Comfortable, quiet hotel, renovated and tastefully designed! Everything is discreet and soft. We had a privilege room which is spacious, on the second floor we had our heads in the trees of the park with the birds and squirrels, it's very nice! The very professional staff is very welcoming, everything is perfect. Nothing to complain about.
We've been favoring the "Logis Hôtels" chain for some time now, and we're always pleasantly surprised. The Operalia les Pins hotel is one of them.

Very good experience. We were very well received by attentive staff. The hotel is easy to access, close to the pond, and a stone's throw from the bus stop. The reception is open 24/7. We therefore feel safe there. Although there is no restaurant, the breakfast room is available, as well as a selection of small lunches.

Located opposite Sète in the resort of Balaruc les bains, this hotel is located near the thermal baths. Very quiet and very modern, the rooms are top notch. The receptionist on arrival and departure was very pleasant and professional.

A wonderful experience spent a week in this ideally located hotel! A top-notch team, from reception to departure, always available and attentive to the customer. You feel at home with a very clean and comfortable air-conditioned room, a shared kitchen available if needed, advice for visits and discoveries in the surrounding area... in short, a very professional approach to welcoming and caring for the customer implemented by the manager who never fails to come and greet you in the morning at breakfast! And so of course a team with friendly and dedicated people who make the stay very pleasant... I would like to thank them very much! We will surely return to Balaruc and it will definitely be at the Hôtel des Pins!

The staff, regardless of position (from the manager to the night agent) are friendly, competent, and attentive. We discovered this hotel last year, we came back this year without hesitation, and we will come back every year. We feel like we're not just a room number; there's a sense of friendliness. Very well located hotel close to the center and all amenities; quiet; for the "privilege" rooms: large sliding glass window along the entire length, which overlooks a large wooded park! The possibility of parking the car in the basement is an additional advantage. Nothing to complain about in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Top welcome; the hotel manager comes by at breakfast to see if everything is okay, speaking individually to each guest. Finally, very interesting value for money: for a 3-night stay without cleaning or linen change, a 10% reduction is applied; it is quite feasible.

Logis Hotel in the center and close to everything we look for when we're on a weekend like us: shops, restaurants, walks, festivities... We were surprised by the quality and design from the room. We love the shades of blue-green combined with gray and light wood tone. Everything is functional and very clean. The welcome from all the staff and the Director is warm as the south. In short, we loved it 😄

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig am Rand eines kleinen Parks und man ist ganz schnell zu Fuß am See und bei den Restaurants.
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und auch des Frühstücksraums ist modern in hellen Farben, nicht abgewohnt.
Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, alles in Ordnung.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den herzlichen Empfang beim Ein- und Auschecken und
absolut empfehlenswert ist die Tiefgarage, wo auch genug Platz für unsere Räder war.

Very pleasant welcome. Staff attentive to the customer. I encountered two minor problems but they were resolved within half an hour. The same goes for a specific request for which a solution was immediately found. Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Remarkable location a stone's throw from the pond, the market, the spa center. A cycle path passes in front of the hotel. Hearty breakfast in a pleasant setting. A small remark though, it would be nice to be able to have another paper towel for breakfast... but above all don't change anything, otherwise I won't have any criticism to make during a future stay! I have already encountered quite a few of these qualities in various hotels but this is the first time that they have come together like this!
