We particularly appreciated the service in our room of a meal, certainly modest but which saved us from going out looking for a restaurant (appreciated after a busy day of sightseeing!). Spontaneously we were offered to visit the rooms and given the choice as to the shape of the bed! The person who received us was attentive, friendly, discreet and caring. We did not have the feeling of being faced with someone who was coldly selling his wares

Hello, sleeping in a round bed is very special! I am 1.70m tall, I lay on the duvet because it was very warm in the room. I had my feet outside the bed, it had no impact on the quality of my sleep. I think that for people who are sensitive to the cold or for tall people this could be a problem. Very nice bathroom as well as the bedroom.

It looks old from the outside, but the surprise is when you go in. Clean, fresh and a nice reception who is willing to answer all questions. The room was nice,clean and very complete. The view to the next historical building - nice! Breakfast easy, well served and you get all support you need. All speaks well english! Restaurants are everywhere, easy to reach by feed. Visit also the chapel! If you look for thomething spetial!

A stopover on the Camino de Santiago between Conques and Toulouse, we were perfectly received in this quality establishment with high-quality services; rooftop, sauna, gym, cocktail bar. Everything is provided for the comfort of guests. Excellent location in the heart of the Bastide Royale, close to all services. A perfect stopover!

This room was perfect for me. The view from my window of La Chapelle des Pénitents Noirs was special. And I arrived from the overnight train to find that my room was already available so I could settle in and restart my day.

Close to the city center. Very welcoming. Lots of facilities available. Varied and high-quality morning buffet.

Guests should be warned that the bed sheets are not made of cotton, it's very unpleasant! I asked for a cotton sheet at reception but there weren't any. Furthermore, the mattress is not very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, one small detail all the same, my room overlooking the parking lot opposite is at the height of the windows it would be wise to put a mirror film on them... Privacy would be preserved.

Quant au lit de forme ronde, cela me paraît une idée tout à fait SAUGRENUE : cela est malcommode
(pas de tables de nuit, notamment) et n'ajoute rien au confort de la chambre.
Peu d'espaces de rangement.

Street noise, ..... We do not recommend it.

A charming hotel with helpful and accommodating staff. Our first room was very small. We were able to change it with no problem and the second room was perfect. There is free parking opposite. The location in the pedestrianized center could not be better. It was very quiet. The aicon was excellent. It is very welcome for our snall dog as tgere are areas to walk opposite. The town is charming with good restaurants and bars. The river walk is picturesque.

Magnificent hotel with very high-quality services and an excellent welcome. The rooftop is crazy and I recommend you take the stairs to get there. The round bed is not only fun but also comfortable. Everything is perfectly thought out and optimized in the bathroom, making it very functional. Huge congratulations for the concern for the environment, right down to the toilet paper and the promotion of French products 🐓with the sheets and the Respire range. Thank you for the quality of the breakfast with organic and local products... the chocolatine would have been a plus but the croissant was good. The location is perfect to fully enjoy this magnificent royal country house.

A high-quality hotel in the heart of the city, featuring lush greenery and beautifully designed interiors. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

The apartment was a large spacious area for two of us. Having space on the rooftop was a delightful surprise and access to the small gym was a bonus.
The apartment was clean and spotless. the kitchen had everything you would need for a stay.
It was in a great location to the town and tucked away from main part of the town.

One of the best I've known in my life (87 years). The only one I've found to equal the Peninsula of Koolon (Hong Kong) in the years 1970-85 BUT also with a more friendly and family atmosphere: at their place you feel like a kind of friend, a member of the team while being pampered like THE customer, THE most important visitor and at the same time the nice old uncle you've always known and loved. It's extremely rare and very difficult to describe with words so one "only" word in four: a very big thank you. There would be so much to say: a small library with few books but of high quality and exciting, a host, his wife, his team with "little care", on the lookout for every detail to be pleasant to you, to help you. Son and grandfather pampered by a beautiful golden daughter, I "fell" into another universe of attentive and unimaginable kindness, even 50 years ago

Very warm welcome with kindness (listening and availability), clean hotel, quiet (well insulated from the outside) and well located. Good bedding (used to sleeping in hotels due to my work). Coffee maker in the room for a gentle awakening.... I did not have time to go to the swimming pool, spa and gym. The hostess was kind enough to show me around before leaving. From the swimming pool, view of the bell tower of the Collegiate Church. I will happily return to this establishment. The name of the hotel "Fleurines" (from the Occitan flarina = to blow) reminds us of the role played for our so good "Roquefort" Thanks again to the whole team.

Everything is perfect. With a king size bed it would be fabulous.

