Tout était parfait...jusqu'au moment où il a fallu payer le sauna (50 € pour une demi-heure !!).

*SdB et WC à l'intérieur se trouvant entre la chambre et le salon

The Food in the Restaurant was not what I expected in this category.
Parking complet pas assez de place pour le nombre de chambre,lit et chambre trop petit pour le prix, petit dejeuner trop cher.
Nous avons fait des etablissements de la même catégorie avec beaucoup plus de qualités de service

Très bonne localisation un peu en retrait du centre animé de Troyes.
Un personnel attentionné prestant au sein d'un établissement remarquable.
Rien à reprocher.
On pourrait peut-être s'étonner du coût du petit déjeuner, mais cela est largement compensé par le plaisir d'apprécier celui-ci autour d'une table nappée avec le privilège d'un service souriant remplaçant un buffet self service impersonnel.
Mérite un séjour prolongé plutôt qu'une simple étape.

Tout était parfait. Il y a juste un point d’attention sur insonorisation de notre chambre.
Sejour parfait. Chambre très personnalisée et très bien décorée. Petit déjeuner somptueux. diner très agréable. tout était parfait.
We only stayed for one night but loved the hotel. Our room was small but very charming, the buildings are stunning and history is tangible. All staff we met were nothing but wonderful and went out of their way to accomodate me qnd my dietary restrictions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast area in the courtyard.
Overall a great experiment a beautiful town. Bathroom comments: At our age we would have preferred either a shower over bath (with screen) or a shower. Difficult & unsafe to get in & out of a deep bath tub. Great size room though!
Surprised no bidet in a French hotel.
A little oil on the door hinges would eliminate the loud squeaking. Padding on the door frames would prevent loud door-slamming. In this way, the comfort of the rooms could be significantly improved with minimal effort.
Our stays at the hotel are always excellent
3 konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge:
1. neben dem sehr zuvorkommenden und serviceorientierten Empfang würde das Angebot eines Willkommensgetränks, entweder in der gemütlichen Lobby oder im Innenhof eine perfekte Abrundung nach einer langen Anreise geben.
2. sitzkissen auf den metallstühlen im Innenhof laden zum gemütlichen verweilen ein. Dies war leider nur zum Frühstück der Fall.
3. bei der Bestätigung der Reservierung wäre ein dringend notwendiger Hinweis zur Tischreservierung für den Abend wichtig um eine Enttäuschung zu vermeiden. Wir bekamen am Abend leider keinen Tisch mehr.
Aus meiner Sicht alles 3 Hinweise die einfach umzusetzen sind aber eine große Wirkung haben. Wir kommen wieder und überprüfen die Umsetzung :-)

Je trouve l’hôtel globalement bien et surtout ayant beaucoup de charme !
Cependant, voici les petits bémols selon moi :
- Le personnel ne nous a pas proposé leur aide pour monter les valises à l’arrivée alors que nous étions deux femmes (moi et ma mère âgée) et que les escaliers sont nombreux et pentus;
- Le serveur du restaurant ne parlait pas français ou en tout le moins avec de grosses difficultés;
- Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas un buffet. Les quantités sont donc relativement limitées. Le choix est également limité (par exemple pas de pain au chocolat qui est pourtant un classique). La restriction du choix et des quantités est donc décevante par rapport au prix du petit-déjeuner qui est à un tarif fort élevé de 32€. Je m’attendais donc à mieux;

Hotel dans son jus, accueil du personnel variable, restauration (diner et petit dej) pas du tout au niveau. L'emplacement est top mais clairement l'hotel n'est pas 5 étoiles, les prix en revanche le sont bien...
Lovely modern hotel in the middle of the Champagne vineyards. Excellent service. wonderful food with very helpful Sommelier. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay.

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Especially the young man who greeted us at Reception and served us at dinner time. His English was also excellent!

Lovely hotel in Troyes. The rooms are well appointed and pleasant. The outdoor dining areas are delightful for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in Troyes.
L'hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. Une rénovation incroyable de bâtiments historiques. Les chambres, la cour où on prend le petit déjeuner, la façade, le salon ... tout a un charme fou qui est totalement incomparable par rapport à la majorité des autres hôtels, souvent confortables mais sans âme. Et tout ceci sans faire la moindre concession avec le confort moderne et attendu d'un 4 étoiles.
Il faut ajouter à cela un souci permanent de tout le personnel de vous aider, vous satisfaire dans tous vos besoins. Seul le wifi était fort faible dans notre chambre (jaune) mais c'est aujourd'hui devenu très secondaire alors que la couverture 5G est excellente à cet endroit de la ville.
A noter également le calme total dont nous avons pu bénéficier, tout en étant à seulement 10 minutes de marche du centre historique, des restaurants et commerces.
Le petit déjeuner est servi à table mais sous la forme d'un réel buffet à la carte sans limite de quantité. Tous les produits sont de qualité supérieure.
Séjour enchanté ! Le cadre est magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est sur mesure et la cuisine légère et raffinée.
Un havre de paix , on se sent bien de l’accueil au départ ! Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance, nous reviendrons, c’est certain!
An absolutely wonderful hotel in walking distance of the charming town of Troyes. The building and decor are exceptional and the welcome and service is second to none. Will definitely stay again.
