Beautiful welcoming hotel. Perfect breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. I recommend this establishment for both families and couples.

For years I have been booking at this establishment, the welcome has always been very good and the quality of the facilities too.

Very well received, the service is impeccable. The possibility of having a vegetable soup in the room in the evening was really an additional comfort.

Well located but parking not necessarily easy. Cramped room with some flaws: toilet in the bathroom, TV in a corner clearly visible to only one person, kettle available but no electrical outlet within 2 meters. Otherwise, modern hotel, charming and efficient staff. Perfect breakfast.

Small downside regarding the insufficient lighting in the bathroom

Insufficient soundproofing. The shower in the next room must be at the level of our headboard because we had the impression that he was showering in our room. In addition, having to add 60 euros to the total compared to the initial smartbox is simply excessive given that we did not have access to the swimming pool. And we were in Villefranche de Rouergue on a Thursday evening at the beginning of October. The breakfast was perfect

I didn't have a reception in the evening at 9:30 p.m. but my card was available on the counter so no problem, on the other hand there was hair on the floor in the room and in the bathroom which shows a lack of cleanliness

Quite a nice hotel but some things could be simplified: - the use of the TV is a bit complicated and I had to call reception to find out how to adjust the volume - tea bags (rather than loose tea) would be more practical in the morning at breakfast and the pastries were only brought 1 hour after the dining room opened

I appreciated the care taken in every detail in an ecological approach, the accommodating staff, the cleanliness at the top. THE COMFORT OF THE BEDDING! Incredible. We see that there is intention in all the choices made for the comfort of the customer while maintaining a standing of beautiful values. Coffee available and not instant coffee, in short I recommend!

The small step in front of the French window deserves to be more reported Small downside of the breakfast is not at all up to my expectations 14 € for pastries not fresh (why not buy from the bakers in town!!) the bread I also doubt, cold meats from Aveyron,: mortadella regional product !!!! Cheese yes !!! Too bad, we will come back but without breakfast

The concept of an open bathroom on the bedroom is not very convincing (lack of privacy). The soundproofing from the street is average. The size of the room is very good. The air conditioning makes parasitic noise. Very good reception with a solution to park the car and correct the false information given by booking.

Small boutique hotel with designer rooms, bar, rooftop around the swimming pool and sauna. The breakfasts are homemade and the cocktails are very good. The common spaces are modern, unusual and warm. A cozy and comfortable patio is between the 2 buildings with a green wall. The rooftop is welcoming with its designer furniture and original, soft cushions. The management and staff take great care. A place full of pep where we enjoy staying.

Coming with a wonderbox I find it a shame that the hotel is part of a well-being relaxation box when there is nothing apart from a sauna and outdoor swimming pool....

Very expensive hotel for average service. Entrance to the bedroom through the bathroom….curious!!! Great when you open the door and your partner is washing 😅 Dozens of dead flies on the window sills, a cocktail stick at the foot of the bed….. A breakfast for 14 euros with synthetic fruit juice, not fruit, a bottle of milk that remains open at room temperature on the unrefrigerated buffet. The positive point: the perfect location in a lovely area and parking in front of the hotel.

We were able to spend a night at the hotel thanks to a wonderbox. Very pretty, clean and eco-friendly, we slept well despite the noise in the corridors in the morning. They also added a special touch: heart petals on the bed when we arrived, a neat romantic entrance! Then a buffet breakfast for all tastes, we enjoyed ourselves. I recommend :)

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside, as well as the common areas. Rehabilitation of an old building which has charm with touches of modernity. However, I didn't feel this beautiful decoration in my large room at all. There was something of a gap. One bed light on both worked. The shower without a curtain or screen floods the bathroom. When you charge high prices, these are details that should not be overlooked...

Hello, I just have one observation: the soundproofing at the level of the landing is not perfect.

The hotel is as pleasant as the staff who welcome us. The rooftop pool, sauna, solarium and gym are top notch! The hearty breakfast and the well decorated and isolated rooms! We will come back.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of the bastide. The place is magnificent. We slept very well. The apartment is spacious and nothing was missing. The bathrobes were a real bonus. Our room had access to the roof terrace with swimming pool for the greatest pleasure of children and parents, a sauna and a gym. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, the products are of quality and varied. The decoration is neat. We enjoyed our night and will return.

Hotel very well located, small flat, blue zone parking (A priori, very little control). Very beautiful buildings in a beautiful environment. Beautiful old/modern combination. Small room but very well appointed. Round bed, maybe not ideal but it's nice. The swimming pool and its terrace on the roofs are superb. Helpful team. No complaints ! I advise.

Nothing to say..Super from every point of view! Only one small downside... the lack of ventilation in the bathroom (room 24). The reception of the staff is to be noted 20/20. Kindness and a smile are worth gold in our time.

I really liked the style of the hotel. Modern and tasteful, sober and neat decor. The comfort is perfect and the equipment of very good quality in addition to being ecological.

We spent an excellent night in this very well-kept establishment: warm and helpful welcome without being simply commercial, elegance of the "design" and stylish decoration. The rooms are not large, but the space is well laid out, the real comfort, no noise pollution, and the bedding is of good quality (I discovered the round bed). Bravo for the bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower! The breakfast offers tasty and fresh quality products. I highly recommend this very well located establishment, at the entrance to the old town.

Superb hotel very well located, town center two minutes walk away, Villefranche de Rouergue is a very beautiful town with its narrow streets and its magnificent cathedral. Very pleasant staff, very nice hotel, the rooms are comfortable and very well decorated. The breakfast is top, pastries plus charcuterie and cheese, there is something for everyone. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. If we go back to Villefranche, we will definitely come back to the same hotel.

A welcome, relaxed time spent in the wonderfully modern and well-run house. The coming visitor should be deterred by the unspectacular location on a busy street during the day. When the windows are closed, you don't hear any noise from the street, which is also less busy at night.

The towels are not fluffy but rather stiff. Welcome by the pleasant and pleasant staff. breakfast is not rich in Aveyron products: no local cheese: Laguiole, fromage blanc, Roquefort, cabécou, industrial and unvaried charcuterie, machine coffee does not make you dream, it's an identical breakfast to mid-range hotel chains. I had room 31 I believe for reduced mobility I imagine because the sink seemed lost on the left when entering. Otherwise good performance. It's not related to your establishment only but the TV channels (me who has netflix) are unfortunately zero (Fortunately there is channel, even if channel is losing speed) I say this because we like sales people find a good film, rinsed by the day of driving and for example, last night, only turnips. This does not detract from the quality of your establishment but if there was something for me to improve it would be this.

Very good, unfortunately I came across a period when the hotel was under construction. Welcoming very well, for the service points should be reviewed, room a little cold (3rd floor), frayed towel, limited classic coffee pods and average breakfast.
