The room was rather small and the bed harder than we are used to.

A perfect welcome. The owners and their team are smiling and friendly. The room was perfect. The swimming pool is a plus (even if the weather did not allow us to take advantage of it. A stone's throw from the beach for going for walks. Breakfast with many homemade and delicious things. No catering at the hotel hotel but partner with several restaurants nearby which allows you to eat a variety of meals if you stay several days. Very very good value for money!

The place is as advertised. My opinion relates to the care and the lack of understanding, empathy of the managers who take refuge behind "the rules which are in place in their establishment" Even with a hospital bulletin, he does not accept any postponement because they are leaving on vacation for 4 months. Very disappointing to see that the lure of profit is preferred to the understanding of exceptional situations. Because it is better to keep a room at almost double the price for the La Rochelle marathon than to postpone it at a lower price! I just wanted to enjoy my reservation regardless of the cost. My husband came ALONE to run his marathon and didn't sleep a wink all night because the roommates made a mess. So at the level of soundproofing it will have to go its way just like the contempt of its hoteliers.

Very friendly welcome, well located hotel. Disturbed sleep because it was much too hot in the room (air conditioning switched off by the hotel). The streetlight outside illuminated the room despite the curtain and partial shutters.

The hotel is certainly not on the seafront but quiet, 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from its excellent value for money restaurants. An address to really remember…

Practical: pleasant bar and terrace on the swimming pool allowing you to snack on a snack while consuming a drink and bicycle rental on site. Comfort room a little small with little storage, but nice shower. Only downside: a parking package of 40 euros was offered to us at the start of the 7-night stay, but we were billed 56 euros (7x8). Without this small error, everything would have been perfect: the hoteliers and the staff are considerate and give good advice for visiting the region

My husband and I had a room on the second floor, without a lift it was a bit of a task going up the flights of stairs due to heart conditions. Had we known there wasn't a lift, we would have asked for a room on the ground floor or at least on the first floor! Also the room had a sloping ceiling, and a few head bangs happened. (We are 80 and 78 years of age) Apart from those inconveniences, the hotel was very pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The stay went very well. The welcome is warm and not just professional, and it's pleasant (a hello with a frank smile is always more appreciated). The property is well maintained and very well located. The room (204) was clean as well as the bathroom. However, we regretted the smallness of the latter, the toilets are installed in a corner and the paper dispenser is badly positioned (my husband with his 1.90 m/95 kg felt a little cramped). .. well, we don't spend hours there either, so we put up with it. The breakfast is plentiful and the products tasty. We were able to enjoy it outside, pool side. Good address!!
