I can only judge based on the room I was given and not the overall service. The air conditioning was noisy, the floor uneven, but the bathroom and toilet were adequate. The bedding was good. The food was good quality and a full breakfast was offered. The welcome was very warm. The only downside is having to go outside to reach the restaurant area in winter. The parking lot is in poor condition and I'm not sure if it's closed at night (the gate is old).
The hotel was decent but a bit dated (shower curtain, no moisturizer, very poor soundproofing).
Not much to say. Very pleasant, welcoming staff... Don't change a thing. The room isn't very big but it's clean and well-appointed. A little lick of paint on the bathroom door would have been a great improvement. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked, varied, and good. We will definitely come back if we return to Uzès.
Decent hotel but very disappointed by the restaurant: wait too long, even for the child who asked for pasta with butter (over an hour)!!! We left without eating so much that the wait time was too long: the staff were overwhelmed even though there weren't many people. We made the mistake of ordering a menu instead of a simple dish!!! Very angry by the indifferent attitude of the staff
We stayed there for 2 nights. We appreciated the welcome, the room, and the food. We will return on our next visit to Uzès.

Pleasant and quiet hotel with good value for money.
The hotel is aging as a whole and is in great need of updating, the bedding in room 20 is out of order, the shower needs to be redone, the toilet flush leaks, the wall lights are from another age, the floor of the room is sagging, the window handle is unscrewed as well as the window sills. In addition, the maintenance of the exterior leaves something to be desired, the rolls are scattered here and there, flower pots on the ground near the gate, the green spaces are not maintained, the swimming pool is not attractive etc... In short, a large renovation program is therefore to be planned.
Very pleasant place with high-end services
Paying 12€ per night for our dog deserves a spotless cleaning, but this is not the case...in 3 days, not once was the vacuum cleaner used, so the 12€ is really unjustified and just a financial windfall in disguise, Disappointing!
First experience in this Logis hotel, I am completely delighted. Nothing to say, only positive things, the hotel is clean, the rooms are made up every day and very clean, the staff is lovely, I really recommend this hotel.

Very warm welcome. Very clean rooms. Very comfortable bedding. Very quiet. After a hike in the rain, the host allowed us to dry off and put on dry clothes even though we had returned our room keys. Location very close to the city center without its drawbacks. Very generous breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Very good value for money. The hotel's location and parking are a plus. The staff is very friendly. Special mention goes to the restaurant, where the menu is very good for a reasonable price. As a point of improvement, the rooms could benefit from a refresh!
Room with 2 twin beds is a bit small. Please consider replacing the torn curtains.

Everything was perfect, hotel, restaurant, welcome, nothing to say... except the cleaning in the rooms, hairs everywhere, stop using subcontractors for cleaning or give them vacuum cleaners and not brooms. (I know the price is not the same and maybe you don't want to retain your customers, the visit is enough for you). It's a shame 😔

Excellent welcome, breakfast on the terrace and very pleasant swimming pool. The room is small for the price level, but we appreciated the peace and quiet.
The staff were great! However, the big negative point was the condition of the pool: the water was cloudy and green, and you couldn't even see the rungs of the ladder.
Basically everything was fine, but the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom could be cleaner. The water in the swimming pool was so murky that we didn't feel like swimming, despite the extreme heat.

Well-located hotel (1 km from Uzès, 10 min from Pont du Gard, 30 min from Nîmes and Avignon, 1 hour from Grau du Roi and Saintes Marie de la Mer), recommended as a stopover hotel or for a short stay. Restaurant and bar available during the day. Only three negative points: pool water much too cold, no fridge or safe in the room and wifi internet impossible to connect in the room even though advertised (but ok in the restaurant and a little at the pool)

A very pleasant discovery
In room 206, the two single beds are really not good. The mattresses are very, very soft and the bed bases creak at the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep.
The hotel is well located in relation to the city center. It has a swimming pool which we were unfortunately unable to use due to the cloudiness of the water. It certainly lacks filtration... I didn't want to swim... and above all, many guests did not respect the instructions "getting wet and footbaths are compulsory" and no swimming during our stay...

Hotel 10 minutes walk from the city center. Ants in the room, broken wardrobe, shower window too small, bad wifi, room to be paid upon arrival without the possibility of adding the restaurant bill, ground floor room overlooking the pétanque and tennis courts with no sense of privacy. Former Best Western in need of renovation. Not up to the standard of a Logis Hotel
Excellent breakfast, very generous with lots of choices. Great welcome. Bedding and cleaning need to be reviewed 300%. The sheets were dirty and there were still hairs in the bed.

