Cet hôtel.nest pas à la hauteur d'un.logis de France, on nous,annoncé à l'arrivée que le restaurant est fermé,
Dommage que la période du confinement n'est pas permis aux propriétaires de faire un.rafrechissement .
Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi nous avions une chambre pour handicapé.?? Nous sommes très valides .

Pour le petit déjeuner servi à table compte-tenu des contraintes sanitaires du moment une ou deux petites miches seraient préférables au gros petit pain qui nous a été servi. De plus il serait intéressant de proposer un verre de jus d'orange (ou autre fruit) moyennant éventuellement un supplément. Je suis sur que vous saurez adapter tout cela après une période de rodage bien compréhensible. Globalement séjour très agréable dans votre établissement comme d'habitude.

La chambre était parfaite, ainsi que la salle de bains. Le restaurant est correct, je regrette juste le menu imposé (même si l’on peut demander à changer si blocage). En revanche le petit déjeuner m’a déçu, les produits sucrés et le chocolat chaud n’étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur et les yaourts sont stockés hors froid pendant toute la durée du service. Ayant petit déjeuné sur le tard, j’ai trouvé la température limite.

Das Personal, sehr bemüht. Sauberkeit, wahrscheinlich französisch, nicht so genau schauen.( drei Tage lang den gleichen Stofffaden in der Toilette am Boden an der gleiche Stelle. Ist vielleicht noch da Zimmer 118 rechts vor der Schüssel an der Wand.) Die Küche, kleine Karte aber exzellent. Servicepersonal, ungelernt (meinen Teller mit Besteck auf den Teller vor meine Frau auf den Tisch gestapelt) ohne Unterstützung von irgend jemanden der Sie anlernen könnte. Falsches Dessert gereicht obwohl Sie mir vorher erklärte was dieses Dessert was. Nichts gegen beide Damen denn Sie waren top freundlich und bemüht es gut zu tun dennoch für diese sehr gute Küche und Restaurant katastrofal. Leider sehen Sie aber auch nicht wo Arbeit ist und wie in Gastronomie gearbeitet wird. (keine Wege ohne etwas mit zu nehmen abräumen, nach zu schenken usw. Ambiente des Restaurants könnte mit wenige sehr preiswerte Änderungen (sanftere oder indirektere Beleuchtung auf den Tischen - Gäste, Kerze, Leise Musik) enorm aufgewertet und angenehmer für die Gäste werden. Frühstücksbuffet, zwar Orangenpresse hingestellt dennoch wo und womit Orangen schneiden.(Tischmesser sogar viel zu stumpf) Käse ± 250 gr. gleiches Problem wo und womit ein Teilchen vom Käse nehmen. Eieruhr 3,5,6 Minuten erst nach 8 Minuten war das Ei schön essbar. Nur für einen Gast zu bedienen obwohl viele Eier hinein passen. Täglich (für uns 3 Tage) genau gleiche Aufschnitt kein Schnittkäse auch sonst keine Abwechslung. Der Kaffee mag Französisch gut sein für uns Ausländer billige warme Brühe nicht mal richtig heiss. (Bedienung bot uns Espresso an, war besser.) Hoffe habe etliche Schwachstellen angedeutet dieses jedoch ohne böse Kritik und wirklich danke an den beiden Damen des Restaurants. Der ""Bar-Mann"" auch nicht sehr geübt. Alles an Service etwas chaotisch obwohl nicht voll besetzt war. Für weitere Einzelheiten gebe ich gerne Auskunft.
