Very warm welcome, the food is excellent. Very quiet room.

Off-peak season. Closing times poorly indicated on the website. Arriving too early, we had to wait for reception to open. However, the hotel service was good, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant. Another issue with the website: our request for an accessible room hadn't been forwarded to the hotel. Fortunately, it was still available.

Overall, a decent hotel, but it's best not to have luggage to carry up the narrow staircase. Ridiculously small bathroom, you can barely get in and out of the shower, the door is jammed by the toilet. Breakfast is exorbitantly priced for yesterday's bread and pastries.

Very pleasant stop in this small, quiet hotel, good, comfortable bedding, very good restaurant for the evening, less convinced by the breakfast on the quality/price ratio + well located for walks to the lake or in the countryside, great for traveling with your 4-legged friend!

My opinion is mixed because I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room which, it must be admitted, suggests that no cleaning has been done apart from changing the sheets and a wipe down in the bathroom! Dust on the bases, hairdryer cable, around the bed, hairs on the toilet seat, dust on the paper holder, on the wall lights and dripping air conditioning to boot! It is absolutely not up to the standard of a hotel lodge we usually stay at. It is even more disappointing because we were there last year and it was absolutely nothing like this year, the room was spotless. The quality of the welcome and the food is completely different because we were more than satisfied with the services. The meal was excellent and the staff very attentive. Despite everything, I do not think I will return because staying in such a poorly maintained room does not suit me at all!

I found a very good address for my trips to the region. The dining and breakfast rooms are very beautiful. The room is also very pretty and very clean. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is extremely well stocked.

Not convinced this hotel merits 3 stars. Very overpriced, both the accommodation and the food/drink. No remote for the aircon (yes, I could have mentioned this but not at 2AM when the aircon was needed). The bathroom was tiny and the shower a bit of a squeeze. One towel rail was hanging off the wall. Thin walls, so noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. No extra pillows. No emergency evacuation route/procedures in the room. Reading lights too low above the bed, meaning that it was impossible to sit up in bed to watch the TV. View of the kitchen roof from our room (Hotel Bellevue?). The door to the room was not self-locking and the key fob had to be inserted into a 'socket' for the lights, so coping in an emergency could have been tricky/stressful. Call me old fashioned, but staff should really put their mobile phones down when a guest is waiting to be served. I could go on ...

Exceptional welcome. Laurent, the manager, was fantastic. Given my late arrival, he called me to see if he would keep a meal for me. Honestly, thank you for the welcome, the hospitality, the adaptability and the smile. I recommend without hesitation.

Very welcoming owners and excellent evening meal. The lamb and the Best French Burger were delicious. We found the hotel and restaurant rather cold although the restaurant was attractive. We liked the music! We cannot comment on the wifi as we did not realize it was available and managed with roaming. Good to be able to squeeze your own fresh orange juice although it would have been good to have fresh fruit or fruit salad as well. But this is just our preference. No extra charges for our two dogs. Thank you for a great stay

Verry friendly staff who make effort to please the guests. We have 2 (nice) dogs and it was no problem to take them with us in the room and no extra charges!

The hotel was very nice and easily accessible from the motorway. It was in a quiet spot on the outskirts of a small village. There was a supermarket opposite. We arrived at about 4pm but we were not able to gain access until 5:30pm. The app was telling us that we could gain access from 2pm so we arrived too early but managed to visit the village while we were waiting.

The hotelier overbooks and encourages direct bookings. We had booked 2 rooms, one of which was for people with reduced mobility. We were notified 30 minutes before our arrival and had to fall back on a very friendly hotelier but without rooms suitable for people with reduced mobility or a restaurant. It is obvious that the Belle Vue hotel prefers not to lose commission intended for the platform even if it means leaving regular customers behind. This was our third stay and we spent every 8 weeks there. You will understand that we will not repeat this experience and will no longer use this hotel or the platform. Of course...

Pleasant discovery of this small, quiet hotel close to the highway, another very pleasant surprise the possibility of dining there on a Sunday evening!! Reasonable price and good food

Basic but clean rooms, with - to French standard - good breakfast and the possibility to have dinner in the restaurant below. The food was ok but the chef has to step his game up. We ordered a steak with pepper sauce and a well done hamburger. The steak came without the sauce and when we mentioned they forgot the sauce, they said there wasn't any sauce anymore (which was strange, we were the first in the restaurant that day). The hamburger was still raw inside. Which is a shame because the fries were excellent. Also a plus is the private parking. And if you have a trailer or caravan with you, it's easy and safe to park in the street.

Good welcome and friendly staff who listen to customers.

I give moderate marks because my stay in winter took place with central heating turned off. So cold room (loan of a mobile electric radiator) and no heating in the bathroom. Despite this, the boss is very helpful and smiling. On the restaurant side, the cuisine is good with fresh products and a claimed Moroccan touch (fusion cuisine). The location is convenient for those traveling by highway. But the village is a bit dead and is not of interest. In conclusion, correct and practical address for a stopover.

Well located hotel, very warm welcome, excellent restaurant, very friendly boss and perfect service...very clean... downside: small room but excellent bedding and outdated bathroom, particularly the narrow shower and unsuitable for people with joint or joint problems. overweight (high step to get in and out) an Italian shower would be better...
