A very welcoming and friendly team, and also very helpful. A wonderful, almost family-run atmosphere. They were able to provide information on possible excursions in the area and were always cheerful. A very pleasant place, just steps from the beaches, and very peaceful. There's a foosball table and a ping-pong table, not to mention the swimming pool.

Very dilapidated hotel: broken window curtains, no place to put your suitcase other than on the floor, shower room of a small square meter, no hook to hang towels, nor shower door, carpet peeling off at the entrance, open wardrobe with the available blankets unprotected, quite noisy when the neighboring room, cleaning with bleach in the room leaving an off-putting smell, hotel parking for only 6 cars ... In short, I do not recommend!

I love this hotel, this is the 2nd time we've stayed there and we'll be back. Everything is there for a great vacation. The hotel is pleasant, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is superb, very attentive. The hotel is family-run, you feel at home but on vacation. The location is ideal, 2 steps from the beach, shops and restaurant. The pool area is cozy, the pool is heated. You can have breakfast on the terrace next to the pool, which is really very pleasant. Around the pool there are plenty of deckchairs and cozy corners that invite you to relax. We met families, couples and elderly people there. It's very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back.

This is our second year at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach and yet quiet. It's just a shame that some vacationers overindulge in breakfast, making sandwiches, thermoses of coffee, and fruit juice for lunch.

We have booked a room in the hotel where it is said but be accessible, but it is not. It is a complete fake and the lady is not helping at all. The elevator is not accessible at all. 0 empathy. Totally do not recommend.

Small room, not much storage but large terrace

Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice, clean, and functional room. Too bad the parking lot only has 4 spaces and it's not easy to park nearby (but it's free)... Average reception at breakfast: no one, no more towels both mornings, need to ask... tables not set... but good breakfast. Very cute pool area. Quiet neighborhood.

I am very satisfied, the staff is welcoming and attentive to the requester. On arrival there was roadworks on a road near the hotel, which is why we had to turn around. I did not use the wifi. The shower area is very long but not very wide for the exit either.

We were warned that our room had not yet been completely renovated (the last one in the hotel), indeed the bathroom was still in its original state, but nothing serious. Decent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The bar closes very early but perhaps because the high season had not yet started. The courtesy tray in the room was not up to standard (no sugar). This is our second stay, we did not hesitate to return.

The staff is attentive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the region and responding quickly to requests. My room was very comfortable with a large balcony offering a lovely view of the village of Canet. The breakfast is excellent, with a very diverse and ultra-fresh selection of dishes. A play area is available free of charge and the pool is very well maintained.

Well-located hotel, easily accessible, a welcoming smile for a pleasant stay. A special mention for the very good quality bedding, for nights without back pain, but it's a shame that the pillows aren't at the same level as the mattresses. We liked the separate toilet from the bathroom as well as the abundance of electrical outlets, real roller shutters and the terrace. We would have liked more facilities to put our luggage and clothes in the room and especially in the bathroom. The noise is nothing exceptional compared to hotels of the same category by the sea. Our stay was very pleasant.

Seeing that renovations had been undertaken, we wanted to return to this establishment 10 years after our last experience, it's hard to make something new with something old! For those who love vintage, don't miss the bathroom tiles, a must!

The location is very good, the staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to make you comfortable, they also speak Spanish, are pleasant and friendly. The room was recently renovated, simple but pleasant, it has a terrace with two chairs and a table, the cleanliness was ok, the mattress was very comfortable, the pillows were a bit soft. Our dog was very well and they let him in all the rooms... it was April they let us use the pool but in summer I don't think they let dogs in. The staff was also very attentive to him.

Reservation with upgrade, but heating problem so change of single room with no hot water and limescale shower. In short, we reported it in the morning to the reception. The young receptionist kindly offered us breakfast while apologizing, we found her professional, smiling and very pleasant. As a big guy with mobility issues who uses a Trionic Walker I did find the lift in Les Sables a little bit tight for getting in and out. I thank Emily for reserving a bedroom in the block with the lift as the other block only had stairs. I had dreams of sitting beside the pool in my shorts, unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but I could still sit beside the pool each morning in warmer clothes. A memorable location close to some fine restaurants.

Perfect hotel and partner restaurant for a top-notch evening stopover.

