The hotel and staff were very welcoming. We were delighted with their service. Soothing.

The overnight stay was a bit expensive.

No enough staff

Although I booked late, with a dog, I has some trouble with the idea that I had to carry the dog upwards. This has also to do with the dog as sometimes she doesn't want to walk the stairs. I would have liked to know that there were only stairs (maybe I have not read the complete setup of the hotel).

A very warm welcome, the place has been completely renovated and the Basque architecture is very appealing. The owners are very friendly. Beyond the comfortable rooms, the cuisine is simple but made with fresh, local produce. We highly recommend it!

Quiet, comfortable and above all a stone's throw from the motorway without its inconvenience. We had a very good dinner.

Perfect position for the motorway and quiet location. Was very disappointed that smoking was allowed on balconies as we had one directly below us and someone sat and smoked all evening. t made our room horrible and made me feel quite sick. We had to cole the window on such a lovely evening and took ages for the Zircon to clear the smell. Please make the hotel fully non-smoking as there is plenty of outside space that clients can walk out to smoke.
Emplacement idéal pour l'autoroute et au calme. J'ai été très déçu qu'il soit permis de fumer sur les balcons, car nous en avions un juste en dessous et quelqu'un a fumé toute la soirée. Notre chambre était horrible et je me suis sentie très mal. Nous avons dû nettoyer la fenêtre par une si belle soirée et le Zircon a mis un temps fou à dissiper l'odeur. Veuillez rendre l'hôtel entièrement non-fumeur, car il y a beaucoup d'espace extérieur où les clients peuvent fumer.

A great overnight stay in the Landes region, close to the motorway. The staff is really friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is excellent, and the meal was a pizza that was nothing special but did the job just the same. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

A great place for an overnight stay or even longer when the weather is good, there's a lovely swimming pool.
Dogs are only allowed in your room or the outside areas, not in the bar/restaurant.

Although a simple transit hotel along the highway, the hotel offers pleasant hospitality and service. That makes it slightly better than a two-star hotel.

My stay has been perfect from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and modern, the staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby. I loved to have a private balcony. I really enjoyed the pool and the fact that we got towels provided by the hotel. I didn't dine onsite but the menu looked great.
The breakfast buffet was of great quality.

I'll definitely stay again should I be in this area again.

It's always a pleasure to stop at the Paris Madrid on our way to vacation! Every year, new improvements embellish this little country cocoon, yet close to the highway! A relaxing stopover!

Everything about the hotel was great would recommend

We arrived late and were given clear instructions in advance how to get in and which room was for us. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

A magnificent setting and we plan to repeat the experience when we return in 2 months. Easy to access, next to the highway, no need to detour and what's more, without having the disadvantages because the hotel is bathed in peace and quiet and we only hear nature around us, it's really refreshing. Everything was perfect 👌🏻 Just a shame about the pizzeria closing early (8:30 p.m.)... Otherwise the stay went very well from the reception to the cleanliness, at the top! I recommend with pleasure.

This is an amazing hotel, an oasis just off the motorway tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
The staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful and professional too.
Our welcome was lovely, secure free parking, a smooth and swift check in.
My room was absolutely immaculately presented, hot shower, comfortable bed and a super waffle quilt cover.
Hot and cold beverages in the room,plenty of hanging space available.
The swimming pool was fantastic, surrounded by an immaculate prepared and maintained garden.
We ate in the restaurant the menu was simple and local foods on offer, we ordered the local food which tasted wonderful.
All prepared fresh by the chef, who was very knowledgeable and cared about her cooked food.
Breakfast was wonderful too.
Overall the Logis Hotel Paris Madrid is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
The staff are a credit and a valuable asset in knowing how to run a hotel.
I'd recommend staying here.

Ideally located for a stopover between France and Spain. The hotel is quiet, even though it's close to the highway. The food is high-quality, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The beds are good quality, and the air conditioning is ideal. The shower is a bit narrow.

