The staff were kind, friendly, and competent. Spotlessly clean. The room was well-equipped. The decor was tasteful and very pleasant. The food was excellent, with original and beautifully presented dishes. Breakfast was sure to please. In short: an excellent place to stay.

Superb hotel/restaurant!
The rooms could use better soundproofing. You can hear the neighbors on either side of the room as well as those above you. I must admit that I didn't sleep well and I didn't feel very comfortable. Otherwise, the restaurant was very good.

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. What a surprise to be informed at 2:30 p.m. the same day that the restaurant was closed in the evening. Furthermore, no assistance was offered to us upon our arrival even though the receptionist saw that I was carrying luggage. Furthermore, calling him at 11:04 a.m. to remind us that we had to vacate the room at 11:00 a.m. sharp when we were going downstairs was frankly unpleasant. The room was poorly soundproofed and we were able to enjoy the slamming doors and the flushing toilets from all over the floor.
The only thing missing is air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. It is perfectly clean. Although it is located on a busy street, it is very quiet thanks to its well-insulated windows. Obviously, given the very reasonable price, the amenities are limited.
We knew this establishment for its excellent restaurant and we were not disappointed with our one-night stay at the hotel. The 15 euro breakfast is of exceptional quality.
The hotel is clean and the bedding is good. The staff is super friendly, kind, and smiling. And the icing on the cake is that we discovered a restaurant worthy of a gastro. We had a great time. For a 3-star hotel, it's great! 👍

This is my second stay and it's still as good quality, staff, food, room, breakfast, everything is there.
Warm welcome, comfortable, quiet, and excellent breakfast. A refreshing stop on the way south. Since the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, we followed the reception's advice and were not disappointed by the nearby O'Bistro Saint-Jacques brasserie. We are following this host, who has already been a regular guest of ours for a long time.

This hotel is incredible. I recommend it to all my colleagues who come to work in Saint Flour. I rated everything very highly, and it's well deserved. It's close to 4 stars. The staff is very kind, attentive, and very professional. The restaurant is divinely refined. Looking forward to the next trip in May ;)
Excellent hotel, good service, nice location, and delicious food.
Very good hotel and restaurant. Small downside concerning the length of service at the restaurant: in the evening stopover it is very long 1 hour 30 minutes for dinner! and I still took my dessert to my room. On the other hand, I wanted to take a bath but the water was lukewarm!

Very pleasant welcome, spacious room, toilets separate from the bathroom. I gave the room one star less due to lack of air conditioning but fortunately there was a fan. The extreme heat being rarer in this place perhaps an investment is not necessary and I understand that. I forgot to tell reception that in room 319 the bathroom ventilation did not seem to be working. At the restaurant, excellent dinner with delicious Aubrac beef!!! Hmmm! Too bad the aligot was lukewarm and didn't spring. Very good wine. Apart from the small downside of the aligot everything was perfect. We will gladly come back.
We occupied a room on the road, a nice room without air conditioning and overlooking the road, which spoiled our stay a little because it was too noisy...
Great stay. The only thing that could be improved is to have some air conditioning units in the room as they were very warm

For my first stay in St-Flour, a very nice discovery. Everything is perfect in this hotel with very good cuisine and attentive and responsive service.
A very nice hotel, easy to access even if the parking lot is a little small. Be careful, the music in the breakfast room is sometimes a little loud. Otherwise very clean and well equipped room, high quality restaurant. See you soon
Hotel that I chose because animals are accepted and it is becoming complicated today. This is the 2nd time I've stopped there and I'm still very satisfied. As for the restaurant that I discovered this time, it's an EXCELLENT restaurant!!!
The rooms are spacious and pretty but lack soundproofing and I'm still waiting for the accommodation points in my kitty!!
When I am in St Flour, I always reserve the stopover because of the very good welcome and very high quality catering
