Hello The hotel had not recorded my reservation I had to find another hotel
Very dirty A shame
Shameful, we are very, very far from a hotel accommodation. No criteria met. The only positive point is the proximity to the train station.
Needs a refresh and cleaning of the hallways…
We could not stay in the hotel because the payment method we had was refused. The person at the reception has not received training in order to cash in a Logis e-gift card purchased beforehand from our works council. The person has not been trained either to collect payments generated by our Etik points. We are regular customers of Logis (hence the acquisition of the Logis card) and have so far never been confronted with this scenario. We do not at all incriminate the young woman at the reception but much more her manager. We had Mr. Roden online who told us that he could not explain the process to the young woman at reception: either we used another means of payment, or he (well, the young woman at reception...) helped us find another hotel!!! We find such a situation unacceptable and miles from the spirit of the Logis hotels where we have been so far. What a pity !
What about this Hotel?? it's more of a hotel than a place to sleep properly. we didn't even dare to take a shower and even go to the WC. we asked to change rooms and the only response from the manager at more than 11 p.m. => "if you leave the hotel without saying anything and without posting comments on the internet, I will reimburse you for the room". What a shame but above all this establishment must CLOSED. Do not go there or knowingly and without fear for your health. The hygiene inspection must carry out a check there before a health drama. In summary => dust, dirt, mold, broken sink, non-compliant electricity, stain on curtains (blood or other yuck). NEVER again and frankly I invite you not to go there. sleeping outside would be less DANGEROUS

It is true that the hotel deserves a refresh. But the cleanliness is there, and the bedding of good quality. The reception is friendly, it's very pleasant.
Dirty room, dust is not everywhere, curtain stained, shower curtain all yellow at the bottom, bathroom tiles broken at the level of the soap dispenser, badly fixed bathroom shelf, broom for the toilet in a deplorable state...
Perfect for a night between 2 trains when arriving late and departing early. 1 minutes from the north concourse of the station. And at this price, difficult to find cheaper so close to the SNCF station.
Hotel very close to the train station with a warm welcome. Quality/price are related to the product. Thanks for hosting me....