We arrived early but got a very friendly welcome. We had drinks at the bar and had a simple very good meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel may not have many facilities, but it provided us with all we needed and enabled us to continue our trip fresh the next day. Value for money and highly recommended !

We were passing through and were very satisfied with everything. The food is highly recommended. On our return trip, we stayed at this hotel again and had dinner there. The women there make everything really well. I love the pizza with goat cheese and honey.

This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel, the hotel is great, especially for people passing through. Very close to the motorway, very easy to find, but still very quiet and nice location for a restful sleep. Everything is very clean, very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are nicely furnished, everything you need is there: various teas, coffee, towels, soap, shampoo. The breakfast was generally good. A small request to the host: instead of just 1 type of cheese, maybe offer 2 or 3 different ones. Thank you for another very good stay!

Kort bij de snelweg die je hoort als je aan de kant van de snelweg slaapt - zoals wij. Maar we hebben het niet als storend ervaren. Super ontbijt, lekker en ruime keuze. Doen we nog als we in de buurt komen.

The hotel was schooner. De badkamer was gerenoveerd; men had to go to the toilet with the minimum number of people. Het leek er op dat er een klusser bezig was geweest voor de renovatie en niet een goed bedrijf. Het eten was rounded zeer matig. De salad was een beetje sla met wat azijn er over en de fries waren slap en smakeloos. Hoewel het eten erg goedkoop was, zou je na een lange reis iets beters en smakelijkers mogen verwachten.

Had to park my car in a public car park, could not leave my dog in the room while we went exploring in 34° heat, please do not say dog friendly if you are not.

The hotel is very welcoming, its installations are super good for traveling with the family, friends and with our pets as in my case, there are terraces to stay with the animals in the restaurant bar, the swimming pool is brilliant! The living space on the terrace is super comfortable and has everything you need. The hotel is a total steelto, super recommendable

Celà fait maintenant qq années que nous faisons notre étape vers l'Andalousie dans cet hôtel vraiment au top!
Nous apprécions particulièrement l'accueil et la serviabilité des deux dames propriétaires de cet établissement, la propreté en général, le très grand parking qui nous sécurise car très peu de passage sur cette route, le repas du soir (pizzas et même qq plats en suggestion maintenant), l'espace piscine complètement rénové avec goût.

Petit 2** rénové. Beau projet, excellent rapport qualité/prix et très belle localisation. A suivre et encourager.

Pas om 17:00 inchecken, leuke vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer met terras bleek kamer met balkon dus toch de trap nemen. Kamer erg klein, hoog bad om in te stappen om te douchen. Leuk opgeknapt. ‘s Avonds gezellig gegeten. Ontbijt was prima maar moest wel binnen korte tijdspanne. Het bed lag niet slecht maar je rolde naar het midden van het bed. Waarschijnlijk op te lossen met matras draaien.

I found the hotel online as we were travelling towards the area, and booked it for within a couple of hours of our arrival. Quiet, comfy, cosy, as the category says. Other guests were French which always suggests it's good value. Dinner was available, fresh food cooked to order, and a nice local wine. We have used the Logis chain across France, and have usually found their establishments to be ideal. Great that USB portals were in the wall already, for charging phones, I always note this as a bonus! We found standing in the bath to use the shower was a little precarious, it would be good to have a mat provided, to prevent slipping.

Wij hadden voor een 2 sterren hotel geen hoge verwachtingen, maar het was de enige hotel in de buurt waar honden werden toegelaten. Maar wat mij betreft krijgen ze 4 sterren. Hotel is perfect. The downside is the restaurant. Limited menu, classic Pizzeria type food and fairly thin portions. For the rest everything is impeccable.

We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel it was closed for renovations. We did not receive any notification that it was closed.

Great find, lovely welcome! Very well maintained place, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and Royal breakfast! We arrived very late and hungry, the staff was kind enough to prepare a generous meal tray for us. We are very happy to have gone through this. You can go there with your eyes closed.