It was very pleasant. The rooms were quite large and clean and there was a nice little pool. However, in the morning we had to share the pool with the cleaning robot. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

This is our second stay (09/24) very warm welcome. After trying 2 rooms we opted for a third cooler one, because the air conditioning is very noisy (creaking from wear)
Undeniably, a beautiful establishment with many assets (location, swimming pool, quality of breakfast) BUT we hardly slept at all that night (regular noise about every 3 minutes of a toilet flushing). We reported it to the reception the next morning as well as to the room cleaning staff because this problem should have been spotted and DEALT WITH! We were absolutely not kept informed of what had happened.

Top staff and hotel but the hotel restaurant should be avoided even if the food is good: the restaurant was more than half empty when we arrived at 8:00 p.m. The young waiter was great, empathetic, took orders and brought drinks. At 8:15 p.m. we had our starter: goat cheese tartine (sandwich bread) nothing exceptional but it was good... And then we waited, waited, waited... Like the other tables... Finally, after 9:35 p.m., we finally got the main course, good. But for our 13th anniversary, we gave up dessert
Hotel ideally located for visiting Uzès and the region
The hotel is well located, quiet, with a swimming pool. The room is clean with air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent. The welcome is warm.
Hotel with great potential...but a lack of maintenance means it's not great. Old bathroom...doors (building) that don't close properly...toilet flushing that makes noise...exterior left abandoned (leaves lying around, pool not very clean...etc. Really lack of routine and property maintenance...a shame. Breakfast is okay...but the presentation is strange...a bit scattered.
Clean hotel, well located. Several things struck us: no catering on Sundays for hotel guests, apart from some people who ate on Sunday evening because it was a group!!!!! Too bad the plants aren't better maintained, it would be so much nicer.

Very noisy air conditioning, outdated faucets, and a lot of noise from the basement occupants late at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, despite the extra cost of a large bed.

A warm welcome, accommodation that met our expectations, and a very good quality dinner.
In conclusion: old bed and torn mattress (it was even bent in the middle from age and usage), dusty sheets and blankets, squeaking noise the whole night in the bathroom, zero privacy with clear window see through from the garden, a bathroom most likely my great-great-grandfather used as well, the shampoo usage made my head itch the whole day long, moist bathroom and little ventilation (if it actually worked), and so on …
In general: disappointed; even in myself for allowing me to book it.
Old and worn furniture. The hotel is in poor condition overall. It's okay for one night. The price of €93 for one night is far too high.
The welcoming staff is very friendly. Room and amenities are good. Not high class, but very good for the money you pay. The town of Uzès and the Pont du Gard are both first class attractions. Therefore a clear 10 points evaluation for the entire experience! Wonderful!!!

The welcome was perfect, a small bottle of water in the room would have been nice. The meal was really mediocre for the starter, tapas needs to be reviewed. One waitress was very pleasant, the other more than limited. It was just after the aperitif that the starter arrived.

The professionalism of the reception service
Overall pleasant stay but a few small things to review all the same. First of all the heating/air conditioning unit in the room deserves to be changed or revised because it makes a noise that makes it unusable at night if you want to sleep. The bathroom deserves a little refreshment, especially at the level of the joints between the fault and the ceiling. Finally, a new system needs to be found for the shower because it is impossible to shower without putting water in the entire bathroom. Very pleasant welcome, restaurant/bar/breakfast room at the top. Hotel to recommend for its tranquility and its proximity to Uzès where you can get there on foot in a few minutes.

Room 12 is dilapidated and needs renovation. Worn floor, loose skirting boards, mattress with large hollows and dirty walls. The bathroom is of the same quality, door swollen at the bottom by water, partition under the sink!!!! the two water glasses chipped, blocked sink.... Breakfast good but simple, industrial products not even a homemade brioche for 13€/pers.!!!! tables not cleared .....

In my opinion, the hotel does not deserve these 3 stars: no hot water the first night, after reporting it to the reception and the second day, still no hot water. King size bed with mattress already very deformed, in a room too small, cleanliness of the room to be seriously reviewed (mold in the bathroom and several mosquitoes crushed on the walls by another resident. In short, I do not recommend this hotel if you want a 3 star.
The hotel is located 12 - 15 minutes walk from the city center, which means you don't have to drive in the evening to go out to eat and of course have a drink. This way, you avoid alcohol checks ... In addition, the parking lot is huge, so there's always space.

