We booked a double room with a balcony, pictured with modern decor and a beautiful bathroom. We were ultimately put in a very old-fashioned annex with a kitchen, children's beds, and outdated decor.

A not working shower was fixed in time.
The diner we had once was amazing!
The room was cleaned almost every day.
However, a few things were less pleasant:
- the apartment was outdated
- you need to switch busses 1-2 times to get to the ski lifts, taking almost 30-45 minutes a day to get there.
- the temperature was often too hot.
- the shower upstairs was broken: you have to hold it while showering
- the kitchen amenities were not clean
We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary and were rather dissapointed to receive no special attention either in the room or dinner (other than mechanical birthday song). Not Even a glass of champagne.
Very satisfied
A truly pleasant stay. We stayed in a room with a small kitchen, which was very practical. The hotel is typical, charming and comfortable. Very flowery. (Stayed in August) The restaurants were delicious, the welcome was warm. The region was magnificent. The hikes were sublime. We will return and we recommend it. I forgot one essential element: the bedding is very good.
