Great hotel, very very quiet, top staff.

The two people we met were really available to the customer and full of goodwill. In the evening upon arrival the lady was perfect and in the morning at breakfast the gentleman was really great and considerate.

In any case on weekends when the restaurant is closed the other days of the week I don't know. We were not able to try the restaurant We paid double the direct price of what is displayed on Booking, this is not correct

On Sunday evenings in the early season, the hotel is almost closed. However, the owner made sure we had the opening code and verified it by calling us. Everything was ready for us to take possession of our (pleasant) room overlooking the park. We were there this morning for breakfast and had a chat with her that we could not ask for more. Long live small, quality hotels in the countryside!

The staff is particularly attentive and friendly, the food is excellent.

Slight lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear a lot of the noise of the doors slamming in other rooms and the toilets in other rooms.

Well-located establishment with a professional welcome. Overall, the quality of the services is good. A good dinner, with a short but balanced menu, as are the wines. Breakfast is fresh and generous. One possible complaint is the lack of soundproofing. A hotel worth the trip.

Every time I come to Agen I always stay at Brax. The owners are always very welcoming and very smiling. Juju in the service is radiant. And what can I say about Pacha....the charming asset of the house. The flavors of the dinner are always up to the establishment, bravo to the chef it is a treat

I cycled to this hotel as part of a cycle tour, but I failed to check if they had secure parking for my bike overnight, which they didn’t, not their fault, as I say I should have checked first. The hotel did find a quiet spot undercover for the bike and it was safe and sound in the morning.

An excellent hotel with a good restaurant in a lovely setting. I have given four stars for some points because there was no kettle in the room despite there being some tea/ coffee mugs etc and only one towel each in the bathroom . I would prefer a separate towel for hair drying. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful .

Old dated hotel, more than simple

Room was ok, clean, good bed and a small clean bathroom.

Apart from the welcome and the dinner at the restaurant, I am really disappointed with the service of this hotel, especially since it is part of the Logis de France network. It is old, the air conditioning is noisy, and the breakfast is very expensive compared to the quality.

A haven of peace in the shade of plane trees in the heart of Agenais, coupled with a beautiful table, which doesn't spoil anything. A big thank you to Carine, Frédéric and their team for their welcome and their good advice.

Very kind welcome, we had dinner at the restaurant: very good home-cooked food. The rooms which overlook the garden are very quiet. Large 160cm beds, comfortable. The facilities (bathroom) are a bit dated but the place is very nice but