Quite a charming hotel, if the hotel was better maintained. The staff were not very motivated (apart from the evening waiter), the breakfast buffet was quickly prepared, the ham was very good but thrown on a plate it was difficult to separate the slices, on Sunday morning there was only goat cheese left, etc. The price/quality ratio needs to be reviewed.
Good stay in Uses. We arrived with 2 foreign coaches. We went down for breakfast at 7:45 and were forced to go back to our room because it was inaccessible -! Too many people - the car charge is overpriced (18€) - the staff is great.
Shower leaking on the side, mediocre breakfast: uncooked croissant, cold cuts in a compact pile. The person who changed the water in the coffee machine left the pump lying on the floor and then put it back in the water bottle. Pool water more than questionable. A general overhaul would be necessary

The only downside (with tacit agreement from the hotel??) since a group of 6 adults and a child took advantage of the swimming pool without being guests at the hotel…..diving, jumping, screaming….that ruined the calm of in the afternoon and forced couples to leave the pool!

Good clean hotel. However, to monitor the condition of the taps (limestone) and the drain of the sink is a little clogged. It would improve in quality if the exteriors were a little more careful.
Overall, the hotel is very good, but I find that the parking is really not great, especially for motorbikes, there is too much gravel and the condition of the ground is not great. For a motorbike in full sun it's not great, with a shelter it would be a top hotel.

Too bad we were refused cover when we arrived at 9:37 p.m.... The service stopped at 9:30 p.m. There were 4 of us.
The Hotel itself is nice and as expected but we chose it because of the classification "Restaurant Gourmand" and as it did not meet our expectations for Dinner at all we can only recommend the hotel if you book it with only breakfast! The Dinner menu was not fresh, it looked and tasted like microwave-heated. How the classification Restaurant Gourmand was given, is hard to explain....(The next night eg we stayed at a different Logis Hotel with the same classification and the Dinner was excellent!, nothing to compare!) The breakfast was very good, though!

I was worried about the noise, but it was unavoidable, as the hotel was not soundproofed, and the doors closed automatically and very loudly. The day of our arrival I reported a problem with the air conditioning which was not working. I was promised to send someone to fix the problem. No one came, we had to remove the duvet and sleep in a room with almost 27°. Impossible to leave the windows open, we tried, but quickly gave up because we were invaded by critters even with the lights off. It’s an experience that we will not repeat.

Simple hotel but well located, because very close to the center of Uzes, Pont du Gard 10 minutes away, very kind staff, perfectly correct and well-equipped room, relatively quiet environment, well-supplied and quality breakfast, in short a good address with a Excellent value! Just remember to reserve the restaurant if you want to eat there because sometimes groups eat there and that can prevent you from eating there! Otherwise nothing to complain about… a lovely stay with you!

100€ per night and a 3-star hotel, we wonder! Single thickness toilet paper, no flow in the shower, impossible to wash, dilapidated and moldy carpentry furniture, the maids entered the room like this twice! And the customers who slam the doors at 6:30 in the morning, in short, 1 time not 2 everything was horrible except for the reception and the bedding.
Good stopover but sad room
The hotel is good. The rooms, whose decoration is very standard, are missing a little touch. Also the lamps above the beds are too bright and do not allow you to read discreetly without waking the other person. Put lamps with two powers? Good welcome

Very good, but noisy from 7am. In question, students staying at the hotel followed by cleaning staff chatting in front of the room doors.
The hotel is within walking distance of the old town, large parking lot, simple and clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly reception are the ingredients of our overall impression. We will definitely go back again

Vermutlich wird ungelerntes Personal in einigen Bereichen eingesetzt. These are in the abgewaschenen Gläser, statt sie außen anzufassen, päsentiert das Rührei so, dass es zum Teil eher flüssig als fest ist, und den Schinkenspeck mit Flüssigkeit (Wasser) - alles eher ekelig. The Badezimmer must be fully unloaded and sprinkled for the Dusche, so the Badezimmer will be able to guarantee that it will not last. Der Parkplatz und die Außenanlagen bedürfen einer Renovierung. Die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Personals - equal weches - war ausgezeichnet! The ambient conditions in all weather conditions (zB Frühstücksraum) have some consequences. Wir fanden es sehr gut, dass das Hotel in dieser Jahreszeit (Anfang Februar) offen ist, obwohl sehr wenig Gäste da waren bzw. zu erwarten sind. Preis-Leistung sind angemessen. Danke also für die Qualitätsabfragen vor und nach Ankunft - sehr gut. Trotz Optimierungspotential würden wir wiederkommen!

Very good: quality of welcome, pleasant room. However, 3 points of improvement to note: - The air conditioner/heater was noisy. We had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep.....and it was cold in the morning in the room! - the room is located next to a neighboring plot and the house must be equipped with a heat pump which worked all night, also emitting an annoying noise when sleeping! - We also reported that the bathroom sink was becoming clogged and the water was draining very poorly. Other than that, nothing to say. Perfect and the staff are charming.
