Excellent, friendly stopover. Quiet, in a green setting. We should have stayed there longer. We will return.
A very nice country hotel with a fantastic swimming pool and garden. A very good restaurant with a terrace overlooking the garden.

The hotel room met our expectations. The bathroom lacked a shelf to put our toiletries. Disappointed by the breakfast, which is still €14 per person. Fruit salad from preserves, no pastries or fresh bread. Pastries were good but frozen, bread ditto (Picard?). No cheese apart from small pieces of Gouda, even though it's a cheese region.

Everything was as described.
Aging hotel, lack of exterior maintenance, poorly secured pool ladder. Very expensive restaurant €48 for a menu without choice because Sunday evening, it would be better to direct Sunday customers elsewhere. Breakfast at €14 is expensive for the choice, and the additional €15 for pets is a bit high. I have practiced lodgings for 30 years on stopovers, so I allow myself to give an opinion so that these new members can improve.

A true little paradise where you really want to stay!
Thank you to our hosts for their welcome and the quality of the accommodation in all respects: comfort, decoration, cleanliness, availability, quality of the dinner. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast. Although very decent, at almost €15 for breakfast, we expect pastries from the bakery and local products. This does not change our opinion of our short stay: It was great! Thanks again! I highly recommend it ;-)
Friendly welcome, quiet location, pleasant room (the window overlooking the terrace is missing a curtain). I was just disappointed by the quality of the breakfast. No preparation on the tables, fruit basket with very (too) ripe fruit and stale bread rolls. But it can improve.

Functional hotel, professional welcome, but rooms are not very large and bathrooms are not up to standard. Value for money is a bit tight.

Old house carefully restored, garden and swimming pool form a harmonious setting. The only downside is the restoration is a little too basic, but the quality of the products is not in question.
Everything was perfect at the Auberge de Cartassac. The welcome from the owners, the very pretty building with faultless comfort in the room and its window overlooking a pleasant garden and a beautiful swimming pool, very enjoyable after the day's journey. In the evening we were able to enjoy the restaurant's menu and local products. Our little dog and ourselves will remember this good address where we will surely return for a longer stay this time.

Every single aspect was perfect from start to departure. Very frendly and dedicated host couple. Location a bit difficult to find with Waze, but once found an oasis of calm. Great pool. Nice room with good beds. Beautiful outside restaurant.

Just perfect ! In this magnificent landscape stands this beautiful inn, which it must be admitted, offers us a very beautiful room with a view of the swimming pool for our part, and a divine meal. The room is very well decorated, with air conditioning, perfect bedding, and a well-appointed bathroom. The dinner delighted us. We feel that everything is prepared with local and fresh products. The menu is small but it's hard not to find what you're looking for. We find the same quality at breakfast. Sweet, savory, cereals, yogurts (delicious by the way), excellent compote, madeleines etc…. The outdoor swimming pool is ideal, as it is large and well appointed with its deckchairs. It is the perfect place to explore Turenne and its castle, Collonges-la-rouge….just a few minutes away.

Only one night on site but enough to get a very good idea of a very pleasant setting, very comfortable bedding and very welcoming staff... Dinner on the terrace is also very popular.
We spent 2 nights in this Inn. We thank the host for his welcome at 10:30 p.m. (late time). On the other hand, the breakfast at 14€ is not worth its price, moreover the orange juice and the apple juice had turned (sparkling). We did not have a small thank you or a gesture for having warned and especially for the inconvenience caused… Regarding the rooms, the service conforms to the description, cleaning is done every day, but they remain very dusty. The headboard is not fixed to the wall, apart from the noise when you turn in the bed, this is a shame because the wall will be damaged.
