Urban Style Hôtel Cannes Mouans-Sartoux

Hello. Only one towel in the bathroom. The room was cleaned quickly. The floor was dirty and there were footprints on the walls. The food was good, but there was no choice of dessert for those who didn't have something sweet (it was a business trip). The hotel staff were welcoming. And we were upgraded, so that was good.

Good value for money

Very good overall. Slightly lacking in soundproofing, you can clearly hear the shower in the next room, etc.

Overall good. The hotel is easy to get to, with nice furnishings and a well-kept garden. The pool is nice, even though we didn't use it.... More attention to cleaning the bathroom is definitely needed (a foul smell from the sink drain, which was missing the plug and was dirty; behind the sink, dust, paper, and dirt), greasy wardrobe doors, and unclean windows. Breakfast was basic....

Nice hotel, very welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, pleasant and relaxing pool area, rooms a little small but comfortable. Breakfast is a bit pricey but the buffet is quite comprehensive. We only stayed one night to break up our journey to Provence, and we also visited Grasse. I recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with nice decor, great staff. But it blows hot and cold. The parking lot is not maintained in terms of vegetation, with a broken scooter lying around... Nice pool, but closes too early in the evening, the air conditioning is a bit noisy in the room but effective, and no shutters, just blinds that are too light. At this price, a few more efforts still need to be made, and it will be good.

Great hotel

Very courteous and attentive staff. Simple but functional and clean room. Spending time at the pool is a plus. The only point of improvement would be shutters to make it darker for sleeping.

Great team; clean and functional room. Just the bedding. 2 mattresses on a large bed. My mattresses moved, I found myself in the middle of the 2 mattresses and the quality needs to be reviewed.

Breakfast is a bit early (until 9:30) and the sink in the room and not in the bathroom is not practical, especially for couples. But we praise the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the good (varied) breakfast.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, very friendly welcome and breakfast with grilled bacon and omelet, which I really like and which is rare. Only regret in the room equipment, there is no lamp that lights up enough to read comfortably

A very nice and quiet little hotel, nicely priced, welcoming and clean, The restaurant next door is very good, I had the burger menu and the tiramisu, it was delicious. I was here and the end of winter and beginning of Spring. I am a local and came just to stay a few nights after a move. there is a bus stop nearby too fro those with no car, Bus line D. I highly recommend.

El personal es amable y encantador, cualquier necesidad la solucionan de manera rapidísima. Para mí gusto la cama serán de 75 o así muy pequeñas. El hotel es paz y tranquilidad , si huyes del mundanal ruido de la ciudad un éxito asegurado. Muchos lugares increíbles que visitar cercanos.

The structure is located in an elegant context and surrounded by greenery, the rooms although very small are welcoming and very clean. Attention to detail and equipped with everything necessary. .

Very well received for 3 evening stops, the meals were really very good and varied, the room is good and above all is rather well soundproofed, the breakfast is also very good. Nothing to complain about, I would return to this establishment if I have to return to work in the sector.

I didn't sleep all night because I was invaded by mosquitoes, it was really unpleasant.

We had a great time. Rooms not too big but perfect!! Very clean, very tidy, friendly staff, excellent structure. Very nice swimming pool. I wholeheartedly recommend it ❤️. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we return to Mougins / Cannes. Thank you .

A simple place but with a superlative design

Very good value for money. Simple room, but clean, practical and good bedding. Attentive, welcoming, smiling staff. Really complete continental buffet breakfast: fruits, cereals, scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurts, quality pastries, fruit juices, etc... enough to start the day well. Served in the adjoining restaurant, it offers an evening menu at very reasonable prices, the dishes are quality and homemade. The staff is charming and always very attentive, like the chef who does not hesitate to come to the dining room. A big thank you to everyone and special mention for your “music festival” evening. Very good establishment, as part of a professional overnight stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet location and very easy to access. I appreciated the welcome. Being able to go to the adjoining restaurant is nice. The breakfast is very good. I recommend the latter.

I loved every bit of this hotel, with only one aspect that needs working on. I am just disappointed about the accessibility, left the hotel and came back late night to find out that my card was not working. Thankfully there was a lady that works at the restaurant and she was almost about to leave, she managed to open the door I just kept thinking what if I came even later how long would I have to wait for someone to come and open the door for us or would anyone be there to open the door for us. I hope you take this review and sort your cards out. Best Regards

A modern hotel well located between Cannes and Grasse, with very good value for money. However, you need a GPS to access it as it is not signposted.
