L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation. L'insonorisation des chambres est très moyenne. Cependant, j'y ai bien dormi et l'accueil est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner fut plutôt bien, hormis le jus d'orange, classiquement chimique. Le prix étant plutôt bas, le rapport qualité prix est bien.

Malgré un accueil satisfaisant, j'ai eu malheureusement la désagréable surprise de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude dans la douche, même après avoir laisser coulé l'eau plus d'un quart d'heure.. Une douche froide au mois de novembre.. Pas top😒

Une réception odieuse et impolie, pas de minimum dans les chambres, sales et vétustes. Jetés dehors sans même avoir été informé de l'heure de Check out, par la propriétaire qui tambourine aux portes et ne se donne même pas la peine de vous dire bonjour. Une seule serviette de bain, même pas une petite en plus. Pas même un verre pour de l'eau. C'est certainement un des pires hôtels où j' ai séjourné et le pire accueil que j'ai expérimenté.

aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres
si les fenêtres sont efficaces pour le bruit de la rue, on entends toutes les conversations des voisins dans les moindres détails, et ne parlons pas du bruit des salles de bains....
si vous pouviez fournir des boules quies aux clients ce ne serait pas du luxe.
heureusement que le personnel est aimable, toutefois je ne reviendrai pas chez vous lors de mon prochain séjour .

Très bonne expérience. Chambre à la déco un peu triste. Pommeau douche à changer. Attention : prévenez vos clients que les taxis peuvent être saturés entre 12h et 14h. Je n'en ai trouvé aucun pour aller à la gare de Valence TGV pour le train de 13h30 mais j'ai pu prendre le bus intercitéa à l'arrêt D.
