Very nice establishment, well located in a quiet area. Spacious and clean room. A warm welcome upon arrival. Lovely grounds with a swimming pool. Well-maintained establishment.

Excellent hotel and staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. The proof is that my husband has crutches and I'm the one who takes what he wants for lunch, and then, surprise, the person who takes care of the room offers to take care of my husband. Thank you again. In addition, our room was without an elevator and they changed us to a room with an elevator. Superb room, good bedding. The small park is nice, bench available and the swimming pool is a plus.

The entire staff is really great, the only downside is that the daily menu did not change during our stay, which is a real shame because the catering is also important when the hotel is up to standard.

The Hotel Restaurant "les 2 clefs" in Biesheim deserves to be mentioned as one of the best establishments of "Logis Hôtel" that we have been frequenting regularly for several years during our escapades in France. Bravo to the whole team of the 2 clefs. Do not hesitate to make a detour if you are in the region....

Only happiness

Just perfect in every way. Seems to have been recently decorated throughout with modern style, and looks great. Good size, clean, comfortable room. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was wonderful - e.g. filet de boeuf Rossini was fantastic, literally "melt in the mouth". We hadn't realised when booking but our stay coincided with a special Valentines night dinner/dance with local band - it was the best evening we've had in a long time. Would give 6 stars if we could!!!

I had no luck. Room 3 had a strong smell of sewer that evening. I sincerely hope that this is a malfunction that will be quickly corrected for the next hosts. Otherwise I'm fine!
