A nice little stop on the road to Limoges. A family establishment, cozy and very well laid out, all in a quiet setting. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.
I went to Petit Vatel as part of a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay there: the setting is beautiful and calm, the hotel, the restaurant and the room are decorated and furnished with great taste. In addition, the cleanliness is impeccable and the cuisine excellent. I also emphasize the kindness of the hosts.
Standard of food for the price is not good for dinner. Breakfast was far better, but dinner really was disappointing compared to other logis charging 35 euros. My cod was dreadful and all main courses served with same vegetables.
