Restaurant Auberge du Camp Romain

Mon premier séjour puis le second la semaine suivante ont été agréables. L'accueil est aimable, la mise à l'aise sans conteste. Merci au personnel.

Très bel Hôtel mais attention de ne pas trop le laisser vieillir. Personnel très agréable et très sympathique. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son espace détente et aquatique et surtout la partie spa, hammam et jacuzzi. Et à notre arrivée on nous annonce qu'il y a un problème et seul la piscine "chauffée" et accessible...mais même l'eau de cette dernière restait très froide. Et aucune compensation sur le séjour malgré l'absence des services proposés. Réellement très déçu pour notre week-end en amoureux.

Hôtel que l on fait depuis des années, la qualité de service ce dégrade, systématiquement depuis environs 2 à 3 ans lors de notre passage le jacuzzi est en panne. C est un choisi l endroit pour des prestations que l on n a pas .Un gros manque d insonorisation des chambres.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel qui était présenté comme hôtel élégance mais entre la toile d'araignée (avec la bête) au plafond, la poussière accumulée sur les rebords côté intérieur de la porte coulissante de la salle de bain, les coulures sur la vitre du bas de la porte de la salle de bain... nous avons trouvé que l'élégance n'était pas au rendez vous. Autre petit problème: le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnaient pas mais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Heureusement l'accueil sympathique et la qualité du restaurant ont un peu
atténué notre déception.

un peu déçu car nous venions vraiment pour un moment de détente et le jacuzzi était hors service ! On aurait aimé qu'on nous prévienne à la réservation. Sinon très beau cadre, restaurant super bon. Par contre chambre pas très bien isolée des bruits.

Disappointing room Very good restaurant

WE HAVE CAME 3 TIMES THIS YEAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. WE REALLY ENJOY THE ROOM, THE RESTAURANT AND THE POOL. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A DUVET INSTEAD OF A BLANKET AND SHEET.

With cobwebs on the stairs A curtain in the shower with a room at this price! The restaurant nothing to say The bedding was well worn on one side.

Quiet, lively hotel at the end of the summer season, very beautiful view from the terrace. Several ranges of rooms, a little warm in the attic but the bedding is very good. The food is very tasty there.

The restaurant is correct, its menu at €39 is quite up to par. The breakfast is also up to par. The room on the other hand is dilapidated, it is closer to a guesthouse than a 3*. The bedding has lived longer than it should. There is no fire detector in the rooms although an ashtray is present. The toilets have no ventilation.

Great location, great view from the room. A very authentic Burgundian experience. Wi-Fi fine in public areas, but not so good in bedrooms.

The ideal place to rest

The big plus is the swimming pools, however the exterior around the swimming pool for example or the lamps along the path deserve better maintenance

What a superb hotel in a superb location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilitates. Lovely food in the restaurant in the evening. We are definitely hoping to return.

No bottle of water in room. Bit sloppy and unfriendly service in restaurant, no water with food. Dinner okay. WiFi reception poor. Everything can be much better!

QUIETLY SITUATED HOTEL . FRIENDLY STAFF. GOOD PRICE/QUALITY.

Very good address both for a stopover in the countryside to relax after a long drive and for the restaurant. All the staff is friendly and relaxed, family atmosphere. The large outdoor pool is very pleasant and also the possibility to go for a walk in the forest instead of having to stay in a city. Dinner on the terrace was a culmination of the holiday. .

Fantastic stopover menu. Access to the outdoor pool makes you forget you're there for business. The meal on the terrace with a beautiful view of the valley… To be redone

Warm welcome, pleasant room but poorly adapted and old-fashioned sheet and blanket. Sad compared to the rest.

Mixed opinion on this WE Good welcome, correct room despite the windows to be replaced (the one in the bathroom simply did not open) and a good facelift to be expected Very good menu and refined cuisine, very competent and friendly staff For the SPA, provide an additional €10 for 30 minutes either of sauna or Hammam, Jacuzzi to be repaired urgently Breakfast on the terrace very good and plentiful The only very negative point is our departure, the guy behind his counter rather nice on arrival (the boss I think) became very unpleasant, for what reason, I don't know, maybe my partial payment with ETIK tickets and holiday vouchers did not please him, or that the Sunday work no longer suits him, you have to change jobs in this case, quite simply So mixed opinion, very friendly staff (except the boss of course)

Pleasant hotel, surrounded by nature. Excellent welcome on arrival. The service in general will have been of excellent quality both at the level of the restaurant (including breakfast) and the hotel. Clean room, rather "dated" and dark, but of satisfactory comfort. Bathroom very clean, but impractical (narrow) with old fittings. Low speed wifi in my room, cramped desk which makes it difficult to work. Good overall impression, especially for the service, but could do better on the quality of the room.