The reception and the room are very good. Unfortunately, the noise from the rooms next to and above ours is unbearable. We were on the 2nd floor. The first night the room next to ours woke us up at 4:40 am. It was impossible to get back to sleep. To top it all off, the maids start work very early around 8:15 am and from that moment on it was impossible to rest. The cleaning trolleys are parked in the hallway and there is a constant coming and going. Why intervene so early and inconvenience the guests for the short time they have left to occupy the room? Indeed, the room must be vacated by 11 am and upon arrival it is only possible to access it from 3:30 pm. Have the cleaning done between 11 am and 3:30 pm and the guests will be satisfied. Finally, a lot of walking noise, the floor making noise and doors closing loudly. That's a lot for a hotel of this standing. Rather than making the effort to operate in an eco-responsible manner, wouldn't it be wiser to improve the soundproofing in the rooms? Very disappointing.

Special mention to the whole team: warm, caring and human, in love with their city (good advice and brochures available, for all tastes: from its manager Romain to the service or room team, we feel an atmosphere of healthy and cooperative social climate. Everyone waltzes without stress in the nooks and crannies of this comfortable, human-sized hotel... right up to the rooftop pool or the gym. Also special mention to the choice of breakfast products... varied, beautiful, good, respecting a choice of local or organic products and limiting as much as possible industrial products for mass consumption. Every detail is taken care of in this establishment. Ultra high-end bedding too, with a restful sleep and in a religious calm (in this city with many chapels!). Breakfast possible facing the Chapel of the Black Penitents, an architectural splendor that has survived the ages. Bravo and thank you. It is flawless.

Too impersonal: being here or elsewhere is not very different... "international" style. And the partner restaurant for the evening stopover is tasteless (the ice cream parlor). In summer it must really be better with access to the terrace!

Well located but parking not necessarily easy. Cramped room with some flaws: toilet in the bathroom, TV in a corner clearly visible to only one person, kettle available but no electrical outlet within 2 meters. Otherwise, modern hotel, charming and efficient staff. Perfect breakfast.

Insufficient soundproofing. The shower in the next room must be at the level of our headboard because we had the impression that he was showering in our room. Quite a nice hotel but some things could be simplified: - the use of the TV is a bit complicated and I had to call reception to find out how to adjust the volume - tea bags (rather than loose tea) would be more practical in the morning at breakfast and the pastries were only brought 1 hour after the dining room opened

The concept of an open bathroom on the bedroom is not very convincing (lack of privacy). The soundproofing from the street is average. The size of the room is very good. The air conditioning makes parasitic noise. Very good reception with a solution to park the car and correct the false information given by booking.

Perfect welcome, room a little small but still clean and comfortable

Comfortable, very quiet room with direct access to the terrace, swimming pool, sauna and gym. The pool area is very nice and very well laid out. Hotel located 2' walk from the city center. Smiling and warm welcome. Very kind staff, we were accompanied to the entrance of our building and the explanations to access the room were very clear. Breakfast with lots of choice and very good local products. Too bad, breakfast a little expensive (for adults) Lots of wasps on the roof and pigeon droppings.

A downside regarding the round bed...is not really of interest to us... Too bad the lighting in the room is bright and without the possibility of having independent bedside lamps. For everything else, very good.

Great establishment in the heart of the old town. Varied, local and organic breakfast. A real treat, there is a seed bar and fresh fruit salads. Comfortable, refined and designer room. Connected TV a real plus for watching your program. Special mention for the swimming pool on the roof, incredible. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the recommendations for dining. Small boutique hotel with designer rooms, bar, rooftop around the swimming pool and sauna. The breakfasts are homemade and the cocktails are very good. The common spaces are modern, unusual and warm. A cozy and comfortable patio is between the 2 buildings with a green wall. The rooftop is welcoming with its designer furniture and original, soft cushions. The management and staff take great care. A place full of pep where we enjoy staying.

Coming with a wonderbox I find it a shame that the hotel is part of a well-being relaxation box when there is nothing apart from a sauna and outdoor swimming pool....

Very expensive hotel for average service. Entrance to the bedroom through the bathroom….curious!!! Great when you open the door and your partner is washing 😅 Dozens of dead flies on the window sills, a cocktail stick at the foot of the bed….. A breakfast for 14 euros with synthetic fruit juice, not fruit, a bottle of milk that remains open at room temperature on the unrefrigerated buffet. The positive point: the perfect location in a lovely area and parking in front of the hotel.

I chose a room with too little space but it was me who made a mistake, otherwise nothing to complain about, welcome, cleanliness, local staff, excellent services 👍

Good stay, modern and comfortable hotel. Right in the center of Villefranche. Hearty breakfast. Comfortable bedding. The toilets are separate from the bathroom, that's a plus! A little anecdote: we stayed outside because the receptionist had incorrectly configured our card but the problem was resolved quickly thanks to the emergency call!

We were able to spend a night at the hotel thanks to a wonderbox. Very pretty, clean and eco-friendly, we slept well despite the noise in the corridors in the morning. They also added a special touch: heart petals on the bed when we arrived, a neat romantic entrance! Then a buffet breakfast for all tastes, we enjoyed ourselves. I recommend :)
