Housekeeping not at the top.... Web and spider in the room, corners of the windows black with dirt and window frames with mold. Otherwise very good food
The staff is very welcoming. The restaurant is quite correct but the rooms are not up to standard. This hotel deserves real improvement work to meet today's standard. The hotel has a real humidity problem. There was heating in my room the entire stay so as not to feel this humidity.

The hotel is in a lovely location, perfect for the area we were touring but we didn't discover until we had checked into the room there is no room wifi, and dinner was fully booked. The accommodation was also not the best we have stayed in and expensive. These are the main things we have come to expect of a Logis hotels. This hotel let us down badly.
Second time in this hotel, still just as pleasant, but the stay was hampered by the presence of a rather noisy group compared to the positioning of the room on the ground floor.

Decent room. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday so the spa (paying!) was closed and the staff on rest. For a hotel and in summer, it's a bit odd. Very friendly staff otherwise. It is one of the few affordable in Locronan for pedestrians. There is a beautiful garden.

Located 800 m on foot from Locronan and easily accessible. Hotel that deserves a renovation at the level of the rooms. Too bad our room overlooked the rooftops rather than the park which is very beautiful. It's also a pity that access to the SPA is chargeable. Very welcoming staff.
Accident or collapse? Housework not done in the room: a few biscuits left in the cupboard, candy stuck on the shelf! Meal that could have been good but: if the fish was hot the accompaniment was cold! The Vacherin was so frozen that I asked for a knife to try (with difficulty) to cut it! But frozen at this point, the ice cream was unpleasant and tasteless!! And to top it off: shave, shampoo and shower with cold water this morning!!!
At the reception they were very nice, we kept our food in the fridge.

We took a duplex, the stairs were steep for an elderly person and the upstairs bedroom lacks sockets, tv did not work properly. And bathroom to modernize ... simply for improvement ..... bed in medina room .... change the mattress
We had a problem with the top of the toilet bowl that did not hold and after 2 nights it was not fixed.
Charming hotel in a beautiful natural environment
We really enjoyed our stay at the Logis Ouest Hotel. Our room was great, as was our dinner and breakfasts. However, it was the owners and staff that made this more than an excellent hotel experience. Their care and kindness was above and beyond and made our hotel stay a special French holiday experience for my wife and I. A big thank you to all!
Excellent stay, caring staff, quiet environment
The hotel is well located, easily accessible and quiet. The reception is correct. The room is very simple, with no fridge or "coffee-tea" tray, a television screen that looks more like a computer screen that is too small. Several channels are not picked up. The decoration is correct as is the cleanliness. The bathroom is very small and dilapidated, although the shower has been redone. The shower head does not hold, the radiator is rusty, the sockets and appliances have been moved without the walls being repainted, which reveals the previous fixing holes. the baseboards are badly installed and the walls have damp spots, insufficient lighting and a mirror placed too high. I complained to the management explaining the reason for my dissatisfaction, who recognized that my remarks and criticisms were justified. The management very honestly lowered the room rate to rebalance the value for money. She also specified that work would be undertaken to bring it into condition (at 3-star level). Other occupants with whom we had exchanged were rather satisfied with the room and the bathroom. Overall I can recommend this hotel overall not badly but I recommend that future customers of this establishment ask to see the room they are being offered before checking in. Thank you to the management for their understanding and the way they handled the problem.

Le restaurant propose un menu à 31 euros de qualité très décevante. Dans la chambre l'image de la télé fonctionne mais pas de son et pas de bouilloire avec sachet de thé. Après le spa et sauna retour dans la chambre pour prendre une douche froide (pas d'eau chaude).

Do you accept these if you will stay in a hotel or at your home ??? Please you need only 100-200 euros to arrange, repair and keep clean all these things.

