We chose this hotel because it's a 10-minute walk from the Arcadium, which we hadn't been to before, but we're satisfied.

They answered all our questions clearly, especially regarding going to the Christmas market and getting around town. The breakfast was very generous. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Friendly welcome. Very comfortable room. Well-located hotel. The only downside is the toilet, separate from the bathroom, which is far too narrow. Access is difficult.
Nothing to complain about this hotel: ideal location for reaching the old town and the shores of Lake Annecy. From the accommodation to the staff, everything was perfect, whether it was for the hotel or the restaurant side. It's a shame that the restaurant isn't open Friday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday because the food is of high quality. Unlike some banners displayed on some building balconies, the place is calm and quiet. Worth a visit for one or more nights.
The room was probably often used as a smoking room. A cloud of fragrance was supposed to mask this. That's simply not possible.

The hotel facades are very uninviting and there is no air conditioning in the south-facing rooms, which kept the temperature over 30 degrees all night! Other than the reasonable price and the fact that it was clean, I would not recommend this hotel.
The people who work there are very friendly, the hotel is clean, only the fan is a little small for the hot weather, but otherwise I think it's good value for money.
