Très bel hôtel au calme dans un environnement verdoyant. Jolie chambre bien décorée, salle de bains moderne et bien équipée. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner à la carte au top avec de bons produits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Nous avons été très bien. Seul petit B-mil: pas vraiment de possibilité de lâcher les chiens après et avant des heures de route! Le jardin c’est super mais pas assez pour des chiens qui ont l’habitude de courir.

C'est l'ensemble hôtel Restaurant qui nous a motivés. Très bel hôtel agréable, confortable ; et le diner fut une très belle expérience. Plaisir des yeux, des papilles et avec un service très efficace et très chaleureux. Nous y reviendrons avec un plaisir identique
Comfortable room, slept very well. Enjoyed relaxing on the room balcony. Delicious dinner, especially the stuffed courgette flowers.

Everything was perfect as usual. Good food, a superb room and excellent staff.
C'est notre 2ème séjour aux jardins de Bakea en demi pension. Nous apprécions la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre (224), la propreté, le calme, la qualité des repas et des prix très raisonnables. Un endroit convivial où on se sent très bien.
Hotel très bien tenu, environnement calme, facilite d'accès, parking privé.

Séjour toujours très agréable, hôtel très confortable, les repas du chef sont variés et délicieux, le personnel est très sympathique. C'est un sans faute. Nous y revenons régulièrement avec grand plaisir.
Always a delight to stay here, sadly we could not dine with them this time as they are closed for Dinner on Mondays.
However, the did recommend and book a table at the adjacent Auberge, which was good, but not as good as Le Jardin, which is fantastic.
I have stayed there for more that Twenty years and always loved every time.
I have recommended the Hotel to many friends all of whom have very much appreciated the recommendation.
I cannot praise the attention to detail in every department which is always exemplary.

Hotel tres confortable. Restaurant de très bonne qualite. Personnel à l accueil et au restaurant adorables. A ma demande repas sans sel et sans sucre. L entrée et le plat principal ont été realises sans sel.

Les Jardins de Bakea is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, excellent staff, extremely good food. We chose it because we had stayed there before some years ago and the location was ideal.

We loved our three night stay at the Jardins de Bakea. We stayed in a junior suite which was very attractive and had balcony and a beautiful view. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace at the hotel every day. The terrace is lovely and the chef went out of his way to accommodate my vegetarian diet. The food was very inventive and beautifully presented, featuring local products. And the staff was very attentive.
Malgré une arrivée tardive, ils nous ont dressé une table et nous ont servi assiettes de charcuterie, fromage et un très bon dessert.
A chaque fois, une parenthèse enchantée! je recommande vraiment cet hotel plein de charme avec une cuisine de qualité.
En general la experiencia fue muy buena, con un ambiente tranquilo, una habitación muy correcta y una buena accesibilidad. A tener en cuenta el parking en frente del hotel y gratuito.
La habitación tenia dos balcones, uno de ellos con una mesa lo que daba una valora añadido a la estancia.
Desde mi punto de vista un punto "negativo" era la ausencia de minibar en la habitación que obligaba a bajar al bar del hotel, una habitación con una terraza con vistas al jardín permite tomar un refresco tranquilamente disfrutando del entorno y en la intimidad de la habitación.

TOUT EST PARFAIT COMME TOUJOURS
Un séjour magique au pays basque grâce aux jardins de Bakéa qui vous reçoivent dans un établissement de grand standing et très chaleureusement.De plus la cuisine y est excellente du petit déjeuner au dîner.
Séjour de deux nuits. Chambre parfaite, personnel très agréable et accueillant. La table est de bonne qualité
Le Staff est très accueillant, serviable, souriant et gentil.
La chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable , bonne idée d avoir de l eau a une fontaine avec une carafe, il manque peu être un frigo.
Le restaurant, très bonne cuisine avec une carte des vins variée, très bien servi.
Nous y passons chaque année.
Toujours bien reçu, hotel tres propre calme , restaurant avec du choix et qualité au top ,le petit déjeuner est tres bien .

Les alentours de l hôtel sont jolis
Tolles Hotel mit eine wunderschönen Terrasse. Wir haben beide Mrogende auf dieser wunderschönen Terrasse gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück (a la Carte) war umfangreich und mit tollen Produkten. Wir genießen lieber eine kleinere dafür qualitative Auswahl an Produkten.
Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war groß und geräumige. Insbesondere der Balkon ist natürlich absoluter Luxus. Da wir mit Hund Reisen hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse allerdings auch hier ein super Blick. Die Strasse ist wenig befahren daher hat sie uns nicht gestört.
Das Zimmer ist komfortabel möbliert inkl. Begehbarer Kleiderschrank.
Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön hell und geräumig. Das WC ist seperat. Hier hat uns nur die Türe aus einer Art Schranktüre mit schlitzen gestört. Man fühlt sich als wäre man mitten im Zimmer.
Zu kritisieren finden wir wenig, was uns allerdings aufgefallen ist, dass am Morgen unser Abreise das Toilettenpapier zu Ende ging, wie auch die Kosmetiktücher im Badezimmer. Wir finden in dieser Preiskategorie von Hotel und Ambiente sollte dies nicht passieren.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly and efficient service. Lovely rooms. Very tasty food and great restaurant. Good place to start the GR10 trek as it is just outside Hendaye and where the hills begin.

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel. We have always used the superb restaurant, the quality of food is on another level altogether. The staff are ALL brilliant, welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. I should say also that we travel with our dog whi is also welcomed in the room and the restaurant. We will return again in the future. Thank you.
