The hotel was very clean, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast simple but good! Suffering from a migraine, the hotel staff let me stay in my room until 3:30 pm at no extra charge! A big thank you to them :)
The room is poorly insulated. You can hear the shower and toilet from the next room.
Very pleasant welcome and service, available to provide information about the city of Orleans
Advertised as a superior room it was far from it. The room had a shutter on the outside of the window that couldn’t be opened. There was far too much furniture in the room. The bed base was at least 6inches larger than the mattress with very sharp corners. Getting from bed to the bathroom I cut my ankle on the corner of the bed base trying to get past a large piece of furniture.
The bathroom furniture was mismatched. The shower was over the bath, which is fine except it felt like the bath would break when standing in it. The shower was excellent. The sink plug had to be removed by had or the water wouldn’t go down. It was old rusty and needs replacing.
The toilet has a fan attached to the back of it which starts up when you sit down, very disconcerting. There was no window in the bathroom making the whole environment feel like a black box. The bed linen was very clean as were the towels, However the soap dispensers were mouldy inside and very old, we could not use them.Very disappointing overall, especially for the price.

The manager's welcome was very warm. We had to cut our stay short due to health reasons, and he was particularly kind and understanding; he even carried our luggage and accepted our departure with a smile. We would like to thank him again sincerely.

The listing offers 2 double beds and 3 twin beds but the actual room has only one double bed and 3 twin beds. We were counting on the other bed through our stay.

Very friendly welcome, pleasant stay, large rooms, comfortable beds, functioning air conditioning. Very quiet despite the proximity to the cathedral. Overall great and recommendable accommodation with extensive breakfast buffet. Large parking spaces directly opposite, I paid 5 euros for 16 hours.

We decided at short notice to spend the night in Orleans and booked a family room for 4 people in the Logis Hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised, the room was spacious and actually consisted of two rooms on two floors including two bathrooms. The location was quiet despite being close to the center. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The air conditioning quickly created a pleasant atmosphere in the attic rooms. Overall, great value for money. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback: unfortunately there is no elevator.

Customer consideration above all else
Great location on a main (but not noisy) road with inexpensive parking very close by, a short walk from the pretty old town, the cathedral and the river made it perfect for enjoying Orléans on what might otherwise have been an uneventful stopover.

Disappointed with the photos sent. No shower soap. Not 1 mini bottle of water. The bare minimum so a shame for a three hotel.

Small Hotel, with 12 rooms spread over three floor levels 123, nothing on the ground floor, no elevator, narrow staircase. We can help you take your suitcase up, but you will be on your own to take it down. Very small rooms no cupboards! Hangers on the wall. Positive Points: large public outdoor paid parking lot right in front of the hotel. Proximity to the Cathedral and Orléans center, 10 minutes on foot. Summary: 3 very lenient stars…

We arrived at 10:40 p.m. (after warning) and the person at reception was waiting for us, very friendly and even carried my suitcase upstairs.
The hotel is well located, the rates are reasonable and the staff welcoming but there is clearly a problem with cleanliness: dust on top of the bathroom door, questionable carpet, rancid smell in the hall and corridors, mattress protector not changed and full of hair.
It is very well placed. But when they say Parking it's not true. The hotel does not have parking because the parking offered is on the street and we spent a good half hour finding a space. The hotel advertises details once you have already paid!. The breakfast is not worth the price paid either.
A very friendly welcome. I really appreciated that the receptionist carried my suitcase for me when I arrived late after an hour and a half train delay. The room is properly equipped and the environment is very quiet. Very close to the train station, buses and the old town. It was very good for a professional stay.
