Noisy room facing the street, noisy bathroom heater, slippery bathtub
A quiet and friendly hotel. A very warm welcome. Comfortable bedding. Quality food.
Pleasant hotel, good food guaranteed in the evening which isn't so common at this time of year, private parking, well located in the city centre
The staff were very attentive, helpful, and caring. The room was spacious and very clean. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of service. I highly recommend it!

The rooms were clean, though they could use a little updating, but the bedding was excellent and the meal was superb. We received a warm welcome and would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Hotel with very welcoming staff. Quiet, you can park your car in the courtyard. The room is renovated and the bathroom is large. The food is quality with local dishes.
We had two rooms, booked at the same time, at the same price. But the two rooms were of varying quality. One was good, the other very small. Disappointing.

A beautiful little haven of peace where you are "pampered"
We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. We had dinner at the restaurant. Quality products in quantity. We had a great time. The breakfast is complete and varied. The hotel setting exactly met my expectations. We are delighted.

Wonderful family run hotel in a proper french town
Dust on furniture, including bedside tables, dust on the ceiling. No toilet seat. A kettle and two small fans are available, but there are no free power outlets to use them without unplugging something else. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what is offered.
Excellent restaurant with very good service. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. It could definitely do with a rejuvenation, as it is located in a setting that should be enhanced.

Quiet location, family hotel in a small town near our route. Small private parking. Bar availability and service, upon arrival.
This is the second year we've stayed at this hotel, and we're just as delighted to be there. The welcome is very warm, and the staff are very attentive to our needs (thank you for the whole-wheat bread I requested). The breakfast is truly adapted to all health problems. Don't hesitate to mention this when booking.

Great hotel. One night stay with evening meal very pleasant.
After a day of cycling along the Via Allier, we received a warm welcome at the Hôtel Saint Joseph. The garage secures bikes overnight, the shaded terrace is ideal for aperitifs, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend it.
Excellent stopover. We had forgotten glasses and they very kindly sent them to us. I highly recommend this establishment.
Too old-fashioned
The family room is ideal for 3 adults, with three very comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around. The food is of high quality, adequate, and tasteful! The staff are friendly and attentive to requests. Thank you for the welcome and the secure storage for our bikes.
This is not our first stay at this hotel, but we still appreciate the quality of the staff! We are always welcomed with a smile and the staff bends over backwards to satisfy your requests. Thank you to the hotel and restaurant team! We feel like we are welcomed like a member of the family!
