A really fabulous hotel. Couldn’t very into our room so was immediately upgraded to a suite. What a pleasure.

Excellent hospitality worthy of a VIP. The service is excellent, the meal was excellent and refined, good breakfast, clean and spacious room well equipped. I recommend not only for the value for money which many chains or other 4 stars should be inspired by.

A somewhat older hotel but with a good room and bed. Dinner was fine as well as breakfast. Attentive service.

As usual we had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and very well equipped and the bed comfortable. The food as usual was excellent.

A warm and friendly welcome from Béa and her team. The hotel is charming, full of history... The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, with an old-fashioned decoration which may or may not appeal to you, but which reflects the history of this beautiful building. The restaurant is of exceptional quality, the dishes are of high quality, with a presentation worthy of some great restaurants. And the whole team works with a smile, takes great care and makes us have a wonderful time! See you next year if all goes well.

I have been staying at this hotel 2/3 times a year for the past 20 years. I always make it my first and last stops in France because of the people and quality and the proximity to Dunkirk port.

Rooms clean and comfortable, a tiny bit dated but then it's an old building and we love it. The restaurant is truly exceptional. It's always special to visit and we will again.

This hotel was amazing it was so clean friendly staff and food was super I would recommend this gem to everybody the boss lady was amazing can’t wait to return

We have stayed many times, and have always loved our stay.

This was our fourth stay at Hostellerie St Louis. Although it has been about ten years since our last visit the welcome, accommodation and food is just as good as our first visit. It’s nice to be able to rely on the quality remaining the same over all these years.

We often go back and forth from GB to France and always try to spend a night at the Hostellerie Saint Louis, both on the way there and on the way back.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and we have never been disappointed. You always get a warm welcome. The rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean and warm. The food is superb as is the service. Breakfast very good value. It's in an excellent location for the Channel Ports and the Tunnel. Very quiet and loads of parking.
We are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

A delightful place to stay - welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious!

A favourite hotel for our first night in France. There is always a warm welcome and the food quality and choice is great, typical Logis gourmand menu. Super little village to walk around too, with a convenient Super-U just up the road for buying snacks from the onward journey.

A more than warm welcome, a charming landlady and very friendly staff. The whole team is on hand to serve customers with care. A restaurant with a good table, what more do you need. We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Excellent hospitality at this hotel. Simple and fast access formalities. The allocated room is clean, simple and comfortable, with good quality bedding. The bathroom is also clean. Very good quality food, with excellent service. Breakfast with various products. Good quality WiFi for working.

Very warm welcome from the owner. It is a gem of a hotel. Room lovely and the evening meal was superb. The breakfast was very good too with a wide choice from the breakfast buffet. The staff were attentive and friendly..We will certainly visit again.

Hostellerie St Louis is sensational. We have made multiple visits and keep returning because the food in the restaurant is exceptional - last night's fish medley with butter sauce was one of the best things I've ever eaten - and Bea is such a wonderful host.

We were so grateful for the kind welcome we received, even though we arrived far later than planned. The owner went out of her way to help and reassure us, ensured that we had a meal even though we were so late, and help to reduce our stress levels greatly with her warmth, kind concern and smiling good humour. We have stayed at Hostellerie Saint Louis several times, using it as a final stop in France before we journey back to the UK. A lovely end to a holiday. We are made to feel very welcomed, the food (including the veggie option) is excellent, and if we need to leave very early in the am, this is accommodated. Have recommended to several friends and family.

The hotel was very nice in a quiet location, food to die for and the staff were very helpful. Hotel inside could do with a little TLC but nothing major.

Despite a decoration from another age, the services are of high quality. Open to all budgets, you will find a warm welcome.

The best food we have ever had in a Logis, or for that matter in any restaurant. It was outstanding in terms of the quality of the cuisine and the extent to which the hotel made a special effort to cater for my wife, who is a coeliac.

Probably the friendliest hotel we've ever stayed in. Lovely staff and the owner is the nicest person you could hope to meet - nothing was too much trouble for her.

A last-minute find, and a good one. Easy to find, excellent accommodation, excellent food, very good service.
The only fly in the ointment was the depreesing canned "music" in the dining room.
The only subsequent problem is the torrent of flea-mails :(

This was our third or fourth stay at this hotel, always when travelling back from a holiday further south in France or in Italy. It is in a good location for an overnight stop before taking the ferry/tunnel the following day. although we would also consider it for a short break. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if slightly old-fashioned, but what has always stood out is the quality of the dinners and the service provided.

