Found on google maps , for a stop over from a French Alps ski trip back to channel tunnel , extremely happy with our find , everything was perfect , pity we couldn't stay longer
We had an excellent stay in this magical place.
A very pleasant experience, top-notch welcome in a splendid establishment.
I stayed one night with the overnight package and I highly recommend this establishment. We received a very warm welcome with an aperitif, and Nathalie brought us together around a table for dinner, which was excellent, prepared by her husband, François. It's wonderful to see that places like this still exist, with owners who love to share what they do. The room and the premises are immaculate; it's a beautiful house next to a spring. I recommend taking a stroll along the canal and its locks. Thank you very much, and I hope to see you again soon.
Everything was perfect and the gourmet meal more than perfect
We love this hotel. The food is fantastic and our stay was very comfortable.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times before. The weather was disappointing which took the edge off our stay this time.
We felt it needs a little maintenance and is looking a little tired compared to previous visits.
The gardens particularly need attention.
However dinner was exceptional, superb food with excellent service. We will return as it is a special place but not in September!
Service is correct. De Grote Franse keuken moet je niet verwachten. Goed zonder meer. Ik denk dat , waar vroeger de Belgen bij de Fransen in de leer gingen het nu omgekeerd mag zijn.

Es war leider teilweise nicht sehr sauber, z.B. Staub auf Bilderrahmen. Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort. Die ruhige Lage macht die Erholung vollkommen! Besonders die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzliche dort!
After arriving in the room, we decided not to stay at this establishment. Stained carpet and not vacuumed. Furniture and interior decoration must be refreshed. 6-hectare park not maintained and inaccessible with tall grass....🤨 A remedial action is essential. This is not worthy of the 3-star Residence and Castle category. How often does Logis check the awarding of its labels on these establishments? Thank you in advance for your response.
This is not the first time we have stayed at the Blue Spring and we always return there with pleasure at least once every year.... which means it is always so relaxing, pleasant and highly recommended!

Having been unable to visit La Source Bleue for a few years we were happy to find the same tranquil atmosphere teamed with quiet and efficient service.

Thank you to the whole team for your warm and refined welcome. Thank you to the chef who delighted us from starter to dessert, congratulations for the cooking of the veal, a delight. The place is perfect both for its environment preserved from the turpitudes of civilization and for the care taken in the decoration. The portrait would be incomplete if I did not mention the queen and king of the place: Judith, a beautiful ball of fur of 70kg, very welcoming, a little greedy and Hermes the magnificent white cat. An excellent stay. Probably one of the most enjoyable of our french tour over two weeks. This hotel is on the banks of the Marne river and is totally peaceful and secluded. the staff cannot do enough and the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was simply the best with fresh food from the region and although only two parties looking for breakfast there was no skimping on volume or quality. Dogs and Cats part of the team ...suited us too. Many thanks and we will return. the only reason for not a perfect 10/10 (one point short in one section) was the tumble drier on somewhere very early in the morning.

This is the second time I have stayed at this establishment: professionalism, originality, friendliness, gastronomy, all in a green setting. I highly recommend it.
-No reception, we waited 15 minutes before finally finding someone to give us the keys. - Towels at the end of their life, unworthy of this label. - Barely enough shower gel to shower. - Dirty and dusty common areas. Fortunately, the site is beautiful, the breakfast is decent and the bedding is good. We will not return. Value for money not in line with the service.
The house we stayed in was nice, but quite dusty, the location is beautiful and food some of the best we’ve had whilst travelling around France, so would definitely recommend the stay.

Hotel located in a beautiful, quiet area. The ground floor rooms have a lovely private terrace. The bathroom has a well-designed shower. The welcome and services are perfect. It is possible to ride an electric bike along the canal. The hotel would require renovation/updating of the rooms (worn carpet, damaged furniture, TV) to be at its best.

With your dog you are at the right place! Around the hotel there are enough opportunities to walk your dog. The owners are dog lovers and therefore the animal is welcome everywhere.
Fabulous welcome and setting
Our 1st visit to La Source Bleue was in October 2014 and we immediately fell in love with it !…
The location is almost magical and the owners make you feel right at home, rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
The restaurant building exhales authenticity, and charm. The chef prepares tasteful and classy meals, and the ratio price/quality is excellent.
Since that date we stayed almost twice a year, and it’s is always a pleasure to be there and enjoy every moment of it.

Beautifully situated pearl on a water source with very nice evening service. Extensive breakfast and smooth service Too bad that a socket did not work so we had to put the senseo in the ground to make coffee but otherwise everything is fine
A most enjoyable stay even in winter
A wonderful discovery. Everything is beautiful to the eye. Everything is delicious to the palate. The setting is magnificent and the decor is very tasteful. The Easter meal was refined and generous, a plus for the Black Rose. The rooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Another plus: pets are allowed. The welcome and service are very friendly. A place to definitely recommend.
