Room not in accordance with the reservation! We had booked a Comfort room, and be honest: room 18 is a Standard room, admittedly with a view of the Loire, which everyone makes fun of when it gets dark. On the other hand, the bed glued to the wall does not in any way correspond to a comfortable bedroom. We were relocated to the PMR room, at street level, noisy with garbage collection in the middle of the night and twice. And to top it all off, the manager offered to give them a second chance to one day discover their "pretty rooms"... that's what we had booked (see photos of the Comfort Room on the Logis de France website and even Booking), and that's not what we got.

This was a wonderful place for a family of 4. Our room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lots of room for everyone. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful from reception to breakfast to dinner to checkout. I would recommend the restaurant for dinner and/or to have a drink.

Overall ok. But no hot water on the last day of our stay. The hotel offered us 2 breakfasts as compensation.

One night stay. Parking problem. Paid public space at first, then the car has to be moved twice to reach a free open space near the Hotel. Hotel restaurant closed for dinner. For the rest very good to correct.

Hello, I am torn because one of the receptionists was not very professional and limited in her thoughts. The other on the other hand was on top, very professional and very pleasant (the one in the morning with a foreign accent). Indeed, the receptionist in the afternoon was to advise us of a restaurant for Monday evening, we are still waiting for her advice, the safe in our room did not work, she told us that she could not do anything and did not no alternative solution offered (safe at reception?). In addition, the rooms were non-smoking (which is very good), we had a room on the ground floor, so my spouse went to the window to smoke a cigarette, and this receptionist, seeing him, told him to a "Haughty" air that it was forbidden and that she was going to charge a supplement... We are hoteliers, we don't address a client like that, knowing that precisely as hoteliers, we are rather cool and respectful. Otherwise the hotel is super well located and very clean with all the comforts of a 3 star. The breakfast is also very good as well as the staff serving it. The only downside is this young receptionist who still needs to learn surely.

Hotel ideally located near the Châteaux of Amboise and Clos Lucé as well as the town centre. Everything was perfect. Small flat parking is a bit difficult to find.

We stayed in room H on the ground floor, equipped for the disabled, very slippery shower, parquet floor to be redone, very damaged, and noisy room for a three-star hotel. On departure, an invoice was presented that did not correspond and there was no question about our stay!!! (Everything went well?) No....

Very comfortable family rooms, spacious and quiet. Location was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

We were in a superior room. Shower adequate. Sink had no closure. Only two coat hangers. No more could be provided. Loo seat was loose but retightened the next day. Hairdryer only on cold or warm settings and could cut out. The kettle could cut out before boiling. Bed was good. Cannot comment on television. Car parking was possible outside but not bookable. Air conditioning excellent.

We enjoyed our stay and selected this hotel specifically because they offered a terrace balcony off our room. Although it was a shared balcony it was still very pleasant and the planters offered some privacy. The libation was also ideal. The only issue was that the hair dryer would only operate a few seconds at a time before you had to stop for a couple minutes before using it for another few seconds.

Great location! Room was very nice and spacious. Front desk staff was welcoming and efficient with instructions.
Parking was easy on the first day but difficult on Sunday.

It was a very well run hotel and in a great part of the town

Our overall rating would have been very good except for the fact that after making a phone call to the hotel after booking on line though the Logis app to specifically ask about and arrange for a room with a shared terrace and river view, on arrival we were told there was no evidence of this request since it did not appear on the Logis booking. This is really a problem with the Logis app/web site that doesn't advertise the room types separately, e.g., room with shared terrace and river view, room with view of the chateaux. The booking at the next hotel on our trip through the Logis web site also turned out to be incorrect but was corrected that time when challenged on arrival. Very poor. This hotel is OK but on a busy frontage and parking was not always easy.

rooms were ridiculously small with no additional power points. Getting to the rooms was approached via small unlit corrodors. Excellent location.

Great location right under the castle, but unfortunately that's about it. No parking and the condition of the room miserable for this high price!

We deplore the size of the room (a large part of the planned surface being taken up by a clearance), as well as the dark and sad aspect of the bathroom.

We parked directly outside , we’re well received by reception , dinner was ok and

we ended up with a bedroom without a window under the roof, with sloping ceilings with just a skylight while my wife and claustrophobic...all for 170euros...icing on the cake we were informed by telephone around 4 p.m. that we could not dinner the restaurant was complet.a no time this information appears on the site or on my reservation!

We booked a superior room so had plenty of space. Maybe an update to a smart TV is all that is needed here. The internet did drop out from time to time and required complete re sign in each time which was annoying.

Great location, AC, refrigeratot. Staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room and bed. Stay here for the best location in Amboise.

It’s not 3 stars hotel because of very limited amenities and poor service. The elevator is broken entire our stay. We had to climb up and down many stairs.

The establishment is very well placed and the family suite that we occupied is spacious and quiet. The welcome was friendly and attentive. The services are correct but have nothing exceptional that would justify the high price. Phenomenon probably due to the large crowd on the ascent bridge.

Very good stay, but the technical services are to be seriously improved. Indeed, TV channels 1, 10, 11, 12 and 13 were not accessible throughout our stay, despite two complaints. Damage

After booking email received stating that these 2 rooms had no view. Given the name of the Hotel "Bellevue" I wrongly thought it was because the rooms overlooked a courtyard. Error they are facing a wall with a view of the gutter and the garden hose. Also arranged so that the bed is against the wall and difficult to access for the 2nd person. The reception replied that the standard double rooms were double rooms rather recommended for one person and that we had been warned. This is not the case and one cannot sell a double room "rather for one". Incredible and very disappointing response.

Lovely spacious family room with 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast. Very good restaurant.

Fabulous location, helpful and friendly staff, room perfectly comfortable (particularly liked the bed). Bathroom adequate (be careful to put the shower curtain well inside the shower!). The reception kindly pre-booked our taxi from the train station and back.

Could have used help getting my luggage to my room
Would feel better about a higher railing on entry steps from arrival to reception. Overall I really liked this time at the Bellevue

Restaurant fermé un 24 Septembre : dommage ! Etablissement très bien situé et très agréable mais l'accessibilité pourrait être améliorée. Les marches d'accès à la réception obligent à porter les valises : l'ascenseur ne descend pas au niveau de l'entrée.

Bonjour mon job m a amené pendant 32 ans sur beaucoup d hôtel en France et dans le monde !!
De plus travaillant pour un très gros fabricant de désinfectant (groupe oxsilive) je suis spécialisé en protocole de nettoyage pour bloc opératoire, salle blanche; palace etc.. jamais je l annoncé avant mon arrivée : et bien moi je donne 20 pour tout et surtout pour l hygiène

Chambre avec des murs couleur marron clair moquette sombre pas de table de nuit . Très sombre. Salle de bain petite. Chambre très petite l pour +de 90 euros.
