Hotel lost my booking, even though I had bank statements + confirmation email. Was charged 70 euro extra to sleep in a room that hadnt been cleaned.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed in this hotel and the 1st time that we have been disappointed by the room with an unpleasant smell (similar to cold tobacco) and stains on the bathroom walls. It would also be advisable to change the mattress as well as the pillowcases.

Twin room without warning at the resa, no possibility of changing on the spot because full according to reception while the net always offered rooms?! Old-fashioned room "old building". Finally very ordinary kitchen ..... it will be suitable overall if you are only looking for a price. Being a very regular home customer, the latter is not up to the mark. This remains a personal opinion .... to make yours do not hesitate to make your own opinion on the spot

I had requested a wake up call. The receptionist wrote it down and let me know i would be receiving the call. I never received the call and it made my morning getting to the airport much more stressful than it needed to be.
She also tried charging me an extra 10 euro during check in. I called her on it, she played dumb, blamed it on the computer, and adjusted the price back to the correct amount.
Shame on you guys for having dishonest and deceptive employees.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were footprints in the room; it was also necessary to restart the reception to have heating in the room, whose radiators are controlled remotely. Finally, the restoration is very simple, and we had to wait 20 minutes to get bread for breakfast!
Very disappointed with my room, we could hear the sound of the rain very strongly, which woke me up and prevented me from sleeping. The soundproofing is really bad, you can hear absolutely everything in the room. The rooms are outside the place of restoration and the reception, in winter very annoying and not practical. The reception was good, the staff smiling.
