Great hotel 😍
It's a shame to be located so close to the sea and not to offer fresh products (fish, shellfish, etc.). After my meal I saw next to the restaurant's entrance that there were oysters, why aren't they on the menu, with a supplement of course for the stopover evenings? I'm still looking for the taste of fresh goat's cheese in the little preserve called cheesecake, ditto for the tarte tatin. Even the charcuterie board isn't great: duck breasts too big, andouille too thin and tasteless. A real charcuterie board: pâté, rillette, sausage, etc. the glasses of wine are minimalist. But I still don't know why I had a disabled room, the Paralympic Games probably. On the other hand, bravo for the breakfast! Don't underestimate the stopover evenings because they are what gives you a supplement during the year...
