Charming little hotel, at a very reasonable price, ideal for a stopover or a longer stay.
Very good, easy and pleasant. Located in the city center.
Very nice hotel in the center of Saint Etienne. The little Nespresso coffee on the private terrace was very nice and a real plus. I will return there on my next business trip.
Good reception, friendly staff. Paid parking is a bit expensive.
This hotel has a very good location in the heart of town, which poses a parking problem if you have a car. However, the hotel parking is quite convenient (must be reserved). Comfortable room, impeccable bedding. However, the socket in the bathroom and the bedside lamp are out. Breakfast at the average price of all hotels, i.e. €13, is where it falls short; it's too basic for the price. More products, especially local and/or organic, would be a plus, as is increasingly common elsewhere. The welcome was excellent. I recommend this hotel, even if some things still need improvement.

This city center hotel perfectly met our expectations. We were assigned a larger room than the one we booked without even asking. It was perfectly clean, very quiet, and very functional. The bedding was impeccable, and the reception staff were very friendly. We highly recommend this establishment.

Only stayed one night but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptional - all very helpful. Breakfast was great, children 10yo and younger are free. Would recommend this hotel.
Hotel located a stone's throw from the pedestrian areas, and with a huge garage. My room was clean, quiet and functional. The staff were exceptionally kind. Only the banal decor disappointed me.
Good hotel but restaurant partner of the hotel in the center very close. Very average quality of the evening meal. I will not eat the evening meal again if I have to go back. Please note that parking must be reserved in advance. Otherwise paid enclosed parking 5 minutes walk away but with luggage, it can be long…
