Pleasant and comfortable. Very well located. Attentive and courteous welcome. Good breakfast.

Very old room, very damaged bathroom, no toilet brush. Toilet paper very limited for 2. No remote control for the television when we arrived.

No eggs, meat, decent cheese or orange juice for €11 breakfast.

Unable to connect to WiFi and no staff available.

Apart from the staff and breakfast Bathroom mold everywhere Tiles peeling off holes in the walls and door Toilet seat violent I stop it.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and good breakfast. However there is no double glazing and even though the street was not very noisy it was a bit annoying.

Room, room, everything needs to be redone, paint is peeling off and there is a lot of dust to be done near the complaints. There were 3 of us, including a baby, even a cot or a 3rd bed was offered to us. My son was therefore forced to sleep 3 in a bed. No one else was there when we arrived at 3:30 p.m.

We had stayed at this hotel 7/8 years ago and had good memories. Not the case this time, the room was dilapidated and poorly maintained / work is needed, the wallpaper is faded / the tiles are peeling off... initially, the person in charge of reception on Sunday afternoon was not at her post / it was impossible to reach her by the number left at reception on the answering machine ... / we had to wait 45 minutes ....

Young woman at the reception, polite, smiling, efficient, overall very professional. I would say that this person is the only very positive point of the stay. Room not very practical without air conditioning, dark and noisy (noisy street), with a cleanliness leaving something to be desired, with many broken elements, poor quality television (very small size and poor sound) with few channels. I spent two nights there, during these two nights I was not able to sleep because of the heat and the lack of air conditioning, as well as the noisy street impossible to leave the window open. The WIFI did not work! I clearly regret my choice!

Hello, out of 5 rooms booked, only 2 were OK. In the family room 300, the sink and bathtub were blocked, making it impossible to take a shower with the children in 30°C heat, which is not normal. In the other rooms, the bedding and bathroom had hair and smells coming back up. The only positive point is that the host is located in the city center.

Friendly welcome, affordable prices, parking (€8) for 30 hours in the city center. You get what you pay for.

Despite the improvements made to the bedding, the bathroom remains very poor. The toilet isn't even fixed, and the flush needs replacing.

The three main doors creak (entrance from the bottom, from the top to enter the establishment then that of the room) no air conditioning in the rooms to avoid in the summer and unfortunately a TV but no channels available. Otherwise very good bedding and a good welcome from the management.

Very helpful staff (they were so kind when I lost my key) and a comfy bed and a nice breakfast. There is also a handy dining area to use if you choose to, say, have food you have bought when you tire of restaurant food.

Hotel very well located to visit the center of Saint-Étienne. Pleasant staff. Hearty breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room. Cons: Bathroom aging and degraded. Bad surprise to find the 2 windows wide open when arriving in the middle of December, the room took more than 2 hours to heat to a correct temperature. Too little wifi for correct internet browsing.

Very warm welcome from the staff. We were able to leave our things in the room at 11:30 am and leave our car in the hotel's closed parking lot.

Very disappointed by the quality of the service. The room was far from the photos that the hotel publishes on the internet: dust, broken floor tiles, damaged paint, mold in the bathroom, equipment indicated missing (hair dryer), parking to pay in addition to what I had paid via booking, sheets and towels with a dubious smell ... it was only to sleep one night, but very clearly I will not take this hotel again. Only positive point, the location and the kindness of the young people at the reception.

No welcome on arrival. Having to call to obtain access codes. Dilapidated room with dirty decor, broken tiles under a footboard, no VMC in the bathroom, exposed wires in the bathroom heating. Household limit used cup on a shelf pile of dust on the radiators and finally a 🐀 in the courtyard! Fortunately the bedding was impeccable!

I recommend this hotel

Not great at all arriving in the street surrounded by buildings with lots of people. Then the ordinary hotel, too much noise from a student party just below our room. Shutter broken, plug coming loose, coffee pod already open just the paper remains, we asked for a double bed we ended up with two beds close together.' A shame !!!

Extremely noisy street side room. Room on the courtyard side, quiet but very damaged. Virtually no pressure for the bathtub shower. Water leak under the bathtub. Towels from previous guests still hanging behind the bathroom door. Bathroom door that does not close because the door frame is too small in relation to the size of the door. A bedroom tile broken into several pieces, the debris remaining on the floor.

Bright room and comfortable bed

The hotel has a retro charm, the new owners are gradually renovating the rooms and common areas. The welcome is very pleasant. Once inside the hotel we discover a place full of bright colors for the common areas, the rooms are elegant in gray and white.

Had to change rooms due to a strong smell of cigarettes No sound insulation therefore very bad night spent due to idiots who were laughing and talking in the corridor plus those who were screaming in the street

The hotel, well located in the city center, is quite decent but I must point out that no towels were provided in the bathroom (only the shower exit mat) and we had to dry ourselves with the envelopes. pillowcases. Forgetting, neglect of service? It seems important to me to point this out to you because it is very detrimental for your establishment. Only one lamp works on both.

Ideally located in the city center. 2 small downsides, a little late, and a little expensive for breakfast at 7 a.m. (and €11) when you have to hit the road very early. 6 a.m. would be preferable. Excellent night otherwise, no complaints, and remote reception with perfect SMS; I RECOMMEND
