We were well received
I highly recommend this hotel, both for the welcome, the tranquility, the cleanliness and the quality of the catering.
Beautiful, comfortable room with a terrace, delicious dinner, and excellent breakfast. Easy parking. The pace of dinner is a bit high. It could be a bit slower.
In the presentation of hotel there is a nice restaurant, but the place was rented for a wedding, so no restaurant for the hotel guest and life music till deep in the night. Horrible!

La réservation d'une chambre à l'hôtel n'inclut pas automatiquement une table au restaurant . Le restaurant bien que situé sur place , fonctionne de manière indépendante en termes de réservations. Il est donc nécessaire de réservé séparément une table si vous souhaitez diner .
Concernant la musique , elle a bien été arrêtée à 00H30 et non pas jusqu'au bout de la nuit comme mentionné. Et elle a été baissé à partir de 22H.
Nous sommes également étonnés des notes négatives sur notre chambre , étant donner que ce n'est pas la première fois que vous veniez dans notre hôtel , pourquoi revenir , si les chambres n'étaient pas à votre convenance .
Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition.

We were delighted with our stay, very comfortable accommodation, tasty food, a relaxing setting and an excellent welcome.
Really very satisfied: TB rooms (air conditioning!!! Very useful given the heatwave); good restaurant with daily menu which is good for those staying several nights.
Very nice establishment. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with a view of a large park, shaded or not depending on the area. The catering is also of a very good standard and the service is impeccable with friendly and very professional staff, all in a MAGNIFICENT room. Thus, there are still owners of establishments who do not let themselves be fooled by interior designers who transform restaurant rooms into fenenarium waiting rooms, all in the name of "trend", a trend that will only last for a while (that's the goal!) and where everything will have to be redone in order to satisfy the new trend of the time. Here, it is timeless, the room is magnificent (I insist) all white with superbly tableclothed tables, very beautiful presentation of the service where white still dominates. Bravo. Last observation, everything is cooked on site with fresh products. We see the kitchen team working from 8:00 in the morning, the very good quality of the meal is reflected. Everything was really very good. One note, however, is that the main course arrived on a barely warm plate and with ingredients that could have used a little more heat as well. Too bad! That's the only downside because everything was delicious. Thank you. We'll be happy to return next time.

If you are going to Nangis or the surrounding area, don't look for a host, you can go to this hotel with your eyes closed. The staff is very pleasant. The managers are very pleasant. We feel at home.

Very very good, at the top, keep it up
The rooms were a bit outdated with bed and desk. Also nice that there were water bottles. Sheets were a bit less pleasant due to the texture of the bedding. However, already new seats and the bathroom was refreshed to more modern standards. The curtains are a bit outdated. The dinner was very good in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was compared to the dinner just a bit less, a bit simple but tasty.
Decent hotel, friendly and professional welcome
Prima hotel voor een doorreis. Nette ruime kamers met airco en schuifpui naar de parkachtige tuin. Goed restaurant met redelijke prijzen. Ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd. Jammer dat het hotel geen bar heeft. Het was 34 graden en het centrum van Nangis is lopend niet echt een optie als het zo warm is. In de vrijdagmiddagspits is de auto dan ook geen optie. Er is een station en er wonen waarschijnlijk veel mensen die werken in Parijs. Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum en heeft een ruime afgesloten parking.

I travel all over France and have a really great experience, a ground floor room in a nice little accommodation overlooking a beautiful wooded park, and above all the dining area is a magnificent 19th century residence and without forgetting a very good meal and a very welcoming team.

Very good restaurant, refined cuisine and very warm welcome
Late arrival a bit complicated.
We spent 3 nights there and had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. Impersonal and hasty welcome upon arrival. Room assigned FREEZING, and not made up (towels on the floor, cups used in the bathroom, stained sheets and with hairs etc.) even though it was past 5pm (!!). We asked for another room. It was not heated either: the heating did not work. The problem was solved, but arriving after 800 km in a place where it is impossible to get comfortable and take a shower was unpleasant. We had to wait a long time to get to 20 degrees. The towel dryer in the bathroom disconnects as soon as you leave the room with the key. It was impossible for the hotelier to provide us with a second key. The bathroom remained very cold the whole time. The next day the room was made up but we did not have towels, requested in the evening at the meal. We received 2 towels threadbare. Some parts are dilapidated, even dirty or in poor condition (bathroom, breakfast room) and the website is misleading because we thought the rooms were in the pretty house but in fact they are outside, in soulless and ... freezing annexes: You have to go out for breakfast and meals and this is hidden. The restaurant did not convince us either: The service makes professional mistakes and seemed uncomfortable and not at all warm. No advice on wines, Wine list quite poor and not very interesting / no reference in organic white wine for example. Wine by the glass is expensive, going up to almost 10 euros. The cuisine is a cookie-cutter "cuisine". In particular, we had a pork stir-fry with curry which did not taste of curry at all and which arrived completely cold at the table. These were products simply placed on a plate (and put in the microwave I suppose), in any case, even sent back to the kitchen and heated - not enough -, it remained disgusting. There is also the wine service where the reference on the menu is not served at the table (here a Pouilly Fumé "origines" which is not the same vintage as the one served). There are undoubtedly some efforts made and the breakfast is correct, the restaurant elegant (but intended for large groups rather). Overall, it is cold - literally and figuratively - very impersonal and a cuisine that seemed to us rather targeted at events, where the quality is not at all there. The bill at the end was very salty. The whole thing seemed shaky and disappointing to us.
A very nice hotel in a pleasant and secure green setting. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast is very complete with a lot of choice.

The hotel met our needs for a stopover. It was a shame that the rooms, which were in separate buildings, were not visible in the pictures. This disappointed us because of the very attractive building in which the restaurant and reception are located. The room was clean and as shown in the advertisement. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very tasty.

Spacious, clean, greenery offering calm and relaxation. A beautiful and generous plate that revives the taste buds from starter to dessert. An efficient team that takes care of you. I recommend with your eyes closed.
Ample parking. Very warm, smiling welcome. I arrived at the end of the restaurant's service, but at my request, the Chef prepared his pear tatin for me which I could enjoy in my room. Very pleasant hotel in greenery and calm. Competent welcome. Top-notch catering... and top-notch service... Small restrictions on the bathroom side of the room: - no towel rack near the sink - poorly fixed toilet seat - absence of a screw cover on fixing the towel radiator
The setting is great with its small pond. The breakfast is very generous and varied. A must for foodies. The restaurant - dishes menu cuisine and service - has nothing to envy of a great restaurant. A real treat ! The rooms are located in 3 small outbuildings of 6 rooms each, well soundproofed and which overlook the park without being overlooked.
A peaceful place and rooms with perfect soundproofing and great sleeping arrangements! The view of the garden is great!
