, we were able to access our rooms at night without having to come and collect the keys during the day. Perfect. Night spent during the beginning of this heatwave. The welcome is very pleasant as is the catering service. And despite the ups and downs of life, the owner is very cheerful and takes great care of her customers.
The "Chez Cazes" establishment has been a hotel for 7 generations. As someone who travels a lot, I can tell you that it is one of my favorites. The staff and management are always smiling and ready to meet your needs. The hotel is family-run and welcoming. The food is very good because the products are fresh (go down the stairs or take the elevator), and you will find crates of vegetables and fruit in the entrance hall if they are not already in the kitchen. You also sleep very well because the rooms have been recently renovated. I can tell you, I have already brought my colleagues, my superiors, my family, and my friends there. They all enjoyed their stay. The cuisine is made with love, and the chef will make dishes that will not fail to awaken your taste buds. The quality/price ratio, the kindness, and the availability are unbeatable. Go there, you will be won over!

Great!! If at first glance the location in the center of the village may seem disturbing, no worries, it's very quiet. The welcome from the owners and the team of the establishment is simple, warm and sincere. The rooms are well appointed, in impeccable condition, with quality bedding. Suggestion: Have a meal at the establishment. Grégory takes care of you with kindness and humor and the chef prepares quality dishes. The menu is not an illegible list but rather a judicious choice more than sufficient for all tastes, a sign of an effort to serve quality local and seasonal dishes. A superb welcome. Staff very helpful.A bit difficult to negotiate the one way street system to arrive exactly outside the hotel, but we were able to park about 10 metres away, and then level access to the reception with our overnight case. An excellent dinner as well, and a well appointed room
Excellent stay at the Cazes A. Arazat hotel! We stayed 3 days, 2 nights for the ROC Laissac cycling races. The welcome was very pleasant, our hosts very friendly. We had all the necessary comfort! The rooms are clean, spacious, with a small snack/coffee corner offered. We enjoyed ourselves in the hotel restaurant, local cuisine, homemade and generous! Breakfast was able to be served earlier on race days, the staff came earlier on purpose! The location was perfect in the center of Laissac, possibility of parking nearby and reaching the starting village on foot or by bike. We lacked nothing! We highly recommend. Thank you again to our hosts for this pleasant time spent with them!

Family hotel restaurant where you will always be well received throughout the year.
3-star hotel restaurant located in the village of Laissac, on the Millau-Rodez axis (RN 88), 25 km by car from the latter city. Public parking possible on the Place de l'Eglise 50 meters away, or private closed parking of the hotel a little further (an access map is available at reception). The building is well maintained, with elevator, the rooms are rather spacious, very clean, blackout blinds and curtains. Good comfortable and welcoming bedding, calm atmosphere, coffee machine with capsules. Very professional staff, available, attentive and efficient, perfect. Restaurant on the ground floor, in a well-heated room. The chef is a master restaurateur and prepares his dishes by favoring local products (Aubrac beef, aligot, Aveyron lamb, etc.). Evening menu with 2 or 3 courses and a good choice of tasty dishes. Great drinks menu with original local alcohols and others made on site (punch, rum punch, etc.). Continental breakfast with croissants and bread served at the table, and unlimited buffet of yogurts, fruit juices, cereals, brioche, jams and honey, hot drinks, etc. We had a very good stay in this establishment that we recommend!

Located in the heart of a small village in Aveyron, this quiet and welcoming hotel lived up to the evening spent, the room was clean and spacious, as for the meal, there was something for the view, and the taste, without forgetting the kindness of the boss.
