It's all about location!
I had a pleasant stay thanks to the location of the hotel but especially the very friendly, helpful and welcoming team. They really take great care to make our stay as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🏿
We have been customers for several years and the lack of maintenance is starting to show, the proximity to the sea no longer justifies the price, and the price is expensive for a 2 star hotel of this quality.
A charming little hotel! "A little old" but very clean and above all very well located (the beach is at the end of the street). The staff is very pleasant. Located on a busy street but no noise at night. We were there for the Biarritz festival and really liked it. We recommend it.
Room in the attic (you must not be clautrophobic) forced to bend down to get around the bed if the window is open. Ugly floor, paint with traces of mold and touch-up paint, black shower and sink seals defective. No storage. Elevator: you have to press several times for it to engage. Never anyone at reception, the managers are at the other hotel next door. Taxes collected before arrival when this should be charged upon departure. Price much too expensive due to the lack of service of this room equivalent to a room in a youth hostel.

No soundproofing; I spent two nights, one of which was sleepless!!
Unfortunately, there was no soundproofing. We had a group of young people next to our room last night, making it impossible to sleep. A nightmare. We would have appreciated a small gesture upon our departure, given the discomfort and the need to call the emergency number during the night.
The Alizés hotel being closed despite my reservation, we were accommodated with an upgrade at the Marbella hotel, right next door.

We stayed one night. The welcome at reception was very good. The spacious room was well decorated and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. We had a good stay. And the more you leave at 12pm and there is a concierge service for luggage if you wish. And a very interesting quality-price ratio. We will return

Quaint hotel in a great central location for both the city and the beach. The hotel is getting old and urgently needs renovation to make it look as it should. The price-performance ratio is not good - there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Small room, as described, but equipped with everything you need. There was a nice window that gave a lot of air to the room and the bed was comfortable
Small hotel very well located in the lively center of Biarritz (pedestrian street) I had booked a room for 1 traveler which was not that small but pretty and very clean! The welcome is personalized with some advice for visiting the city. The soundproofing between the rooms is not the best but it remains a great value for money! I recommend

I took a single room for 3 nights, with a great promotion via Booking.com. Very clean, good bedding. But otherwise very small and minimalist comfort. Perfect for a single surfer 😊. The hotel is ideally located.

To avoid, the staff is pleasant as well as the location BUT very very bad or even no insulation, which unfortunately allowed us to be in the front row of our neighbors' messes with the children who heard everything. I won't tell you about the discomfort. Breakfast is very expensive compared to the quality observed. What a pity
Room without air conditioning, very low shower pressure, very old furniture, no batteries in the TV remote control. Clostrophobic elevator. No extras (cotton rod style, soap, glasses, etc.) need urgent modernization for the price you take.

The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Parking is a nightmare and the hotel needs to inform clients of this before booking and negotiate cheaper parking with the nearby underground car park. It also needs to give clear directions as the one-way system is challenging.
We just missed a parking space for the safety of the vehicle during the night, the hotel is located in a pedestrian street, access is on foot and the surrounding spaces are chargeable, the staff is very pleasant and attentive to your needs. on site or by telephone to respond to your requests. We will come back with pleasure.

A very warm welcome, a varied and hearty breakfast, parking nearby. Clean room. Only the mini elevator leaves something to be desired because a single person and a single suitcase already take up all the space!
First of all I booked 1 night through Booking then I wanted to book 1 second but it didn't work. The receptionist or the owner of the Alizés hotel, I don't know, she didn't introduce herself, encouraged me to book the night in question remotely because as she told me "I don't know if I can guarantee you a place on the day you are with us, it is better to book in advance.” I listened to her. I had no choice but to book with zero cancellations and zero changes. I paid and thought I had done 1 good thing. The problem is that 3 days later my car broke down and to rent 1 vehicle from Haute Savoie to the Basque country, it would have cost me 1000 euros minimum. I therefore canceled my vacation and my trip to the Basque country, losing my money already collected. I called the lady, receptionist or owner of the Alizés hotel, to explain my situation to her and obviously she didn't want to hear anything, on the other hand she told me “it's not my fault”…. I'll remember it .

Nos pareció muy caro calidad/precio, la persiana de nuestro cuarto estaba rota y la cama realmente nos hizo daño en la espalda, a la llegada no había nadie para recepcionarnos y queríamos dejar las maletas para ver la ciudad y tampoco había nadie en recepción.. El coche no se puede dejar cerca del hotel y tampoco dieron posibilidades de parking gratuito en exceso..
The hotel is very good for 1 or 2 nights, the only downside is that as there is no shutter and only curtains it is difficult to sleep because it is broad daylight in the room..

I have stopped at this hotel several times because I first like its location not far from the port and beach..then a very good service. The rooms are very good..and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
Apart from a strong smell of cold tobacco in the room, everything was perfect: the cleanliness of the room, decent bedding, very welcoming staff, the hotel is very quiet.
