Clean hotel with excellent bedding. Very good breakfast. Only point for improvement: the atmosphere.
Horrible, absolutely avoid! We had to walk all the way around the building to get to reception from the parking lot. The whirlpool bath sucked in my daughter's hand, there was blood everywhere, screaming... the manager called: "Well, if it's blowing air, it has to suck it in somewhere." Dinner for hotel guests... in a seminar room with folding tables too small to accommodate two plates facing each other. And yes, tonight is Valentine's Day, so outside guests can dine in the restaurant, but not us; we'll be dining with passing construction workers watching the Winter Olympics. The staff (apprentices) are very inexperienced, and especially since they aren't supervised... so there's little chance they'll improve. The total cost was €230 without breakfast, which we preferred to eat in the car because we were so eager to leave this run-down establishment. No compensation offered, of course. Your director of operations or your general manager should take up this matter immediately. Having been in the hotel industry for over 20 years and travelling regularly, I can say that the service at this establishment is not up to standard.
Spacious rooms, very good breakfast, welcoming staff. Just one problem: the Wi-Fi wasn't working.
Every hing ok, but a smal remarque, in the restaurant the waiters cleaning the tables next to our table with a spray.
This was not agreable. maybe tell that peoples to do this not with clients on the next table. Some of the spray arriving on our table.

The room decor was awful. It felt like a cheap hotel. The advertisement said "private spa," but the spa was packed. Luckily, we encountered a lovely hostess who gave us a private spa treatment room after we pointed out that it wasn't possible for several people to be in a jacuzzi at the same time.
Having traveled extensively, I cannot give it 5 stars in terms of value for money.
Access to the jacuzzi, sauna and hammam is very welcome.

We had a great time at this establishment: the restaurant menu was very comprehensive: 3 pages of suggestions and the wine list was x pages, we didn't know what to choose ;) The room was a good size with its own living room but the bathroom was a little small and finally the spa was very pleasant.

The room was very comfortable. Meal acceptable. Excellent wine list. Superb breakfast. One complaint is that the young man on reception when we arrived was brusque and not at all welcoming. The lady who checked us out was very pleasant. The other complaint is that in room 18 there were no window blinds and the floodlight from the adjacent Carrefour car park shone right into the room.

The room smelled strongly of mold—probably from the air conditioning. Some of the lights didn't work. Otherwise, the bed was good, the bathroom was OK. Friendly staff, and the food was good.

Well-located and comfortable hotel. The spa area is very large and allows several people to be accommodated without feeling like they are on top of each other. The restaurant was excellent, with a very good wine cellar. One downside, however, was the dessert (Paris-Brest), which was not at all up to the standard of the rest of the dishes and drinks served. Overall, I highly recommend it!
First time in this hotel and I can say 100% that we will come back. The room is superb and very clean! Well air-conditioned when it is very hot outside! The bed is very comfortable and the size of it is perfect knowing that I am 1m90 and that there are two of us it is rare to have a bed that fits us. Small point of improvement would be to add an opaque curtain for the morning because the current curtain lets the light through so we are not completely in the dark to sleep. Change that and it would be perfect. The bathroom seems new and well laid out! The shower is large, nothing to complain about! The hotel restaurant is quality, we had the 4-course dinner with starter, main course, cheese and dessert. Quality products and very good cuisine. All on a nicely decorated and zen terrace. The staff is very attentive to the customers and very friendly! We were treated to a welcome drink which was very refreshing consisting of fruit juice and syrup. Each stay comes with access to the wellness area! This is a real plus because it includes a hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi! The facilities are located in a Zen garden. The location is close to the highway, so it's perfect for those who want to go to Le PAL, for example. The breakfast is great and plentiful!

Very good hotel, well located halfway back from vacation. Impeccable room and bedding. One downside concerning the evening meal: the quality did not justify the 28 €, too ordinary, not elaborate enough. Very complete breakfast, with real orange juice!
Everything is almost perfect but a little disappointed and shocked by the way a member of staff (or manager) spoke to an employee in charge of maintenance (a lady in her 50s, brunette, dressed in red) who was spoken to like a female dog by this gentleman while cleaning the terrace on Friday morning around 11 a.m. If this little gentleman with his blue-grey shirt had spoken to me like that, he would not have appreciated it coming back. I worked for 13 years in the food industry, you can be unhappy, dissatisfied... but there are ways of saying things, karma will end up taking care of him if that's his way of treating his staff... for the rest we were satisfied, but we don't think we'll come back because of that. A great find for a stopover on the vacation route. Easy access and parking. A highlight is the outdoor relaxation area (several spas and saunas). Very comfortable bedding. Restaurant offers good value for money. Beautiful wine cellar. Breakfast with varied and quality products. Very warm welcome and discreet staff.

Quiet and spacious room, very good dinner and breakfast, we enjoyed the spa but the jacuzzis should be better maintained.
Hotel located on the side of a road. Quite noisy. Poorly insulated room. As soon as I arrived, a strange musty or damp smell in the room. Very unpleasant. I opted for a double room, very cramped, not functional at all. Impossible to put an open suitcase on the floor. Same in the bathroom. You almost have to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. And I was alone. As a couple, I don't know how people manage. Poorly maintained, aging, faded room... Cleanliness more than questionable: cobwebs on the light fixtures, the floor is not clean, insects (bedbugs, spiders and other joys) are walking around in the room. Disgusting bathroom joints, a used adhesive bandage is left in the shower, dirty soap dispenser... you really hesitate to press it. The spa... forget the jacuzzis directly!!! A nice foam floats on their surface, a sign that the water is dirty. Don't dip a toe in!!! Also, to access the spa, you have to cross the restaurant and the terrace, which is really strange and not very practical when you're in a bath towel. The restaurant... very mediocre dishes. For starters, I ordered a "plateau de charcuterie Auvergne." In other words, the charcuterie from the local supermarket. The main course, chicken in coconut sauce: the presentation and quality of the products were very disappointing. Crème brûlée for dessert - obviously prepared in advance given the speed with which it was served. Forget homemade or the little blowtorch to perfect the dessert. Needless to say, I left the next day without having breakfast, which didn't bode well given the dinner and everything else. I don't even understand how this hotel got a Logis "fireplace." The owner is friendly and the bedding comfortable, but that's the only positive thing.

Pleasant stopover, just like the first time. The welcome and service were excellent. Dinner outside was good.
I chose the establishment for the restaurant and the spa offered. On the other hand, the spa: very very dirty jacuzzis: grease, hair, ... no visible maintenance. We had reserved a slot Sunday morning, the sauna was not turned on ... Regarding the catering part, the cuisine is very approximate, poorly seasoned and especially very questionable in terms of freshness of products. My partner and I suffered gastric / intestinal problems during the night and the day after dinner.

Ground floor room, overlooking the street, in the absence of curtains, forced to close the blackout curtains for privacy = staying in artificial light; not very good for the ecological impact. The room was very good, but I was disappointed with the restaurant. The salmon fillet didn't seem very fresh and the rice wasn't salty. I didn't eat my meal. Despite my remarks, there was no goodwill gesture. I had already had a bad experience in this same restaurant some time ago.

The hotel is very well located off the highway. The spa is very pleasant, especially after a long drive, with several jacuzzis and saunas. We were a little disappointed not to be able to enjoy the massages because there was only one therapist, so duo massages were unavailable. The room was a little small but very clean and functional, perfect for one night. The only negative point was that we were woken up very early by a delivery truck right under our window, but the hotel had nothing to do with it. The restaurant was delicious and the wine cellar exceptional. The staff is also very pleasant.
