Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible et souriant, un petit déjeuner au top et très bon, dommage, nous avons raté le petit pain au chocolat le 2ème jour.
Chambre grande, propre et confortable avec juste le nécessaire à disposition (bouilloire, une petite bouteille d'eau par personne, petits savons bio à base d'huile d'olive).
Petit déjeuner juste excellent. Rapport qualité prix incontestable.
Bref nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Alès. L'hôtel est bien situé et est entouré de très très bons restaurants
