Very uncomfortable bed, non-functional TV services (Netflix, Amazon, etc… due to lack of Internet). HS telephone.
For a 3 star hotel, the service is disappointing. The rooms are in their original condition. The furniture is outdated and dirty. The bathroom on the other hand is clean and well laid out even if the hair dryer did not work. When we arrived 2 slats of one of the 2 twin beds came loose, the condition of the bed base was more than precarious... Nothing to do with the reputation of 3 star hotels

Very warm welcome, the whole team is very pleasant. The restaurant, the presentation of the menu and the menu is very original, the quality of the dishes and the choice of wine as well as the aperitif offered very well advised, our dog even had the right to be admitted to the restaurant and had a bowl of water, we really appreciated the room was very pleasant and very quiet, the breakfast very generous with homemade food, to come back during our next stay in Aveyron.

Room on the street, funfair Terrace of the bar under the room, so very noisy, and either we opened the room at night and we didn't sleep, or we closed the window and it was suffocating. Setting up the terrace in the early morning, deliveries. In short, going to bed late and getting up early, holidays are tough, we understand that it's in the city center and that there are shops. But staying there for work if you get up early is ok but not for a vacation.

Welcoming, spacious room and bathroom. Great service when I ask for a fan, delivered to the room. Impressive restaurant in the organization with tasty and plentiful dishes. If you have to come to Laguiole, this is where you have to sleep and eat. The entire staff is great. I will come back one day.
A little hot in the rooms despite 13° outside (in July, yes yes...), without air conditioning and without the possibility of opening because we were above the kitchen ventilation... But otherwise, very good!

Good accommodation in perfect location. The rooms are practical, reminded me of German style hotels: no-frills, dark blue carpet and light wood furniture, functional and clean. Restaurant and food were good and the service was friendly. The indoor restaurant has two sections, the first one has more of a rustic cafeteria atmosphere, the other, set back further inside after the store is much quieter. The hotel is located in the middle of the town and parking is available across the hotel on the parking lot. The Laguiole knife factory is at the edge of town, a two minute drive.

Good restaurant, the price on the menu is correct, the choice of dishes a little limited and simple, on the menu the dishes are more appetizing but still a little higher for the budget. The room is also simple, but spacious, a small negative point overlooking the very close neighboring building, a small curtain would be welcome so as not to have to draw the double curtain at the end of the day and have to turn on the lights. But very clean and functional. Motorcycle garage welcome so as not to leave the vehicle outside. And great breakfast, offering a squeezed orange early in the morning, very pleasant. We understand that the rooms will be renovated soon. Good stopover address!
Just for one night, the efficient welcome, my specific request was taken into account, I obtained a room as I wanted. In the evening the restaurant was full and the service took place in a very warm atmosphere. The next morning a hearty breakfast and I left satisfied with this brief stay. Stunned, I had forgotten an object in the room, it was kindly sent to my home, after being notified by telephone. What more could you ask for?

Very good as every time we came! A few points for improvement however: the mirror in the room 103 wardrobe is broken, and there are missing croissants/pain au chocolat at breakfast.

From the outset, the welcome on arrival, although late on our part, was pleasant and efficient. We stayed five days (October 3-8) during which we had the impression of being, not in an impersonal hotel, but in the home of relations. Everything was done to simplify our stay and make it as happy as possible. The team is wonderful, competent and smiling. Furthermore, the hotel is very well located, right in the heart of this charming little town that is Laguiole. The qualities of the Aubrac hotel largely contributed to the success of these five days of getaway. THANKS !

A very pleasant stay in Laguiole. Hotel ideally located downtown. Free parking on the place of the bull. Comfortable and well equipped room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quality restaurant. Very good value for money.

A short stopover in an ultra-touristy city. Choice of cutlery (the "famous Laguiol") plethoric. But not only .... choice of "local" drinks and other foods (cheese among others!!) very interesting. Stay in a hotel that very well supports the reputation of "Logis de France" hotels. Very decent room (a downside for me: I was too "hot" with the duvet system). I dined in the hotel restaurant which also lives up to the reputation of "Logis de France" restaurants: Interesting choice with the emphasis on Aubrac meat, starters and desserts just as worthy of 'interest (Gentian ice cream). As for drinks: local aperitifs (try Thé d'Aubrac and Ratafia) and also local wines. In fine test of Gentiane's alcohol: a killer. STAY TO RECOMMEND TO TRAVELERS.

I find it very expensive to hear roommates chatting, brushing their teeth, no insulation. Damage .
No descriptions of the location of the room when booking! so we discovered a small renovated room overlooking the courtyard, without curtains. The strong heat made the atmosphere untenable because there is no air conditioner or fan. We therefore opened the window but the noise of the engines (fridges or others) and the heat did not allow us to sleep. The bedding is good but the Logis network has accustomed us to much more suitable services, this room is very small. The very average restaurant, the meat that I left unfinished served on the menu was filled with nerves, either the butcher's choice needs to be reviewed or the menu must be more precise on the cuts chosen. The poorly washed salad, and not sufficiently murdered, soft fries. You will understand, we were not satisfied and we had the feeling of being going through everything we hate, a tourist trap. good welcome, very good cuisine, more than normal prices my only downside is the crowds at mealtimes, you should not count on eating in a calm and serene atmosphere, there are a lot of people, a lot of promiscuity, and everything is fine very quickly. We were more in search of calm but it may suit others of course.
