The hotel is located near the train station, the shops in the city center, the port, the buses, this allows you to visit Brest and its surroundings easily. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. The room is very clean, cleaning is done daily. Towels and bed linen are changed on request. Our room was well located in a quiet area. We also had a kitchenette with mini fridge, kettle and microwave. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Lights and shadows: the hotel is in a decent position with respect to the lively center of the city but in a too chaotic point, between works and traffic flows. The room was nice but really not spacious. The girls who run it are very helpful, kind and welcoming. The main problem lies precisely in the quality-price ratio: the hotel is in all respects a 2* but costs as if it were 3* (or more: we often paid these prices for 4* hotels). And even the breakfast, which is more than decent, is not worth €12.50 per person, otherwise the hotels that offer dozens of meters of buffets would have to charge €50

Thank you for commenting after your stay. We are sorry that the worksite nearby bothered you, unfortunately it is not up to us and we are not responsible for this situation. The price of the room was indeed higher than the usual because all of the hotels in the city raised their prices for the Fêtes Maritimes which took place between the 12 and the 17 of July, which means we remained one of the most affordable hotels in the city. The price of the breakfast is higher than the other hotels' because we serve homemade pancakes and regional recipes. In September, and for the duration of one year, the hotel will be closed for renovation work to make the rooms more spacious.
We were happy to welcome you and we hope to see you again when it is done.

Don't be fooled by the 2 stars, the experience in this hotel was one of the best, on a par with experiences in hotels of a much higher level. The location of the hotel is very good. The room, although not modern, is large, welcoming and very clean. There are automatic roller shutters, the mattress is one of the most comfortable ever found and the shower is large and always has hot water. However, the thing that struck us the most was the kindness of the receptionists who really pampered us, they took the time to suggest activities, restaurants, to have a conversation, they really made us feel important and we will not stop recommending the hotel!

Our home was much larger than what we thought and it was also very bright with large windows and views from a park. In addition, the girl has a very pleasant style with a very comfortable job and is happy to agree, we are willing to help you with whatever you need. For the time being, we have to say that loading a boat is very close to the port. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was very small and that allowed access to our new home with 3 steps, and the baby cart was a little complicated, the restaurant was incredible, very recommended!

Very pleasant check in with all smiles. Helpful and cheerful staff. We have a room facing the park. Despite on main road, there’s absolutely no road noise. Thanks to its double double glazed windows. Very small lift which fits only two persons but somehow served the purpose.

Excellent stay for several reasons: access from the station, the ideal location for going to work at Quartz (congress center) and walking around Brest. The hotel is quiet, warm and welcoming. The rooms are basic and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was sink and microwave and storage available. It is a 2 star hotel with a 5 star welcome. Olivia on reception was excellent to help with information and very friendly. A lot of repeat customers. We had a large case which was difficult to get up the stairs. No lift. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2am so we couldn't change room at that point but we managed. It was not the hotel's fault. It was very reasonable and central to the tram, SNCF and city centre. Our overall experience was very good. We were happy with out stay. We hope to return.

Over thirty years of travel have taken me to a few seedy hotels. I put this one in the 5 worst ever visited. And this rating is due to the value for money because I paid 80 euros for this room. The room is worth €50 but the bathroom is filthy. I should have seen the room before paying for it. I would have run away.

Un séjour parfait ! Le personnel d’accueil est exceptionnel : attentif, disponible et vraiment soucieux du bien-être des clients, ce qui est rare aujourd’hui. On se sent considéré dès l’arrivée, et cela change tout.
L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la gare. Les chambres sont confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour agréable et reposant.