We were very disappointed with the soundproofing of the place. Impossible to sleep before 1am, the walls seem to be paper thin... The hotel is shabby, it's a shame. On the plus side, the reception staff are very friendly.
The hotel is very well located in a great setting. Only negative point the rooms are not well soundproofed and for the price of the night I expected not to have this kind of annoyance. Also when we arrived the toilet was out of order. Apart from that the cleaning was well done, the staff friendly and smiling.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Not much internet footprint so didn't know what to expect but it was the perfect place to stay for a family like mine - me, my wife and two boisterous high-energy kids (boy 5 and girl 2), for the reason that the room was spacious and there was lots of space to run around (the hotel is in the middle of the countryside). Most notable which other hotels do not have: a great kids outdoor space, with a big trampoline and rustic slide, as well as a playroom inside which is full of toys. This was open plan with the reception area so you could leave your children playing here while keeping an away from anywhere else on the ground floor. The location was great, nestled in the countryside which was great in the middle of summer. Much nicer to be here than in a town. Staff were very friendly and forthcoming.

The hotel part is very good. Rooms renovated, spacious and good bedding. A noise insulation problem anyway. The wifi connection is very bad. On the other hand, the restaurant is not at the "tasty" level. "Gourmet" at most. The dishes are good but nothing more. The wine list is weak and in addition there are a lot of stockouts. The breakfast is very good, apart from the filthy fridge at the joint: we reported it but still not cleaned when we left. I think Logis de France should reconsider the rating of this hotel.

We arrived at the Festival du Cinéma en Bretagne in Locronan. The location of the hotel is very good, in a quiet forest, a 10-minute walk from the city center. We would like to express our special gratitude to the maid Lyudmila and the reception staff.
The room is small, you open a window the wall comes with. The bathroom is small and from the corridor you can almost hear people doing their shopping. The restaurant is really not good with bland or even disgusting dishes (yet I don't like to say that) with bread for lunch or the day before who knows. There is also a small onion service “Are you having an aperitif? », we serve you dishes without a sound as if we were disturbing. I had to listen for the entry code because after 10 p.m. no one left and the hotel was closed. Why not ! But give the office code. Who, on vacation, stays in their room after 9:30 p.m. at the end of their stay? At the end of your stay, no one asks you how it went because obviously everyone doesn’t care… The children’s corner at the entrance to the hotel is frankly scary (or painful) with loose toys as a welcome. I would have said that out loud gladly but again, I think we don't care about your opinion
Nice and quiet Good atmosphere
The hotel is located in a wonderful, quiet and relaxing location. The food is very good even if the cuisine being refined and gourmet can leave you a little confused at first. Instead the presence of many buddha statues and some islands of Easter Island although they adapt to the idea of relaxation, instead clash with the history of the place (we are in Brittany a few steps from Locronan, one of the most important saints of the place ...Buddha has nothing to do with it...)

The Sauna and Jacuzzi part was very good. The restaurant part, we were disappointed, the waitress did not smile, my spouse's side dish was not cooked enough, and my meat was not good, my husband and I had taken the same dish, my side dish was good, but the meat was not, and it was the meat that was good and the accompaniment was not. The very hearty breakfast made it possible to end on a good note our short one-night stay just after our wedding. The people at the reception are very nice and smiling.

La nuitée nous avait été offerte Nous n'avons pas utilisé la wifi. Découvrant que nos fenêtres donnaient sur une toiture en contrebas, nous nous sommes réjouis qu'aucune pluie ne soit annoncée car nous avons pensé que nous aurions certainement étés gênés par le bruit. Effectivement, nous avons découvert, quelques jours après, qu'un client s'était déjà plaint sur Advisor, de cet inconvénient. Il est à noter que l'on entend les allées et venues dans le couloir, ainsi que les chasses d'eau des voisins .La porte de notre chambre grinçait très fort mais ce ne semble pas avoir gêné nos voisins. Ces commentaires ne sont évidemment destinés qu'à vous-même. Loin de nous l'idée de les afficher sur Trip Advisor pour vous faire du tort. Nous répondons seulement en toute objectivité à votre sollicitation, dans l'esprit de vous rendre service en vous indiquant les petits inconvénients constatés. pourque vous puissiez y remédier.
