Everything is perfect
Welcome, service, catering, everything is very good
I've been going there for 6 years, it's still just as good.
Very good restaurant. Pleasant terrace (unfortunately, infested with mosquitoes at this time of year and no repellent system in place...) Room OK but nothing more... Kettle and capsule coffee machine in the room. The air conditioning makes noise. The shower faucet is wobbly (loose parts, etc.) Disappointing breakfast: no buffet, pastries and industrial breads baked on site. No choice, only sweet. At least ask guests in advance if they want a sweet or savory breakfast; failing that, there is a buffet. That would be appreciated. In 12 years of business travel, this is probably the only time a buffet is not offered in a 3* hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room.
Very welcoming. Clean, comfortable but constant ventilation noise at night and curtains not very blackout.
From the welcome to the departure, we have nothing but praise for the hotel staff: professional, attentive, present, yet discreet all at once, a joy. A must-see stop in Samatan!

Hotel with few rooms and quiet, room with large comfortable bed, just heating a little noisy, very pleasant welcome, great restaurant, hearty breakfast, shame that the jams are not local.

Beautiful establishment, with spacious, comfortable and pleasant room. Very good reception, smiling, friendly and pleasant person. A small downside, on Monday evening, if arrival after 7 p.m., meal tray (hot) in the room (I cut short my breaks on the road to arrive before 7 p.m.). Good meal, but the restaurant's light atmosphere is too subdued for my taste: reading a magazine is difficult due to lack of light.

The service is great, the restaurant is of very good quality. I am very disappointed by the noise from the kitchen hood which resonates in the room. Terrible from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. I will only come back for the restaurant but no longer sleep there. The waitresses are really lovely.
