Very warm welcome. Very clean hotel

Everything was perfect: welcome, quality of the room and fresh, quality products at the very generous and varied breakfast.

Impeccably clean, quality bedding, very generous breakfast. I come here regularly for business trips and the welcome is always very warm.

A very nice experience, a great welcome, a very well-maintained hotel with furniture perfectly suited to the rooms. In addition, what is very appreciable is the possibility of having free parking and also an outdoor terrace to possibly have a drink.

Great hotel, next year there will be air conditioning. Very good breakfast.

Totally satisfied. Just one minor remark: the room size is a bit small for two people. But it's not a big deal for one or two nights.

A remarkably well-run hotel run by a friendly and dedicated couple. Excellent value for money. The only downside upon arrival on the first day: the hotel is completely closed until 4 p.m.; elsewhere, you can check in at 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. And the Wi-Fi connection is poor.

Very clean and very well located establishment

Overall, I was very satisfied except for the location of the room. The window side was towards a busy street. I had difficulty to fall asleep for several hours.

For me, the hotel's location was good; I just wanted to sleep and have breakfast. Parking at the hotel was important to me.

We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy our stay. The welcome is always excellent and despite speaking poor French the guy at the reception is very helpful and speaks a little English so we never have a problem. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need with a really comfy bed. It’s also really good that the hotel is pet friendly so our pussycat stays in our room too.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The welcome is always so warm. I particularly appreciate the attention to my gluten-free medical diet. Do not miss the very generous breakfast! It is obvious that if we return to PAU, we will stop again at this hotel.

Really nice hotel offered at a very fair price. We received a friendly greeting on arrival. My special dietary requirements were noted and met with an excellent gluten free breakfast in the morning. The gentleman who met us and worked the front desk was really nice to us at all times. We also noticed how he was friendly and helpful towards other guests. Thoroughly recommended.

Good value for money and location. Intelligent renovation to bring the hotel up to date in terms of decoration. Fan just a little to cool the room. No air conditioning.

Great check-in experience and parking lot on property. Clean room and bed linen. Shower, sink, bidet and toilet working fine. Roll down window blind helped block outside light for sleeping but small holes let in morning light. Nearby construction materials site was a bit noisey for a couple of instances.