The room was superb, but what really impressed us was the huge terrace. On October 5th, we had 24° and we were able to enjoy a moment of tanning on the terrace! It was great! A warm welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, top bedding, impeccable cleanliness and an excellent breakfast. Everything is perfect!

The hotel was absolutely fine, great pool area, fantastic location for being close to the beach and restaurants and the staff were amazing!

I was pleased with the hotel in general, but the cleanliness in the room was poor, we thought that maybe for the price we were paying maybe it was fair enough, but during our trip we stayed in other hotels with the same price range and honestly the cleanliness of those hotels rooms was good enough to feel you comfortable. One of the main issues that we have in our room was a strong smell, actually you could smell it at the entrance of the building. Once you get into the room the smell intensifies, that plus the bed bugs make our staying very unpleased. The rest of the service was perfect, cant complain about the pool, the food, and the attention of the staff, but for me cleanliness in a hotel room is everything.

I am very satisfied as always, whether it is the welcome or the quality of the rooms.

Hotel very close to the beach. Very small car park, parking spaces all around but few spaces in this season (high traffic) requiring parking further away. No restaurant in the establishment; partner restaurant very close by for the stopover or half-board. The restaurant is very good but the tables are too close to each other. Obligation to pay for the stopover the same evening at the hotel and drinks or supplements directly at the restaurant so it is not possible to include them in the overall cost of the stopover: not practical. Room not very spacious. Noisy roller shutters when it is windy (creaky). Large shower but no shelf at the sink to put your things down: not very practical. Large terrace. Really cramped table/desk, not practical for working there. Good breakfast: quite a lot of choice but lack of local, non-industrial products.

Really very nice staff who advise you on your activities to do around, always smiling, the lady who takes care of breakfast really very very nice, always smiling too, clean hotel and well located near the beach and city center of Canet. Only downside which is not the responsibility of the hotel the parking, there is none, you have to park in the beach parking lot and it is not given

Friendly staff

We had a good stay. The hotel is smaller than expected, which creates a family atmosphere. The parking lot can only hold four cars and it is difficult to find parking on the street. We highlight the professionalism of the staff who were able to immediately help us with the television, recommend restaurants and answer all our questions. In addition, when we booked, we had indicated a gluten intolerance and to our surprise, they had provided gluten-free products for us at breakfast. The hotel offers billiards, table tennis, board games, etc. for free. The swimming pool was good and very quiet. Our only regret is that the hotel does not offer dinner (just a few snacks). However, we found that the price was too high for this type of service. We still recommend this hotel! :)

Very welcoming staff, especially the breakfast team. The setting is very nice with quick access to the beach. However, the hotel is quite noisy overall, plus a triple room with only 2 chairs on the balcony, and a leaking shower. The same goes for bath towels, triple room but only 2 towels throughout the stay.

Lovely place in a great location with excellent, friendly staff. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning.

Parking was tricky on some days. There is on street parking for free but it can take some time to find somewhere within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

Cleaning was a bit hit and miss with one day the room not being serviced and 4 days neglecting to refill the shower gel.

the bedroom with 2 twin beds may seem small but it has all the makings of a large one. Bathroom with a large sink. But I couldn't find a hair dryer. What I appreciated most was the quality of the bedding (I'm obese) and the large balcony with a view of the swimming pool. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. They were very helpful, pleasant and considerate. They were able to quickly answer my questions and gave good advice to prepare for my first time on the waves. Ready to come back to this hotel.

Great location and value for money. The bed is decent, it's clean and comfortable. The property has a great room to have meeting if you are remote worker. They provide coffee, tea and boiler so you can quickly make a coffee for yourself.

We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time, and they helped us to have our room.

Things to improve:

Hotel needs to change all their towels, they are very old and they don't seem very clean. Our towels were not changed daily, I asked towels from the reception all the time, they were not good.

The hotel has free parking, and if it's full, there are plenty empty spaces around the hotel where you can park your car.

The elevator area has a strong smell, you might use a perfume or something to remove it.

Excellent hotel. Top staff...everything is perfect. Breakfast with fresh products, savory and sweet choices. Special mention to Sara who is adorable. We will come back. Close to the beach and the town center with many restaurants nearby.
