Tout est très bien excepté le nombre de marches pour accéder à certaines chambres dû à l’ancienneté du lieu. La climatisation est un trop forte dans les chambres.
Sinon accueil, confort, propreté et repas parfaits.
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Habitués aux établissements 4 et 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité.
L'accueil était agréable, la literie était confortable et nous avions une jolie vue sur la piscine. En revanche, la salle de bain était vétuste.
Pour recharger notre voiture électrique, il fallait payer le parking couvert 29 euros en plus de 10 € de recharge. On nous a indiqué qu'il n'y avait aucune borne dans le village, alors que nous en avons trouvé une.
Il n'y avait pas d'après-shampoing et, lorsque j'en ai demandé, on m'a conseillé d'aller à la supérette. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et l'on a d'abord laissé entendre que je ne savais pas m'en servir après vérification , elle m'en a apporter un autre.
Le restaurant a également été décevant : menu imposé, sans proposition ou possibilité de le modifier, même en payant un supplément. Le service des amuse-bouche a été assez long, avec une attente d'une dizaine de minutes pour l'amuse-bouche.
Enfin, j'avais envoyé un e-mail avant notre séjour pour signaler que nous fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage, mais je n'ai reçu aucun retour et aucune attention particulière.
C'est dommage, car avec quelques améliorations, l'expérience aurait pu être bien plus agréable.
A beautiful location with a very comfortable, spotless room. The pool, spa, and workout room all offer incredible views. The spa is small but well equipped, with some great amenities. My massage was excellent, though my facial was just average. My only real disappointment was my dinner entrée—the duck—which was overcooked and lacked tenderness. Otherwise, the cocktails and the rest of the meal were very good.
