Very friendly family hotel in a quiet area 5 minutes from the port of Fréjus!
A complete disaster! Everything looks dingy right from the entrance. Upon closer inspection, you can see the dirt. I can't understand the positive comments at all. We wanted to cancel the room because the hygiene there was also poor. The entire hairdryer cord even had mold on it. The mirrors were dirty, the corners were dirty, and the window frames had probably never been cleaned. There's always someone at reception with a vacuum and mop, but they still don't seem to notice the dirt. Even after contacting ebookers by phone, the hotel refused to cancel the booking free of charge, as apparently there isn't a problem. We weren't the only ones who were surprised and wanted to leave. Parking is also rather difficult. If you can't get a parking space in front of the hotel, there are few options during peak season. Parking fines are inevitable. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Simply awful.
Good hotel, well located, perfect
The only negative note is the parking because there is not enough parking for all customers, and almost everything nearby is paid.
A real pleasure to stay in an establishment independent of large groups (at least I hope so), with a personal touch, and less formatted. Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast like at home.

Room and bathroom not large but good bedding, good connection, good breakfast, quiet area, parking spaces, 5 minutes/10 minutes from the port and the beach. 1 bottle of water and 1 kettle would be a plus.

A small, well-appointed hotel near the port. However, the restaurant offerings during overnight stays could be improved, especially for dinner.
The hotel room was ok for what we needed and as a big plus it was very clean, congratulations to the cleaning team. The reception staff were nice and helpful. However the breakfast was rather disappointing, very little choices. There needs to be more options in terms of cereals, more milk, fried eggs not just the option to boil your own egg, more fruits as well as more options of cheeses. Finally, there needs to be better communication from the restaurant in terms of what is included and what not as part of the deal. At check out we were asked to pay an additional amount for things we ate at the restaurant, but we were never told those were not included.

Hello, the hotel was very good for our needs, it is well located for the harbour in Frejus and the bedroom and bathroom were well appointed for a tourist class hotel. The breakfast was also good. Parking directly in front of the hotel without cost was a bonus.
Pleasant hotel, as were the staff, and well located just steps from the sea. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room for a perfect stay!
Hello, I booked a hotel room through you. It was specified that a cancellation had to be made before April 16, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. I contacted Atoll Hotel at 0 349 451 5377 on April 15 at 4:48 p.m. to cancel my reservation. When I checked my bank statement, I noticed that a debit of €80 with my card had been made on April 15, without me occupying a room, due to my cancellation. I also confirmed my cancellation with the hotel. I therefore ask you to send me an immediate refund to correct the error that was made with the Beau Séjour hotel. Sincerely, MG Kirady
The staff is very professional, yet friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is family-friendly and makes you feel at home. We highly recommend it.
The rooms are a bit disappointing. The standard rooms are very small, and the showers are prone to flooding. The rooms on the third floor are very nice and spacious and highly recommended.

Lack of parking spaces
Nice hotel in a quiet location, lots of restaurants nearby, bus stop nearby, good pizza restaurant, friendly staff. WiFi a bit tricky: login only worked after several attempts. Room was next to the electrical room, so there was constant noise.

Everything is correct except that it's been two times that in this hotel my logis card has not been registered under the pretext of a software failure... Breakfast is limited, no fresh products (industrial orange juice, mini pastries are frozen...), then no cheese!
A lovely little hotel near to the beach and the port. Room care/cleanliness was wonderful and most of the reception staff was wonderful. We only had one disappointing experience. We paid well for the breakfast experience and the first morning of our stay it was wonderful. The nice lady coordinating it was solicitous and kept everything well replenished, the food excellent and the buffet was varied and fresh. The second morning, we arrived to breakfast at 8:50 and left disappointed at 9:20. There were no cooked eggs, bacon, nor even eggs to cook ourselves. The fruit in the refrigerator was empty. My husband tried to have cold cereal and there was no milk to pour on it. He asked the young man who was trying to coordinate the breakfast for some milk and while the day before there was a large pitcher of milk in the refrigerator he came out after a 5 minute wait and provided a tea sized pitcher with barely enough milk to cover the cereal. There was no water in the pitcher, no ham or cheese slices at all. the young man seemed quite overwhelmed. Perhaps there was a staffing shortage?
Having paid well for two full breakfast buffets each day of our stay we felt the cup of semi dry cereal and one buttered roll on our second day were exorbitantly charged for.

2nd experience as successful as the first. Very good hotel
The hotel is located in a relative calm surrounding (close to a marvelous beach) and has a potential for further development from a positive point of view. The room was quite silent and cozy though the bathroom was a little bit small. I can recommend the hotel ideally for a 4 to 5 days stay to discover this upcoming pearl (Fréjus) of the French Riviera, when you eventually travel around the coast with train or car. I think the hotel is quite priceworthy though there was a lack of refrigerators in the rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel on a half board basis. The room was small but functional. For breakfast there was an abundant choice and of good quality. Dinner was plentiful and with a decent choice. The restaurant is of high quality

We booked half board and dinner was à la carte in the attached but independent restaurant, highly recommended. Our room (No. 305) was an apartment with two balconies, great! 300 meters to the beach, free parking directly at the hotel. Port Fréjus is not pretty, but the old town is.

Family hotel, very nice, ideal for families with the restaurant is super good, the food is very generous. The welcome is incredible, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Small flaw there is no Wi-Fi network so making calls is very complicated. The restaurant is very successful. The hotel bill. The rooms are a bit small but hey I think the hotel was designed like that. Otherwise we had a very good stay with my children. I'll be back.

Good but not much parking
The expected services do not correspond to a 3-star hotel: - bathroom: defective sink drainage system, insufficient space to place and hang toiletries, absence of a hook. - incomplete breakfast: absence of various breads, especially pastries, cakes and tarts, absence of refilling of the tea box - dishes from the trattoria and poor service.

We already knew the Atoll hotel and we were very satisfied with it, however we were a little disappointed with the bedding because, for hotel organizational reasons that we understand perfectly, we had a room with a 140 bed. and a 90 bed instead of a 160 bed we had hoped for… we therefore opted for the solution of sleeping in a bed each so as not to bother us.
Great stay, both at the hotel and in the adjoining restaurant, to be recommended without hesitation.
