Services & Character

calm, couples in search of peaceful escapes and guests who value sincere, territory-rooted hospitality. It is an ideal Teritoria address for discovering the green Ardèche from a serene and intimate perspective.
The stay unfolds in a soft, light-filled atmosphere, shaped by the presence of the lake and the surrounding nature. The rooms favour comfort, elegant simplicity and warm materials, with openings that invite the landscape indoors. Silence and natural light encourage rest and true disconnection. The inn’s restaurant offers clear, generous seasonal cuisine inspired by local products and the Ardèche terroir. The culinary intention is based on precise cooking, clarity of flavours and a respectful approach to ingredients, served in a convivial setting open to the outdoors.
The connection to the territory lies at the heart of the experience, with walks around the lake, hikes through the Ardèche hills, gourmet discoveries and immersion in a discreet natural heritage. The property does not feature a dedicated wellness area, yet the setting itself naturally invites renewal, between water, greenery and unhurried breathing. Teritoria commitments are expressed through short supply chains, the promotion of local producers and attentive environmental management. The stay leaves the memory of a suspended moment, simple and balanced, where one reconnects with what truly matters, following the flow of the water. Reduce

of refined simplicity in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The cuisine is led by a chef committed to seasonal gastronomy, offering a “revisited classic” approach grounded in fresh, local produce. Each plate celebrates the region’s vegetables, fish and meats through precise cooking and thoughtful pairings that bring flavours to life without excess. With every season, the menu evolves to reflect the generosity of the Ardèche terroir and the chef’s creativity, delivering a clear and generous culinary experience in an elegant and colourful atmosphere.
At the table, the rhythm follows that of the nature surrounding the terrace: changing light, soothing calm and the gentle presence of the lake. The welcome is attentive, service gestures relaxed yet accurate, and the textures of the dishes alternate between lightness and delicate intensity, encouraging an immersive tasting experience. The territorial anchoring is felt in every ingredient sourced from local producers, in the care given to short supply chains and in a sustainable approach that extends to the natural environment itself. Without claiming a formal spa, the setting invites renewal between meals and walks around the lake or through the Ardèche hills. These commitments embody curiosity, attentiveness and rootedness in a moment where gastronomy and nature respond to one another with sincerity. Reduce
