Very pleasant City hotel, clean and large room. Moderne interior.
We very much missed a locker in the room and a night light near the bed. We also didn’t like the lay out of the room. If you had visited the toilet you had to walk al around the bed to wash your hands. And without a night light that’s not pleasant for the other sleeping person.

Our short stay went very well, a very friendly welcome, comfortable bedding and perfect breakfasts.
Room Number 3 Too bad for a 4 star that the wifi doesn't work well, that there isn't a door between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom, old sink, bathroom mirror light poorly positioned because for people over 1.75 difficult to see each other VMC very noisy. No mini bar to refresh our water bottles. Very damaged ceiling. Breakfast really not up to 4 star standards. The young woman at reception perfect, helpful and charming.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located very near the station and within walking dustance of the old town / cathedral. The rooms are extremely modern, very well equipped and spacious. The welcome was extremely efficient with clear instructions as to hiw to access the secure car park (prior booking required). Faultless.

DEPLORABLE SERVICE AND WELCOME!!! Upon our arrival, the receptionist Anne-Olivia pointed out that we were arriving with a dog without having specified this at the time of booking. Since dogs are allowed in the hotel, we did not think it necessary to specify this. She told us in a pinched tone that it was important because we would not have the same room. Indeed, without a dog you would have a room with parquet flooring and with a dog a room with stained carpet! This was to preserve the condition of the parquet flooring that our little 3 kg Yorkshire terrier was likely to scratch!! Spot the mistake! Seeing us upset, she told us that nothing was keeping us in this establishment and that we were free to leave, which we decided to do. She punctuated our exchange by exclaiming: "Anyway, when things start badly..." Clearly, this lady felt in no way responsible or concerned by our hasty departure. STAFF WITHOUT ANY SENSE OF SERVICE, RUN AWAY!!

The hotel was as described, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, charming atmosphere. The room had a lovely terrace, but it was a bit noisy from the people walking down the street. It was close to the historic center. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and gave good advice. We had a great 3-day weekend!
Top staff, really friendly. The hotel is great, very clean and very quiet. Small downside on the meal where many things were not available, but everything else is really great.

I took a room with terrace more expensive. Very disappointing. The terrace is shared with the next room, is very noisy (busy road) just next to it, and in addition under the multiple windows of a big building..
Nous avons loué deux nuits à une semaine d'intervalle. La première s'est très bien déroulée, la chambre était bien.
Cependant la seconde nuit, nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur le canal et malgré la présence de l'air conditionné, la chambre était moite et la literie sentait le renfermé. L'air était peu respirable. L'établissement nous a informé qu'il ne pouvait pas changé notre chambre, s'est contenté d'arrêter puis de redémarrer l'air conditionné. Le pire étant qu'au moment du départ ils nous ont informé qu'ils étaient bien au courant du problème mais nous on quand même laissé cette chambre. Refusez la chambre 4 !

Very nice hotel, well located, closed parking with possibility of electric charging (payable in addition to the 11€ parking). Absolutely perfect room, from floor to ceiling, cozy decor, and top-notch comfort. Extra bedding. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. The hotel manager is attentive, smiling and very welcoming. Efficient and original room service. I didn't have breakfast but if it's up to par with the rest, you can go there with your eyes closed. A bonus point for the decor and the general atmosphere of the hotel, a great place, well done!
The rooms (well mine) are really good, the only downside is no door to the bathroom but no problem with the temperature. The only point that could be improved a little is the breakfast, the quality of the cakes and cheeses in particular. Very pleasant lady on duty at breakfast. The rest, everything else is really very, very good!