We stayed for one night. We had a warm welcome on arrival. Bea had taken the trouble to email me asking if we wanted to book in for our evening meal. The food was wonderful and excellent value. I would highly recommend.

Very nice large room. The park is beautiful. Only one problem for breakfast, you have to ask all the time, the croissant was not fresh.

The hotel is in an ideal place for stopping overnight before a channel tunnel crossing. The gardens are lovely and there is a car park on site. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bedroom itself was very clean and adequate for our one night stay. The best thing about our stay was the evening meal, which was exceptional. We went for the chefs ‘inspiration of the day’ menu priced at €28 each. We had a choice of two starters, 2 main courses and either a dessert or cheese. It also includes nibbles, an aperitif and bread. Very good value for money and tasted amazing.

Hotel to recommend in terms of hospitality and comfort

A building that has remained in its original state for those who appreciate authenticity with creaky stairs and old-fashioned secure keys. That being the case, the service, the good manners are there both in the reception and during the dinner which, by the way, remains very fine The room is very clean, the quality bedding and the bathroom, without being modern is very clean

We were looking forward to revisiting Logis Hostellerie St Louis as we had enjoyed a stay at the hotel about 30 years ago. Due to a serious delay to our ferry crossing we were disappointed to arrive too late for our dinner reservation. We had phoned the hotel to tell them of our late arrival and we received a very warm welcome with an excellent tray supper in our room consisting of a selection of cold meats, pates, cheese and salad. The hotel occupies an impressive old building which has been beautifully restored and maintained. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The secure free parking was much appreciated.

We have stayed here many times. As usual, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant meal was a high standard, and very enjoyable.

Had a wonderful overnight stop on the way home from the Alps. Everything was top notch and the evening meal was one of the best I've had in a long time. Lovely experience.

The hotel has been used by us and our family for the last 12 years. You always get a lovely welcome. The rooms are on the small side but perfectly good and very clean. The food in the restaurant is of a very very high standard worthy of Michelin star!! Good choice of menu and drinks. Service is excellent and the staff always friendly.

Everything you expect from a 3 star hotel

This is a lovely family run hotel, very close to Calais so very convenient. Rooms very well appointed and spotlessly clean. English TV! The food is excellent and good value. The dessert trolley is amazing.

very clean and COVID aware. The multi lingual (Flemish, French and English that we heard!) team made us very welcome and the food and drink were good too!
Though not needing them ourselves the hotel appeared very wheel chair friendly..

I would have appreciated a real shower. The bedding was okay. At breakfast the pastries, bread and cheese were not up to par with such an establishment.

The plates look like paintings!! Good price-quality balance! Staff is more than friendly, it feels like coming home!

Excellent. We particularly enjoyed the dinner - with excellent service and will certainly return in the future. Only 40 minutes to the Channel Tunnel made this hotel a wonderful break in our journey.

A few years ago I would have described you as very good value for money. We are frequent travelers and used you on every trip. Compared to then you are much more expensive so we stay with you on special occasions only.

The overall experience was great, the bedrooms are tired and not what we expected for a French hotel, more of a British B&B look. The meal in the evening was superb as was the service, cleanliness was excellent.

From the description we thought that the hotel was in the countryside but it was actually in the village.

Exceptional hotel - lovely rooms, side-by-side so we could have a peaceful parents room but with the kids just next door! Beds were very comfortable and with shutters to block the light, one of the best night's sleep we've had on our holiday! The staff were simply excellent - friendly, helpful and caring. The dinner in the on-site restaurant was truly amazing. The the team were able to accommodate the rare dietary needs of my son as well, without any trouble, making him feel very much a part of the evening! They even have on-site EV charging! We will be returning!

Excellent séjour à l'Hostellerie Saint Louis à Bollezeele; nous avons apprécié la très grande qualité du service et de l'accueil, le confort, la grande propreté, le respect des gestes barrière; nous avions une chambre confort très spacieuse et avec un plateau de courtoisie.
Quelques confitures maison ou artisanales et une plus grande variété de thés améliorerait la qualité du petit déjeuner.
