You can relax in the comfortable dining room as you appreciate an authentic menu consisting of beautiful produce and recipes designed to make a difference. Whether it’s regional offerings such as the remarkable Burgundy snails in parsley butter flavoured with old Pontarlier, Bresse chicken from "La Bonardière" prepared as a sausage in yellow wine and morel mushrooms, or seafood such as blue lobster in Savora remoulade, the flavours are just right, and the dishes elegantly created. This was our fourth visit to this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent. Good choice of menu and very well presented. The staff were cheerful and helpful.
