The hotel is very well located, and the welcome was excellent. Magnificent view of the harbor channel and St. Gilles beach. I highly recommend it for exploring and visiting St. Gilles Croix de Vie!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the value for money was disappointing. The bathrooms were cramped for larger people, and the view was disappointing due to the tiny windows. There were no scrambled eggs or omelets at breakfast, and not even a very good bread option, which was a shame.

Nice hotel, we took a suite, there was no coffee and other things, we had to ask at reception, and in the suite there were no electrical outlets, we had to unplug the fridge and the television to plug in the coffee maker. The breakfast buffet is poor for the price, it's a shame. On the other hand, the staff is good, overall it's okay.

The hotel has a good location facing the sea. The welcome from the owner is very friendly and caring. Unfortunately the room does not correspond to a 3-star hotel. No elevator for all rooms, ours does. Cramped and dilapidated room. Cabin bathroom, including a very narrow shower with curtain. Only one toiletries and no hairdryer. A very small TV screen. Lack of socket near the bed. Double curtain stained etc....
We booked a room in this hotel based on the photos shown. Unfortunately, the rooms shown were recently renovated. We had room 104 which was still in its original condition....faded carpet, plastic shower stall....completely the opposite of the photos shown. If you had shown us the photos of this room, at this price, I would never have booked it.... despite a friendly, cordial and frankly kind welcome. (truly the positive point of this experience). Tonight I have regrets
